布爾檢索技術(shù)實驗報告班級：信息管理與信息系統(tǒng)姓名：**學(xué)號：**********實習(xí)時間：2011年10月25日地點：學(xué)校機(jī)房檢索課題：ERPEnterpriseresourceplanning檢索目標(biāo)文章：AnITgovernanceframeworkofERPsystemimplementationforChineseenterprises檢索系統(tǒng)及數(shù)據(jù)庫：engineeringvillage一、 實驗?zāi)康募耙髮W(xué)習(xí)掌握計算機(jī)檢索的基本步驟，并通過對檢索結(jié)果的分析，對檢索系統(tǒng)分析與評價。、數(shù)據(jù)庫介紹在本次檢索實驗中，我所使用的數(shù)據(jù)庫是外文數(shù)據(jù)庫EICompendex。Ei創(chuàng)辦于1884年10月，由美國工程信息公司主辦°EI網(wǎng)絡(luò)版由光盤版和網(wǎng)絡(luò)擴(kuò)展版合并為而成，是目前全球最全面的工程類二次文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫。該數(shù)據(jù)庫每年新增500000條工程類文獻(xiàn)，數(shù)據(jù)來自5100種工程類期刊、會議論文和技術(shù)報告，（包括90年代以后新增的2500種文獻(xiàn)來源）收錄的每篇文獻(xiàn)都包括書目信息和一個簡短的文摘。囊括世界范圍內(nèi)工程的各個分支學(xué)科，如：土木工程、能源、環(huán)境、地理和生物工程；電氣、電子和控制工程；化學(xué)、礦業(yè)、金屬和燃料工程；機(jī)械、自動化、核能和航空工程；計算機(jī)、人工智能和工業(yè)機(jī)器人。化工和工藝的期刊文獻(xiàn)最多，（約占15%），計算機(jī)和數(shù)據(jù)處理占12%，應(yīng)用物理占11%，電子和通信占12%，另外還有土木工程（占6%）和機(jī)械工程（占6%）等。大約22%的數(shù)據(jù)是有主題詞和摘要的會議論文，90%的文獻(xiàn)是英文文獻(xiàn)。數(shù)據(jù)庫每周更新，目前可以檢索到1970年以來的數(shù)據(jù)，對檢索全世界范圍內(nèi)工程與技術(shù)文獻(xiàn)，跟蹤與評價技術(shù)新成果非常有用。

數(shù)據(jù)庫的檢索方法上1.簡易檢索(easysearch):是非常簡單的關(guān)鍵詞檢索，將關(guān)鍵詞輸入檢索框，點Search即可，沒有其它限制?？梢钥鐜鞕z索?？焖贆z索(quicksearch):可以進(jìn)行復(fù)雜檢索，使用布爾檢索中AND,OR,NOT等，可以限制檢索字段、文件類型、處理類型；可以自動截詞，也可人工截詞。限定時間范圍，選擇檢索范圍，選擇排序方式等。3.高級檢索:提供更強大而靈活的功能,用戶可以使用更復(fù)雜的布爾邏輯算符、位置算符、截詞符等，有更多的檢索項選擇，系統(tǒng)嚴(yán)格按檢索式進(jìn)行檢索。3、 專業(yè)檢索(expertsearch):三、 檢索技術(shù):1．布爾檢索:使用算符有:and、or、not2.鄰位檢索：用NERA算符，ONEAR算符。nN,nW等算符oEI還提供了短語檢索：相關(guān)短語檢索：輸入的短語不加任何括號或引號；精確短語檢索:在輸入的短語加上大括號｛｝或引號“”。3．截詞檢索：一種是在單詞的適當(dāng)位置加截詞符*和？，另一種是系統(tǒng)默認(rèn)自動取詞根，點擊“Autostemmingoff”則可關(guān)閉此功能。讀者可根據(jù)自己的需要自己選擇。4．限制檢索：限制檢索是將檢索詞限制在特定的范圍內(nèi)，有：字段、文獻(xiàn)類型、語種以及年代等第二，在實驗過程中，通過不斷所練習(xí)布爾檢索，使用各種不同的布爾邏輯算符、位置算符、截詞符和字段限制進(jìn)行比較檢索，發(fā)現(xiàn)檢索結(jié)果的輸出方式、格式及排序方式各不相同?文章的檢索頁面的排序方式有兩種：relevance和publicationyear.進(jìn)入檢索結(jié)果頁面時，則有5種可選擇的排列方式，分別是relevance,data,author,source,publisher.檢索結(jié)果最初都是默認(rèn)為相關(guān)性(relevance)的方式進(jìn)行排序。?在AND和OR檢索時，檢索結(jié)果是明顯不同的，OR檢索出來的結(jié)果更為豐富，范圍更廣，而AND檢索的結(jié)果更準(zhǔn)確一些。OR提高了查全率，而AND則提高了查準(zhǔn)率，所以，OR適用于目的性不太強的檢索，而AND則適用于目的性較強的檢索。?截詞檢索也相當(dāng)于擴(kuò)大了檢索范圍，因為詞的匹配范圍更大了，檢索出了更豐富的結(jié)果，提高了查全率。限制檢索則更加精準(zhǔn)，通過一定的限制，提高了查準(zhǔn)率。第三，對傳統(tǒng)信息檢索技術(shù)及系統(tǒng)有了一定的認(rèn)識。信息檢索技術(shù)主要有4個階段：初級階段，手工階段，計算機(jī)檢索階段，網(wǎng)絡(luò)檢索時代。傳統(tǒng)信息檢索是指手工信息檢索，而現(xiàn)代信息檢索包括計算信息檢索和網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息檢索。傳統(tǒng)信息檢索是利用各種專門用于檢索的印刷出版物，即常說的檢索工具來查找所需信息的手段。其檢索方法主要有直接檢索和間接檢索。直接檢索這是人們最常用的一種查找信息的方法,如去圖書館查閱各種圖書、期刊及其他資料,找到需要的信息,需花大量的時間和精力,在過去文獻(xiàn)較少時,還能達(dá)到目的,而在信息大量產(chǎn)生的年代里猶如大海撈針。間接檢索就是利用各種檢索工具獲取線索,再根據(jù)線索來查找原始文獻(xiàn)信息的方法,也就是手工檢索。間接檢索還分為①追溯法通過已知文獻(xiàn)所附的參考文獻(xiàn),“由一變十,由十變百”地進(jìn)行追溯查找有關(guān)信息。還可以利用各種“引文索引”等工具進(jìn)行追溯檢索。②工具法利用各種檢索工具文摘、題錄、目錄等進(jìn)行查找文獻(xiàn),是文獻(xiàn)檢索最常用的方法。傳統(tǒng)信息檢索與現(xiàn)代倍息檢索的比較：檢索語言--檢索語言就是檢索信息時所使用的語言詞匯,在檢索語言上,手工檢索與計算機(jī)檢索基本相同,不同的是計算機(jī)檢索可以使用較多的自然語言,網(wǎng)上檢索一般使用自然語言。檢索概念的組配--手工檢索主要是以人腦進(jìn)行檢索概念的組配,而計算機(jī)檢索則是用布爾邏輯、位置邏輯等邏輯算符進(jìn)行概念組配,網(wǎng)上檢索概念組配方式尚不成熟。其中計算機(jī)檢索的概念組配最為嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),手工檢索的概念組配最靈活。檢索途徑--檢索途徑也就是檢索入口是根據(jù)信息的某種特征所進(jìn)行的檢索,手工檢索與計算機(jī)檢索的基本檢索途徑是相同的,如著者、分類、主題等。但計算機(jī)檢索的檢索途徑要更加廣泛和靈活,可以從年代、題目、文摘、語種等途徑進(jìn)行檢索,并能進(jìn)行多途徑同時檢索。檢索結(jié)果相比則是,手工檢索的結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確率最高,誤檢率最低,查全率較低。計算機(jī)的查準(zhǔn)率要低于手工檢索,誤檢率要高于手工檢索,查全率較高。網(wǎng)絡(luò)檢索結(jié)果誤檢率最高,查全率也較高，查準(zhǔn)率較低。信息內(nèi)容范圍不同--傳統(tǒng)的信息檢索主要以檢索文獻(xiàn)信息為主。如現(xiàn)代信息檢索的信息則不再以文獻(xiàn)信息為主,其范圍很大，網(wǎng)上的信息是全世界最大的信息陣,信息資源分布在整個網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,沒有統(tǒng)一的組織和管理,也沒有統(tǒng)一的目錄。許多希望和他人進(jìn)行信息共享的機(jī)構(gòu)和個人將自己的信息以有償或無償方式通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)對外提供。信息質(zhì)量及可靠性不同--傳統(tǒng)的文獻(xiàn)信息,如各種書刊、報紙、廣告、專利、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等?；旧鲜墙?jīng)過專業(yè)編輯人員審核、篩選、加工后才問世的,檢索出的信息比較可靠,質(zhì)量也較高。網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的信息,質(zhì)量參差不齊,可靠性較差。包括各種生活信息,公用軟件、事實和數(shù)據(jù)信息等,并對外開放,任何人都可以查詢利用。
