8、發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣和了解世界飲食文化的愿望,使他們更加熱愛生活,追求生活中美好的事物。本模塊所選內(nèi)容貼近學(xué)生生活,教師可以借助聽、說、讀、寫和討論等一系列扎實(shí)有效的教學(xué)活動(dòng),充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的積極性,提高其語言運(yùn)用能力。INTRODUCTION以幾幅食物圖片切入話題,然后讓學(xué)生討論有關(guān)食物的諺語,為后面的閱讀做好鋪墊。READINGANDVOCABULARY(1)中包括兩篇文章:第一篇文章主要通過一個(gè)美國人第一次參加中國宴席和吃臭豆腐的經(jīng)歷以及他對于中餐從吃驚到接受的過程,反映了中餐的特點(diǎn)和東西方飲食文化的差異;第二篇是描述一個(gè)中國人第一次在英國吃“西餐”的經(jīng)歷,以及因飲食文化的差異所引發(fā)的感受。從
9、這兩篇文章,我們可以看出中西方飲食文化的差異。兩者各有千秋,“中餐”種類豐富,味美可口,而“西餐”似乎很簡單,但餐桌禮儀卻值得我們借鑒學(xué)習(xí)。這兩篇文章語言簡練,幽默風(fēng)趣。與課文相關(guān)的練習(xí)Activities1and3要求學(xué)生采用快速瀏覽的方法確定相關(guān)的主題,潛移默化中培養(yǎng)學(xué)生skimming這一重要閱讀技巧;Activities4and5要求學(xué)生掌握與課文相關(guān)的語言知識;Activities6and7要求學(xué)生進(jìn)一步理解課文并在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行討論。3GRAMMAR分兩部分。GRAMMAR(1)旨在通過一系列語法練習(xí),使學(xué)生掌握單詞、短語和不定式,-ing形式,-ed形式作定語的用法。GRAMMAR
