1、實驗一、隨機區(qū)組設(shè)計和拉丁方設(shè)計分析一、隨機區(qū)組設(shè)計分析用二氧化硅50mg對大鼠染塵后，測量不同時期全肺濕重的變化。試驗采用完 全隨機平衡設(shè)計，單因素3個水平（數(shù)據(jù)文件為ExpDesLab_1.xls）。1）用Anova方法比較3個時期（1月、3月、6月）的全肺濕重有無顯著差別， 列出方差分析表。2）對3個時期的全肺濕重進(jìn)行多重比較（LSD、Tukey和Bonferroni）并對 比較結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。研究4個不同油菜品種在發(fā)芽和苗期對田間水分含量的敏感性，試驗共測定7 個指標(biāo)，分別為發(fā)芽勢、發(fā)芽率、發(fā)芽指數(shù)、平均發(fā)芽天數(shù)、根系活力、葉綠素 含量和過氧化物酶（POD）活性。試驗采用完全隨機區(qū)組設(shè)計

2、，2個水分水平，3個區(qū)組（數(shù)據(jù)文件為ExpDesLab_1.xls）o1）用Anova方法對7個指標(biāo)的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析，列出方差分析表，從中找出 哪些指標(biāo)對于4個品種來說是存在顯著差異的。2）對各個指標(biāo)的4個品種表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行多重比較（LSD、Tukey、Scheffe和 Bonferroni 方法）。3）根據(jù)上面的分析結(jié)果，找出一個比較抗水漬的油菜品種（發(fā)芽勢、發(fā)芽 率、發(fā)芽指數(shù)、根系活力、葉綠素含量和過氧化物酶活性越高，平均發(fā)芽天數(shù)越 短，品種越抗水漬）。二、拉丁方設(shè)計分析為研究5個不同劑量的甲狀腺提取液對豚鼠甲狀腺重的影響，考慮到鼠的種 系和體重對觀測指標(biāo)可能有一定的影響，設(shè)計試驗時，最好將這2個
