19、發(fā)展,維護(hù)學(xué)校穩(wěn)定。根據(jù)中華人民共和國傳染病防治法、學(xué)校衛(wèi)生工作條例、學(xué)校和托幼機(jī)構(gòu)傳染病疫情報(bào)告工作規(guī)范(試行)的精神,全面有效地做好傳染病的防控工作,結(jié)合我校實(shí)際情況,特制定預(yù)防控制措施和應(yīng)急預(yù)案。一、預(yù)防控制措施遵循預(yù)防為主,狠抓措施落實(shí)。1、做好常見傳染病防治宣傳工作,增強(qiáng)師生衛(wèi)生防疫意識(shí)和自我保護(hù)能力。(1)通過多種形式對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行預(yù)防傳染病知識(shí)的宣傳教育,出好宣傳???。(2)利用廣播、展板等,開展好以預(yù)防常見傳染病為重點(diǎn)的健康知識(shí)教育。2、組織全校教職工和生活老師學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān)法律法規(guī)和傳染病基本預(yù)防知識(shí),增強(qiáng)教職工法律意識(shí)和責(zé)任感。3、開展“三管四滅”(管污水、管糞便、管垃圾處理、滅蠅、

20、滅蚊、滅鼠、滅蟑螂)為中心的愛國衛(wèi)生運(yùn)動(dòng),搞好環(huán)境衛(wèi)生,在衛(wèi)生防疫部門的指導(dǎo)下做好環(huán)境消毒工作。4、有計(jì)劃地做好師生健康體檢和常見傳染病的預(yù)防接種工作。5、教育學(xué)生養(yǎng)成良好的個(gè)人衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣,不與傳染病人接觸,生病及時(shí)就醫(yī);教育學(xué)生堅(jiān)持鍛煉,增強(qiáng)對(duì)疾病的抵抗能力。6、積極爭取相關(guān)部門的支持,共同做好學(xué)校周邊不符合食品衛(wèi)生要求的飲食攤點(diǎn)的整治,消除引發(fā)學(xué)校傳染病的隱患。7、加強(qiáng)門衛(wèi)管理,切斷外來傳染病源。8、做好預(yù)防常見傳染病的必要藥品等物資儲(chǔ)備。二、應(yīng)急處理預(yù)案1、傳染病防控應(yīng)急領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組組長:陳榮榮、廉運(yùn)峰副組長:趙青、韓兵、郭新可、陶鑫、莫亞平、張萌 組員:校醫(yī)、年級(jí)組長及各班班主任2、主要職責(zé)

21、(1)學(xué)校上下人人重視,層層把關(guān),領(lǐng)導(dǎo)起帶頭作用對(duì)傳染病防治工作行使監(jiān)督管理職權(quán)。(2)校醫(yī)要對(duì)傳染病的預(yù)防、治療、監(jiān)測(cè)、控制和疫情管理措施進(jìn)行監(jiān)督、檢查。(3)如果因?yàn)槟橙说呢?zé)任引起傳染病大規(guī)模流行或引起相應(yīng)后果的要受到學(xué)?;蚍傻南嚓P(guān)處罰。(4)學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)發(fā)現(xiàn)傳染病人后,迅速向全體師生公布病情感染源及其采取的防護(hù)措施,讓廣大師生了解情況,安定人心,維護(hù)學(xué)校穩(wěn)定,樹立戰(zhàn)勝傳染病的信念。3、傳染病疫情監(jiān)測(cè) 學(xué)校建立學(xué)生晨檢、因病缺勤病因追查與登記制度。學(xué)校老師發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生有傳染病早期癥狀、疑似傳染病病人以及因病缺勤等情況時(shí),應(yīng)及時(shí)報(bào)告給學(xué)校疫情報(bào)告人。學(xué)校疫情報(bào)告人應(yīng)及時(shí)進(jìn)行排查,并將排查情況記錄在學(xué)生因病缺勤、傳染病早期癥狀、疑似傳染病病人患病及病因排查結(jié)果登記日志上。()晨檢 由班主任或班級(jí)衛(wèi)生員對(duì)早晨到校的每個(gè)學(xué)生進(jìn)行觀察、詢問,了解學(xué)生出勤、健康狀況。發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生有傳染病早期
