消防專(zhuān)業(yè)標(biāo)段工程我們依假定開(kāi)工日期為2013年6月1日，2013年12月15日結(jié)束，共計(jì)199個(gè)日歷天；驗(yàn)收時(shí)間：2013.12.1—2013.12.15。Fireproject,weduetostartonJune1st,andfinishonDecember15th,2013,199calendardaysinall.Acceptancetime:2013.12.1—2013.12.15。1.3.3安全目標(biāo)SecurityGoals施工工程中，本專(zhuān)業(yè)將采取切實(shí)可行的措施和充足的安全投入，建立完善的安全施工管理機(jī)制，確保本項(xiàng)目施工全過(guò)程無(wú)重大傷亡事故、無(wú)火災(zāi)事故和無(wú)惡性中毒事件目標(biāo)。Constructionproject,theprofessionalwilltakepracticalmeasuresandadequateinvestmentinsafety,establishandimprovethesafetyofconstructionmanagementmechanismstoensurethatthewholeconstructionprocessofthisprojectwithoutmajorcasualties,nofireaccidents,,andmalignantpoisoningtarget.1.3.4環(huán)境保護(hù)和文明施工目標(biāo)EnvironmentalProtectionandcivilizedconstructiontarget本專(zhuān)業(yè)將嚴(yán)格按照上海市有關(guān)建筑工程施工的各項(xiàng)管理規(guī)定執(zhí)行，加強(qiáng)施工組織和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全、文明施工管理。成為既滿(mǎn)足設(shè)計(jì)要求又滿(mǎn)足建筑物使用功能的綠色建筑，我們將嚴(yán)格按照環(huán)保體系的重點(diǎn)來(lái)實(shí)施本專(zhuān)業(yè)項(xiàng)目。ThisprofessionalwillperforminstrictaccordancewiththeregulationsonbuildingconstructioninShanghai,strengthentheconstructionorganizationandon-sitesecurity,civilizedconstructionmanagement.Bothmeetthedesignrequirementsandmeetbuildingusegreenbuilding,wewillbeinstrictaccordancewiththefocusofenvironmentalprotectionsystemtotheimplementationoftheprofessionalproject.1.3.5團(tuán)結(jié)合作目標(biāo)unityandcooperationgoals積極、主動(dòng)、高效為業(yè)主服務(wù)，急業(yè)主所急，想業(yè)主所想，處理好與業(yè)主和綜合管理團(tuán)隊(duì)、監(jiān)理、設(shè)計(jì)、各標(biāo)段分包及相關(guān)政府部門(mén)的關(guān)系，使工程各方面形成一個(gè)團(tuán)結(jié)、高效、和諧、健康的有機(jī)整體，努力促進(jìn)項(xiàng)目綜合目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。Positive,proactive,efficientservicefortheowners,anxiousownersareanxiousownersthatwanttodealwiththeownersandmanagementteam,supervision,design,eachsectionofsub-contractorsandrelevantgovernmentdepartments,sothatallaspectsoftheprojecttoformaorganicwholeunity,harmony,health,effortstopromotethegoalsoftheproject.第二章工程簡(jiǎn)介及概況ChapterIIIntroductionandOverviewoftheproject2.1工程簡(jiǎn)介ProjectOverview工程名稱(chēng)：羅氏制藥有限公司研發(fā)支持樓ProjectName:RochePharmaceuticalCo.,Ltd.R&Dsupportfloor建設(shè)單位：上海羅氏制藥有限公司ConstructionUnit:ShanghaiRochePharmaceuticalCo.,Ltd.設(shè)計(jì)單位：信息產(chǎn)業(yè)電子第十一設(shè)計(jì)研究院科技工程股份有限公司DesignUnit:TheEleventhDesignandResearchInstituteofInformationIndustryTechnologyEngineeringCo.,Ltd.人防設(shè)計(jì)單位：上海民防建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司Civilairdefensedesignunits:ShanghaiCivilDefenceInstituteofArchitecturalDesignCo.,Ltd.監(jiān)理單位：上海同濟(jì)工程項(xiàng)目管理咨詢(xún)有限公司SupervisionUnit:ShanghaiTongjiConstructionProjectManagementConsultingCo.,Ltd.建設(shè)地點(diǎn)：上海市浦東新區(qū)龍東大道1100號(hào)ConstructionLocation:LongDongAvenue,PudongNewArea,Shanghai,11002.2工程概況ProjectOverview本工程位于上海市上海張江高科技園區(qū)，大樓北側(cè)為龍東大道，南側(cè)為李時(shí)珍路，東側(cè)為日月光廠區(qū)，西側(cè)為勃林格殷格翰廠區(qū)；本大樓為羅氏老廠區(qū)內(nèi)新擴(kuò)建的一幢技術(shù)研發(fā)支持樓，大樓編號(hào)為11#，占地大約在1800多平米，建筑面積為10600平方米，分為地上五層、地下一層。廠區(qū)北側(cè)的入口為進(jìn)入現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的主要入口?，F(xiàn)場(chǎng)已有的靠近羅氏二期項(xiàng)目的建筑為位于東南的餐廳(B-01)，南側(cè)的辦公樓(B-02)，西側(cè)的生產(chǎn)大樓(B-03)。ThisprojectislocatedatShanghaiZhangjiangHi-techPark,tothenorthofthebuildingisLongdongAvenue,tothesouthLishizhenRoad,totheeastRiyueguangPlant,tothewestBoehringer-IngelheimPlant;thisbuildingisaR&Dbuildinginsidetheformerplantthatistoberebuilt,thebuildingnumberis11#,withantotalareaof2000kilometersand5floorsaboveandoneunderground.Thenorthgateisthemainentranceofthesite.ThebuildingsnexttotheRocheIIProjectincludeonecanteen(B-01)atthesoutheast,andoneofficebuildingatthesouth,andtheproductionbuilding(B-03).2.3系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)概況SystemdesignOverview本大樓分為地下一層，地上五層。此大樓的消防工程包含：消防噴淋系統(tǒng)、消火栓系統(tǒng)、火災(zāi)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)以及廣播系統(tǒng)。噴淋及消火栓系統(tǒng)水源直接由原室外環(huán)狀消防管網(wǎng)引出兩路DN150管道接入本大樓，不需另設(shè)水泵房。消防報(bào)警系統(tǒng)為獨(dú)立系統(tǒng)，單獨(dú)增設(shè)消防報(bào)警主機(jī)于8#門(mén)衛(wèi)室。廣播系統(tǒng)主機(jī)設(shè)置在11#樓報(bào)警室，通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)與8#門(mén)衛(wèi)室原有系統(tǒng)連接。Thebuildingcontainsonefloorunderground,andfivefloorsabove.Buildingfireprotectionengineeringsystemincludes:firesprinklersystem,firehydrantsystem,firealarmsystem,andthebroadcastingsystem.SprinklerandhydrantsystemwaterleadstotwoDN150pipelinebroughtdirectlyfromtheoutdoorcyclicfirecontrolnetworkaccesstothebuilding,withoutaseparatepumphouse.Thefirealarmsystemasanindependentsystem,separateadditionalfirealarmhost#guardroom.Broadcastingsystemhostsetinthe11#buildingalarmroom,theoriginalsystemconnectedthroughthenetworkwith8#guardroom.第三章施工部署Chapter3Constructiondeployment3．1人力資源分析及工具配備humanresourcesanalysisandequippedtools人員合理配備是項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃和項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的一大保證。通過(guò)多年在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)中所得出的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，我們通常把項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行階段劃分，從而達(dá)到科學(xué)化管理。對(duì)于這個(gè)項(xiàng)目，我們把它劃分為項(xiàng)目準(zhǔn)備階段、管道預(yù)埋階段、套管預(yù)埋階段管道安裝階段、設(shè)備安裝階段、系統(tǒng)調(diào)試階段、竣工驗(yàn)收階段、后期文檔移交階段、質(zhì)量保證階段。通過(guò)劃分我們就更加清晰明了地知道在每個(gè)階段所需的人員數(shù)量、工種、容易出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題環(huán)節(jié)等等，如我們?cè)谂涔馨惭b階段，在這階段我們所需要的技術(shù)工種人數(shù)要占總施工人數(shù)的80%以上，20%以下的施工人員用來(lái)對(duì)一些前期未能完成的工作進(jìn)行完成和對(duì)安裝人員的協(xié)助工作。本專(zhu
