3、acantjobs.Socompaniesthinksomestudentsarenotfitforthejobs.Solutiontotheproblemrequireseffortsonboththesocietyandthestudents.Thecompaniesshouldvaluethestudents,talentandknowledgewhilethelattershouldnotmerelyaimatmaterialgains.Theyshouldbedown-to-earthinbuildinguptheircareer.Furthermore,theyshouldface

5、ut30%ofgraduatestudentscanbutstayathomeaftergraduation.Employmentdifficultyofcollegestudentsisduetothefollowingreasons.Amongthese,theincreasingrecruitmentofcollegesanduniversitiesplaysavitalrole.Inaddition,manycollegesanduniversitiesfailtoadapttheircoursestothedevelopmentofeconomy.Consideringtheseri

6、ousnessofunemploymentofcollegestudents,Ithinkitishightimethatwetookeffectivemeasurestosolvetheproblem.Aboveall,collegestudentsshouldrealizetheirowndefectsandfurtherimprovethemselvestokeeptheircompetitiveedgeinsociety.Moreover,collegesoruniversitiesshouldprovidemoretrainingsandinternshipopportunities

7、beforethestudentsenterthesociety.Besides,collegestudentsshouldholdarightattitudetowardsjobsandsettheirjobexpectationsatasuitablelevel.Onlythroughthesewayscanthecollegestudentsfindasatisfactoryjobandhaveabrighterfuture.1.Todayscollegestudentsfacechoicesunheardofyearsago.Termsliketwowayselection,self-
