13、以下理念的應用:1、要面向全體學生,關注每個學生的情感,激發(fā)他們學習英語的興趣,幫助他們建立學習的成就感和自信心,培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新精神;2、整體設計目標,體現靈活開放,目標設計以學生技能,語言知識,情感態(tài)度,學習策略和 文化意識的發(fā)展為基礎;3、突出學生主體,尊重個體差異;4、采用活動途徑,倡導體驗參與,即采用任務型的教學模式,讓學生在老師的指導下通過感知、體驗、實踐、參與和 合作等方式,實現任務的目標,感受成功; 5、注重過程評價,促進學生發(fā)展,建立能激 勵學生學習興趣和自主學習能力發(fā)展的評價體系??傊?,讓學生在使用英語中學習英語, 讓學生成為 Good User而不僅僅是Learner。讓英語成為

14、學生學習生活中最實用的工具而非 累贅,讓他們在使用和學習英語的過程中,體味到輕松和成功的快樂,而不是無盡的擔憂 和恐懼。二、教材分析這套教材采用任務型語言教學模式,融匯話題、交際功能和語言結構,形成了一套循 序漸進的生活化的學習程序。與原教材相比還增加了文化背景和學習策略等部分,并增加 了任務型學習成份和語篇的輸入。本書每個單元都列出明確的語言目標、主要的功能項目 與語法結構、需要掌握的基本詞匯,并分為A和B兩部分。A部分是基本的語言內容,B部分是知識的擴展和綜合的語言運用。這套教材是基于城市學生的狀況編寫的,對于我們 農村學生來說,由于小學基礎不好,到初中以后學起來的確有些吃力,光是一千多個

15、單詞 就嚇退了不少學生學習英語的興趣。但我們還必須知難而上,為了提高農村的英語教學成 績而努力。三.所教班級學生基本情況分析本屆七年級新生和以往初一學生有著很大的差異,字母還不能規(guī)范的書寫,更別提什 么單詞,句子。在讀,說方面,語音也有不少需要糾正的地方,由于各小學授課,英語基 礎也差參不齊。另外,所教班的學生在情感態(tài)度,學習策略方面還存在諸多需要進一步解決 的問題。例如:很多學生不能明確學習英語的目的,沒有真正認識到學習英語的目的在于 交流;有些同學在學習中缺乏小組合作意識;大多數同學沒有養(yǎng)成良好的學習習慣,不能 做好課前預習課后復習,學習沒有計劃性和策略性;不善于發(fā)現和總結語言規(guī)律,不注意 知識的鞏固和積累;四、奮斗目標鉆研新課標,提高自己的教學水平,真正做到教學相長,努力達到學校規(guī)定的教學指標。五、具體措施1、每天背誦課文中的對話。目的 :要求學生背誦并默寫,培養(yǎng)語感。2、每天記5個生詞,2個常用句子或習語。實施:利用“互測及教師抽查”及時檢查,保 證效果并堅持下去。3、認真貫徹晨讀制
