1、第 頁/共9頁Unit5Travelingabroad第一部分教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)說明Aboutthetopicandthestructures單元話題和結(jié)構(gòu)本單元的中心話題是“出國旅游”11,課文始終圍繞這一主題展開II。具體涉及在國外學(xué)習(xí)、旅游等|,語言知識(shí)和語言技能部分主要是圍繞“旅游”這一中心話題進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)的II。本單元語言功能項(xiàng)目是:喜歡/不喜歡;可能/不可能本單元語言結(jié)構(gòu)項(xiàng)目是“復(fù)習(xí)非限制性定語從句”II。本單元還要求學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)寫作“私人信函:筆友信”II。金色教案教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)在單元課時(shí)劃分上與課本保持一致I,即“閱讀課、知識(shí)課、運(yùn)用課三課時(shí)/三課型劃分”II。但在實(shí)際教學(xué)過程中II,建議教師依據(jù)學(xué)生

2、基礎(chǔ)、教學(xué)條件、學(xué)校安排的因素II,對課本、對金色教案教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)重新劃分課時(shí)II,裁剪、拼接使用提供的材料II,以便“物盡所用”II,達(dá)到最佳教學(xué)效果II。教師也可以參照金色教案提供的“實(shí)際教學(xué)過程課時(shí)劃分建議”進(jìn)行教學(xué)II。Period1Reading閱讀課WarmingUp通過了解什么是留學(xué)II,進(jìn)行“熱身活動(dòng)II。留學(xué)II,舊稱留洋II,一般是指一個(gè)人去母國以外的國家接受各類教育II,時(shí)間可以為短期或長期(從幾個(gè)星期到幾年)II。這些人被稱為“留學(xué)生”II。在中國大陸II,學(xué)生把前往香港、澳門等地區(qū)的學(xué)習(xí)也稱為留學(xué)I,這是由于這些地區(qū)有著不同的教育制度II。另外II,美國等國家組織的一類海

3、外短期的交換學(xué)生計(jì)劃II,其英文名字“Studyabroad直譯也為留學(xué)II,請參見海外研修(中國大陸稱為海外交流)II。Pre-reading討論留學(xué)的原因II。留學(xué)的原因主要有下:開闊眼界和經(jīng)驗(yàn)學(xué)習(xí)與該國有關(guān)的語言、文化知識(shí);追求更好的教育條件;在從發(fā)展中國家到發(fā)達(dá)國家留學(xué)的學(xué)生中II,這個(gè)原因最為常見;外交原因I,政府之間為了表示親善合作II,可能互派學(xué)生、官員或者軍人到對方學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí);與移民有關(guān)的原因II,例如:隨父母暫時(shí)居住在外國的未成年人;以留學(xué)生身份申請學(xué)生簽證II,獲得暫時(shí)定居權(quán);熟悉該國社會(huì)II,積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)II,為以后永久性定居做準(zhǔn)備II。Pre-reading部分設(shè)計(jì)了兩個(gè)問題

4、II,第一個(gè)問題是開放性的II,討論出國學(xué)生的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和缺點(diǎn)II??梢宰寣W(xué)生展開思維II,闡述自己的觀點(diǎn)II,為正文的閱讀作好知識(shí)上和心理上的鋪墊II,第二個(gè)問題要求學(xué)生預(yù)測閱讀課文中的主人公在英國學(xué)習(xí)可能遇到的困難和英國學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)與中國學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)的不同II。Reading部分介紹了主人公謝蕾第一次去國外求學(xué)進(jìn)預(yù)科班時(shí)所面臨的問題II,以及房東和導(dǎo)師對他的幫助II,使她大膽正視困難II,迎接挑戰(zhàn)II,最終樹立了信心II。教師應(yīng)當(dāng)研究影響閱讀理解的內(nèi)部因素II,從閱讀方法、注意、記憶和思維等方面引導(dǎo)學(xué)生讀懂課文、活用課文II。Period2Learningaboutlanguage知識(shí)課Learning
