aging,industrializationandurbanization,tosatisfythedemandsofthemassesespeciallymiddleagedpopulationfordiseaserecovery,healthandcarefortheoldandhealthmaintenance,toorganizeandcoordinatenationwidesanatoriumsandrelatedinstitutions.Bythemeansofacademicleading,standardnavigation,capitalintegration,talentcultivation,technicaltraining,servicedevelopmentandsoon,itcanexploreoutanewmodeofsojournstylemedicalcareservicewhichisinlinewithnationalconditionstopromotetheinitiativejointwithrehabilitationinstitutionsanddiversifiedhealthdemand,alsotoplayademonstrationroletofacilitatethehealthoftheagedandthehealthofthepublicandtheconstructionofHealthChina.主要工作任務(wù)是：適應(yīng)中國老齡化、工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化進程，圍繞人民群眾特別是中老齡人群對疾病康復(fù)、健康養(yǎng)老、保健養(yǎng)生的巨大需求，組織協(xié)調(diào)全國療養(yǎng)院和相關(guān)機構(gòu)，通過學(xué)術(shù)引領(lǐng)、標準導(dǎo)航、資本融介、人才培養(yǎng)、技術(shù)培訓(xùn)、服務(wù)開發(fā)等途徑，探索符合國情需要的旅居式醫(yī)養(yǎng)康復(fù)服務(wù)新模式，推動療養(yǎng)機構(gòu)與多樣化健康需求主動對接，為促進老齡健康和全民健康、助力健康中國建設(shè)發(fā)揮引領(lǐng)示范作用這個學(xué)會，是中國醫(yī)養(yǎng)康復(fù)領(lǐng)域首個全國性、跨行業(yè)的專業(yè)協(xié)會深化健康養(yǎng)老國際合作的思考DeepenTheThinki10深化健康養(yǎng)老國際合作的思考DeepenTheThinkingOfInternationalCooperationOnHealthAndCareForTheOld根本的目的是通過自然環(huán)境因子、傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)養(yǎng)生、行為心理調(diào)整、以及現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)技術(shù)的有效結(jié)合，改善人群的亞健康狀態(tài)、提高慢病康復(fù)比例、延長健康的工作生活周期，從源頭上遏制醫(yī)療費用增長，推動經(jīng)濟、社會與人口健康的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展分會成立兩年來，已吸納了全國20多個省市的100多所療養(yǎng)院和健康機構(gòu)成為會員單位，成功召開了兩次全國性的醫(yī)養(yǎng)康復(fù)大型會議，在全國首次牽頭制定了《中國2020年前醫(yī)養(yǎng)康復(fù)事業(yè)建設(shè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略總規(guī)劃》：計劃用3到4年的時間，依托中國10多個省市的療養(yǎng)院、健康管理機構(gòu)、新興生態(tài)房地產(chǎn)項目，探索療養(yǎng)院、醫(yī)聯(lián)體和社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老三種健康維護模式，建成高血壓、腦卒中、軟組織損傷、關(guān)節(jié)疾病等10個高發(fā)慢病的康復(fù)全國示范基地，扶持發(fā)展健康評估、力生物學(xué)、綜合理療、心理康復(fù)、神經(jīng)康復(fù)、中醫(yī)康復(fù)等100項療養(yǎng)康復(fù)技術(shù)Sinceitwasestablishedtwoyearsago,thebranchhasabsorbedmorethan100sanatoriumsandhealthinstitutionsfromover20provincesandcitiesthroughoutthecountryasthememberunits.Ithassucceededinholdingtwonationwidebullsessionsofmedicalcarerecoveryandfirstlyleadingtoworkout<thedevelopmentstrategygeneralplanningofmedicalcarerecoveryundertakingconstructioninChinabefore2020>onanationwidescale.Relyingonthesanatoriums,healthmanagementinstitutionsandnewly-developingecologicalrealestateprojectsinover10provincesandcities,theplanningplanstoutilize3to4yearstoexplorethreehealthmaintenancemodesofsanatoriums,medicaltreatmentalliancesandcommunityserviceforhomecareofelderly,tobuilduprecoverynationwidedemonstrationbasefor10kindsoffrequentlyoccurredchronicdiseasessuchashighbloodpressure,cerebralapoplexy,softtissueinjury,jointdiseaseandsoon,tosupportanddevelop100itemsoftreatmentandcarerecoverytechnologysuchashealthassessment,mechanobiology,complexphysicaltherapy,psychologicalrehabilitation,neurologicalrehabilitation,Chinesemedicinerehabilitationandsoon.Thefundamentalobjectiveistoimprovepeople’ssub-healthstate,toincreasetherecoveryrateofchronicdiseases,tolengthenhealthycycleofworkandlifebythemeansofnaturalenvironmentalfactors,traditionalmedicineandtheadjustmentofbehaviorpsychologywiththecombinationofmodernmedicaltechnology.深化健康養(yǎng)老國際合作的思考DeepenTheThinki11深化健康養(yǎng)老國際合作的思考DeepenTheThinkingOfInternationalCooperationOnHealthAndCareForTheOld以上規(guī)劃的確立其實施，因為具有強勁持續(xù)的剛需支撐、有各級政府的政策支持、有醫(yī)養(yǎng)康復(fù)分會的跨界優(yōu)勢、有全國療養(yǎng)院的雄厚基礎(chǔ)和強烈意愿、有樂期可控的風險回報率，一經(jīng)提出，就受到廣大療養(yǎng)機構(gòu)和社會資本的高度關(guān)注，全國已有10個省市衛(wèi)生部門、20多家基礎(chǔ)較好的大型療養(yǎng)院和5個全國性的資本集團表達了強烈的合作意愿，發(fā)展前景可期利好，目前相關(guān)工作正在深入推進。Thereasonsforwhytheplanningabovecanbeestablishedandputintoeffortsarebecauseithascontinuouslystrongsupportofrigiddemand,policysupportofgovernmentsatalllevels,cross-borderadvantagesofMedicineandCareRecoveryBranch,solidfoundationandstrongwillofnationwidesanatoriumsandriskrateofreturnthatallabovecanbecontrolled.Onceputforward,ithasbeenbroughtintofocusbyextensivetreatmentandcareinstitutionsandsocialcapital.Throughoutthecountry,therehavebeen10hygienedepartmentsfromprovincesandcities,over20large-scalesanatoriumswithbetterbasisand5nationwidecapitalgroupsexpressingthestrongcooperativewillingness.Thedevelopmentprospectisbullnewsandwellworthexpecting.Atpresent,relatedworkisbeingfurtherpromoted.深化健康養(yǎng)老國際合作的思考DeepenTheThinki12深化健康養(yǎng)老國際合作的思考DeepenTheThinkingOfInternationalCooperationOnHealthAndCareForTheOld世界衛(wèi)生組織長期以來與中國健康屆具有深厚的合作基礎(chǔ)，出于維護人類健康的共同主旨，我們期待能夠在以下幾個方面，深化與世衛(wèi)組織的合作：Foralongtime,WorldHealthOrganizationhasasolidcooperationbasiswithhealthfieldsofChina.Startingfromthecommonpurposetomaintainthehealthofhumanbeings,weexpecttodeeplycooperatewithWorldHealthOrganizationfromthefollowingaspects.深化健康養(yǎng)老國際合作的思考DeepenTheThinki13深化健康養(yǎng)老國際合作的思考DeepenTheThinkingOfInternationalCooperationOnHealthAndCareForTheOldAtpresent,thebranchhasorganizedmanydomestichealthinstitutionsandcompletedpreliminarydemonstrationofrelatedstandard.Wehopethatinthenextstep,wecanstrengthencooperationwithrelatedexpertsfromWorldHealthOrganizationontheaspectsofinternationalization,scientizationandlocalizationofthestanda
