36、HANK YOU FOR MEETINGTHANK YOU FOR MEETING極端天氣預(yù)案活動(dòng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)備遮陽傘融合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)計(jì)，針對(duì)日間活動(dòng)遮陽。每周活動(dòng)至少前三天查看活動(dòng)當(dāng)天天氣預(yù)告，如遇陰雨天，將 調(diào)解萬象城將場(chǎng)地內(nèi)懶人沙發(fā)等不防水設(shè)備收進(jìn)庫房或靈活挪 到其他可遮雨位置。提前購買一次性雨衣、防水布等物料，活動(dòng)當(dāng)中如遇突然降雨， 將最大程度協(xié)調(diào)顧客疏散，將不防水物料進(jìn)行快速撤離。如遇大風(fēng)等極端天氣，首先安排工作人員將現(xiàn)場(chǎng)顧客引入室內(nèi) 進(jìn)行暫避，同時(shí)安排工人第一時(shí)間切斷一切電源，撤出傘棚等 裝置，保證顧客安全。THANK YOU FOR MEETINGTHANK YOU FOR MEETINGTHANK YOU FOR MEETINGTHANK YOU FOR MEETINGTHANK YOU FOR MEETING區(qū)域管控預(yù)案活動(dòng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)所有顧客須有次序互動(dòng)，安排工作人員現(xiàn)場(chǎng)督導(dǎo)，避免現(xiàn)場(chǎng)擁擠；活動(dòng)前對(duì)活動(dòng)場(chǎng)地內(nèi)所有供電線路、燈光照明線路和音響設(shè)備進(jìn)行徹底檢查，避免電器設(shè)備存在漏電的隱患；并在活動(dòng)期間安排專人進(jìn)行巡視，保證活動(dòng)期間的正常使用;活動(dòng)前，要配備應(yīng)急藥品和相關(guān)物品，輕者就地處置，及時(shí)將傷者或病者送醫(yī)院救治，傷情嚴(yán)重時(shí)應(yīng)立即撥打急救電話（120）求救，重病者送醫(yī)院;舞臺(tái)表演開始時(shí)，嚴(yán)禁現(xiàn)場(chǎng)非工作人員靠近設(shè)備電源及舞臺(tái)后方，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)將采用一米線將活動(dòng)區(qū)域及工作區(qū)域進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格劃分，
