像News about the meeting 這樣的表達(dá),應(yīng)改為Tomorrows meeting canceled。 FYI(For Your Infor
、mation,供參考),如:URGENT:Submit your report today! Smith。
Jimmy, I received your memo and will discuss it with Eric on Wednesday.Best,David 在電子郵件的使用者中還流行使用一些由首字母或讀音組成的縮略詞,如:d u wnt 2 go out 2nite:Do you want to go out tonight?lol:Laughing out loud oic:Oh, I see. mte:My thou
、ghts exactly. brb:Ill be right back. c u 2morrow:See you tomorrow. fanx 4 ur elp:Thanks for your help. gr8:great btw:By the way imho:In my humble opinion asap:As soon as possible. 如: :-)代表“Im smiling at this”:-(代表“Im sad about this”。
Tha
、nk you for contacting us如果有人寫(xiě)信來(lái)詢問(wèn)公司的服務(wù),就可以使用這句句子開(kāi)頭。 Thank you for your prompt reply. 如果回復(fù)并不及時(shí),只要將“prompt”除去即可,你還可以說(shuō),“Thank you for getting back to me.”Thank you for providing the requested information. Thank you
、 for all your assistance. 如果你想對(duì)他們表示特別的感激,就用這個(gè)句子,“I truly appreciate your help in resolving the problem.”Thank you raising your concerns. 同時(shí),你也可以使用,“Thank you for your feedback.”
Thank you for your kind cooperation. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Thank you for your understanding. Thank you for your consideration. Thank
、you again for everything youe done. For small businesses, just like for everyone else, email has become a way of life. There is, however, some sort of etiquette that should be followed when sending an email, especially if you want to seem like a professional. There are also other mistakes that should be avoided at all costs.
When it comes to etiquette, just remember these few things. Dont write while youre angry. Youd be surprised how easy it is to have things get out of control over the internet. Wait, calm down, and have someone else edit

People dont have time to read something that is pages long. Keep it to just a couple of paragraphs at most.
