12、，尤其是對高齡幼蟲，與工農(nóng) 1 6 型 1.8 mm 孔徑噴片的常規(guī)噴霧相比，1.2孔徑噴片細噴霧處理藥后 3 d 防效提高 5.5% ，東方紅18 型彌霧處理防效提高7.8%，其中，彌霧處理對1 2 齡幼蟲防效提高4.7% ，對 4 5 齡幼蟲防效提高了20.8% 。關鍵詞稻縱卷葉螟，施藥技術，防治效果，藥劑 ?甲胺磷在浙江省禁用后，生產(chǎn)上推廣毒死蜱及其復配制劑和三唑磷復配制劑防治稻縱卷葉螟?Cnaphalocrocismedinalis? Guen?Ue。由于近年來，田間蟲量很大、蟲齡參差不齊， 農(nóng) 藥品種更換以后， 一些農(nóng)戶不能適期用藥防治，造成危害加重；同時，一些商家為提高防效，違規(guī)混

13、配菊酯類農(nóng)藥，導致大量天敵死亡，加大了害蟲再猖獗的風險1。為此， 我們在稻縱卷葉螟高齡防治藥劑“31%氟蟲腈 三拂微乳劑”推廣之際，對當?shù)貛追N常用藥劑及其施藥技術進行了試驗比較，以期為合理選用稻縱卷葉螟的藥劑 4和施藥方式提供依據(jù)。材料與方法1.1 供試藥劑31%氟蟲腈 三唑磷微乳劑（氟蟲腈 三唑磷），浙江新農(nóng)化工有限公司提供；21% 山瑞乳油 -（氟蟲腈 三唑磷），浙江新農(nóng)化工有限公司（市售）；15%螟縱凈乳油（氟鈴脲 三唑磷），浙江桐廬農(nóng)藥廠（市售）；48%樂斯本乳油 （毒死蜱），美國陶氏益農(nóng)公司（市售）；15%阿維 毒乳油（阿維菌素 毒死蜱），貴大科技產(chǎn)業(yè)有限責任公司（市售）。1.2 試

14、驗處理不藥劑和施藥方式的處理見表1。1.3 試驗方法試驗設在天臺縣平橋鎮(zhèn)山頭邵村拔節(jié)初期的單季稻田，品種為 “國稻 6 號”。試驗共 10 個處理， 各處理 3 次重復，隨機區(qū)組排列，小區(qū)面積70 m2。施藥時間 7 月 21 日。藥后1， 3 和 10d 分別采用平行跳躍式取樣，各小區(qū)調查50 叢，摘取蟲苞，剝查幼蟲，分齡記載活蟲數(shù)，各齡幼蟲防治效果。計算防治效果和保葉率，并用dps 軟件進行顯著性測定2。結果與分析2.1 不同藥劑防治效果比較試驗結果表明（表 2），速效性以 48%毒死蜱 EC 最好，藥后 1 天防效達 73.8%，顯著高于其 它處理。藥后 3 d，各處理均達到理想防效，

15、防效以 31%氟蟲腈 三唑磷 ME 最好，每 hm21 .5 L 處理和 1.05 L 處理分別達 97.8%和 90.0% ；其它處理依次為 21%氟蟲腈 三唑磷 EC48 % 毒死蜱 EC15% 氟鈴脲 三唑磷 EC15% 阿維菌素毒死蜱 EC。藥后 3 d（約為 1 個齡期發(fā)育時間） 調查數(shù)據(jù)表明（表 3），各處理對 12 齡（噴藥時 1 齡以 下）幼蟲防效均在 91%以上，防效依次為 31%氟蟲腈 三唑磷 ME 1.5 L/hm2 48%毒死蜱 EC 31% 氟蟲腈 三唑磷 ME 1.05 L/hm221%氟蟲腈 三唑磷 EC15% 氟鈴脲 三唑磷EC15% 阿 維毒菌素死蜱 EC；對

16、 3 齡（噴藥時 2 齡）幼蟲， 31%氟蟲腈 三唑磷 ME 保持較高的防效，1.5L/hm2處理和1.05 L/hm2處理防效分別達97.8%和93.5%，其它處理均明顯下降，下降幅度48%毒死蜱EC處理最大，較 2 齡下降 13.1%，防效依次為 21%氟蟲腈 三唑磷EC48%毒死蜱 EC 15%阿維毒菌素死碑EC 15%氟鈴脲 三唑磷 EC；對 4 齡（噴藥時3 齡）幼蟲， 31%氟蟲 腈 三唑磷 ME 仍有較好的防效， 1.5 L/hm2 處理和 1.05 L/hm2 處理防效仍高達 98.6% 和 90.7% ，其它處理防效僅 55.5%75.5% ，防效依次為21%氟蟲腈 三唑磷E

17、C48%毒死蜱 EC 15%氟鈴脲 三唑磷 EC15% 阿維毒 EC；對 5 齡（噴藥時 4 齡）以上幼蟲， 31%氟蟲腈 三唑 磷 ME 1.5 L/hm2 處理仍有較好防效， 達 95.6%，其它處理防效很差， 31%氟蟲腈 三唑磷 ME 1.05 L/hm2 處理下降到 58.3%，21%氟蟲腈 三唑磷 EC 下降到 53.3%，阿維毒、氟鈴脲 三唑磷、毒死蜱的防效僅 33.3%20% 。藥后 10 天調查統(tǒng)計，保葉效果依次為31%氟蟲腈 三唑磷 ME 1.5 L/hm231% 氟蟲腈 三唑磷ME 1.05 L/hm221% 氟蟲腈 三唑磷 EC 1.5 L/hm2 、15%氟鈴脲 三唑

18、磷 EC 1.5 L/ hm215% 阿維毒 EC 1.5L/hm2 、 48%毒死蜱 EC 1.5 L/hm2 （表 2）。2.2 不同施藥技術對防治效果影響試驗結果表明，31%氟蟲腈 三唑磷 ?ME 1.05L/hm2 施藥量下， 防效和保葉效果均以東方紅18 型彌霧處理最高， 與工農(nóng) 16 型 1.8 mm 孔徑噴片的常規(guī)噴霧相比，1.2mm 孔徑噴片細噴霧處理藥后3 天防效提高5.5%，東方紅18 型彌霧處理防效提高7.8%，而擔架式機動噴霧處理防效下降 7.9%（表 2）。不同齡期防效統(tǒng)計結果，細噴霧處理對高齡幼蟲防效的影響要大于低齡幼蟲，與1.8 mm 孔徑噴片手動常規(guī)噴霧相比，

19、1.2 mm 孔徑噴片處理藥后3 d 對 1 2齡幼蟲防效提高 3.1%，對 45 齡幼蟲防效提高了14.9%，東方紅 18 型彌霧的處理對 12 齡幼蟲防效提高4.7%，對4 5 齡幼蟲防效提高了 20.8%（表 3）。小結與討論試驗結果表明， 毒死蜱（ 45%毒死蜱 EC）有較好速效性，藥后 1 天可達較好防效，三唑磷與氟蟲腈、氟鈴脲復配的藥劑（ 31%氟蟲腈 三唑磷 ME 、 21%氟蟲腈 三唑磷 EC、15%氟鈴脲 三 唑磷 EC、15%阿維毒 EC)速效性較差，藥后3 d 才能達到理想的防效。通過對各蟲齡防效的統(tǒng)計，試驗藥劑對1 齡以下（施藥時蟲齡,后同）幼蟲均有很好防效， 藥后 3 天防效均在91%以上；對 2 3 齡幼蟲， 31%氟蟲腈 三唑磷 ME 保持 90%以上的理
