1、SOP No.: HR08Subject: External Training ApplicationDepartyment : Human ResourcesJob Category : All EmployeesDistribution:Prepared by:Objective:目的To formulate a hotel training application system to maximize the long term development of selected employees.為了規(guī)范酒店培訓(xùn)申請(qǐng)程序,協(xié)助我們的優(yōu)秀員工不斷增長(zhǎng)工作技能和知識(shí)。Procedure:內(nèi)容
2、It wil l be employees responsibilities to develop their job knowledge and gain the professioncertificates. And it will be encouraged to enhance education degree by employees own initiative.員工必須不斷更新自己的知識(shí),并獲得職位相關(guān)證書(shū)。酒店鼓勵(lì)員工自費(fèi)學(xué)習(xí),提程度。升的教育For the potential and loyal candidate who is required by hotel manag
3、ement to improve job knowledge or skills for promotion, it could be considered to participate concerning trainingprograms which will be paid by hotel.對(duì)于某些具有潛力和忠誠(chéng)的員工,根據(jù)酒店要求須提高崗位知識(shí)和技能,酒店將提供相應(yīng)培訓(xùn)費(fèi)的報(bào)銷。Any training application must be referred to Human Resources Director for prior approval.HR will proceed
4、 to further approval by hotel management as necessary. All training course should be related with job knowledge and skills.任何的培訓(xùn)申請(qǐng)必須預(yù)先報(bào)批人力資源總監(jiān)批準(zhǔn)。人力資源部將根據(jù)有關(guān)程序報(bào)酒店管理層批準(zhǔn)。培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容必須與崗位知識(shí)和技能相關(guān)。4.HR will take proper trainingrecord to concernedemployee spersonalfile and arrangetosign Training Agreement with the
5、 employee according to hotel related policy.人力資源部將作相關(guān)的培訓(xùn)記錄,并依照酒店的培訓(xùn)制度安排簽訂培訓(xùn)協(xié)議。If the associate fails to complete the service period as the training agreement, he/she needs to compensate the training fee, prorated on the service months.若員工未完成培訓(xùn)協(xié)議中規(guī)定的服務(wù)期,將須賠償相應(yīng)的培訓(xùn)費(fèi)。Training Application Form with prior
6、 approval and certificate will be necessary supporting of reimbursement of expense or leave of the training.培訓(xùn)費(fèi)用的報(bào)銷和有關(guān)假期的申請(qǐng)必須以人力資源部和酒店管理層批準(zhǔn)的培訓(xùn)申請(qǐng)表和獲得的證書(shū)為依據(jù)Under urgent circumstance, concerned department head should notify HRD and hotel Management for verbal approval of training.若時(shí)間有限,相關(guān)部門(mén)經(jīng)理必須與人力資源部總監(jiān)

9、 basis of equals and voluntary. The two parties reach agreement on the principle of unanimity甲 , 乙雙方根據(jù)酒店勞動(dòng)合同第十三條第一和二款的規(guī)定 ,雙方本著平等自愿的原則 , 就培訓(xùn)事項(xiàng) , 經(jīng)協(xié)商達(dá)成協(xié)議如下 :To improve the working knowledge and ability of hotel employees. Party A will send PartyB to attendTraining Program fromtowhich is offered byA wi
10、ll bear all the costs of training (tuition fee)when Party B complete whole training course.為提高酒店員工的工作知識(shí)與能力,現(xiàn)決定甲方派選乙方參加培訓(xùn)。學(xué)習(xí)期限自日止。 整個(gè)培訓(xùn)課程費(fèi)用約為RMB 。By the government regulations, during training period, Hotel will offer Party B regular salary and other benefits.甲方依據(jù)國(guó)家有關(guān)規(guī)定,在乙方培訓(xùn)期間照常支付原基本工資,并保障其福利待遇不變。3.
11、Party B must serve in the company of Party A year after completion of the training course. If Party B terminates relationship within service period after training, he/she have to compensate the training fee, which is prorated based on the service months after the completion of the training course.乙方培訓(xùn)結(jié)束后,必須為甲方工作 年,如果培訓(xùn)結(jié)束后服務(wù)期內(nèi),乙雙方終止雇傭關(guān)系,乙方必須向甲方支付根據(jù)培訓(xùn)后實(shí)際服務(wù)月份折算比例的賠償金。If Party B breaks any article of the agreement, Party A has the right to ask Party B obeys this agreement, and also Party A keep the right to ask for a final arbitration.乙方如果違反本協(xié)議條款,甲方有權(quán)要求乙方履行本協(xié)議,并保留向有關(guān)政府仲裁機(jī)構(gòu)
