22、EEmplloyeer9.1.11發(fā)包人人按本合合同第五五條規(guī)定定的內(nèi)容容,在規(guī)定定的時(shí)間間內(nèi)向設(shè)設(shè)計(jì)人提提交基礎(chǔ)礎(chǔ)資料及及文件,并對(duì)其其完整性性、正確確性及時(shí)時(shí)限負(fù)責(zé)責(zé)。發(fā)包包人不得得要求設(shè)設(shè)計(jì)人違違反國(guó)家家有關(guān)標(biāo)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行行設(shè)計(jì)。發(fā)包人提交交上述資資料及文文件超過(guò)過(guò)規(guī)定期期限155天以內(nèi)內(nèi)，設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)人按本本合同第第六條規(guī)規(guī)定的交交付設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)文件時(shí)時(shí)間順延延；發(fā)包包人交付付上述資資料及文文件超過(guò)過(guò)規(guī)定期期限155天以上上時(shí)，設(shè)設(shè)計(jì)人有有權(quán)重新新確定提提交設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)文件的的時(shí)間。9.1.11 Thhe EEmplloyeer sshalll ssubmmit to Dessignner bassic m

26、r sshalll hhavee thhe rrighht tto rre-ddeteermiine thee tiime forr deelivveryy off thhe ddesiign doccumeentss.9.1.22 發(fā)包包人變更更委托設(shè)設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目目、規(guī)模模、條件件或因提提交的資資料錯(cuò)誤誤，或所所提交資資料作較較大修改改，或設(shè)設(shè)計(jì)周期期變化，以以致造成成設(shè)計(jì)人人設(shè)計(jì)返返工或工工作量加加大時(shí)，雙雙方除另另行協(xié)商商簽訂補(bǔ)補(bǔ)充協(xié)議議（或另另訂合同同）、重重新明確確有關(guān)條條款外，發(fā)發(fā)包人應(yīng)應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)人所耗耗工作量量向設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)人支付付返工費(fèi)費(fèi)。在未簽訂合合同前發(fā)發(fā)包人已已同意，設(shè)設(shè)計(jì)人為為發(fā)

30、始設(shè)計(jì)工工作的,發(fā)包人人應(yīng)根據(jù)據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)人人已進(jìn)行行的實(shí)際際工作量量,不足一一半時(shí),按該階階段設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)費(fèi)的一一半支付付;超過(guò)一一半時(shí),按該階階段設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)費(fèi)的全全部支付付。9.1.33 Duurinng tthe perrforrmannce of thee coontrractt, iif tthe Empployyer reqquirres to terrminnatee orr caanceel tthe conntraact befforee thhe DDesiigneer sstarrts thee deesiggn wworkk, tthe Dessignner willl nnot re

TThe Dessignner shaall havve tthe rigght to putt offf tthe commmenncemmentt daate of thee deesiggn wworkk iff itt haas nnot recceivved thee doown payymennt aand thee tiime forr deelivveryy shhalll bee exxtenndedd acccorrdinnglyy.9.1.55發(fā)包人人應(yīng)按本本合同規(guī)規(guī)定的金金額和日日期向設(shè)設(shè)計(jì)人支支付設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)費(fèi),每逾

35、期期支付一一天，應(yīng)應(yīng)承擔(dān)支支付金額額千分之之二的逾逾期違約約金，且且設(shè)計(jì)人人提交設(shè)設(shè)計(jì)文件件的時(shí)間間順延。逾逾期超過(guò)過(guò)30天以以上時(shí),設(shè)計(jì)人人有權(quán)暫暫停履行行下階段段工作,并書(shū)面面通知發(fā)發(fā)包人。發(fā)發(fā)包人的的上級(jí)或或設(shè)計(jì)審審批部門(mén)門(mén)對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)文件不不審批或或本合同同項(xiàng)目停停緩建, 發(fā)包包人均應(yīng)應(yīng)支付應(yīng)應(yīng)付的設(shè)設(shè)計(jì)費(fèi)。9.1.55 Thhe EEmplloyeer sshouuld payy chhargges forr deesiggn tto tthe Dessignner at thee ammounnt aand datte pprovvideed iin tthiss Coontrract
