Any and all information obtained by one Party duringthe execution and implementation of this Agreement will be deemed as trade secrets. No disclosure to any third party is a

10、llowed without the disclosing partys consents.LiabilityforIftheCompanybreachesanytermsofthisAgreement,theCompanywillcompensateanydirectlossessufferedbytheCustomerduetothe Companys breaches. However, in any case, such compensation shall not exceed the Service Fee associated with such single Duringthe

13、ement.The matters not covered in this Agreement shall be confirmed by mutual consultation by the Parties. A supplemental agreement can be entered based on the mutual agreement.ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedaccordingtothelawsofPeoplesRepublicofChina.Anydisputearisingherefromshall be resolved through mutual consultation in line with the principle of good faith by and between the Parties.
