Area項(xiàng)目概念說(shuō)明

Project

Description項(xiàng)目位于北京西南二環(huán)的涼水河邊，周邊有遼金城垣博物館、北京大觀園等文娛資源，與亞林上苑、中國(guó)璽、昆侖域等較優(yōu)質(zhì)的居住區(qū)共鄰，建筑以疊拼為主力戶型。一座位于內(nèi)城的疊拼花園，注定它的品質(zhì)可貴。地塊極小，大約2780㎡即滿足示范區(qū)前場(chǎng)和實(shí)體戶型的展示需求。通勤的市政道路界面良好，但基地開口方向面對(duì)右安門醫(yī)院。如何隔離喧囂并解決不利因素，“藏”園于內(nèi)，用何種方式“藏”，是我們要綜合的項(xiàng)目基本輸入條件。要求對(duì)空間尺度的控制和對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的把控要精準(zhǔn)。The

Itis

thebasicconditionofourcomprehensive

project

that

todealwith

the

noiseandothernegativefactors,

andto‘hide’agarden

inside,

which

requiresprecisecontroloverthespatialscaleofthe

ConceptDesign用平實(shí)的設(shè)計(jì)手法，確定每個(gè)空間場(chǎng)地的主旨，做水石、花木的主題，一切都從自然出發(fā)，不刻意創(chuàng)造。前場(chǎng)水庭，寧簡(jiǎn)勿繁。后場(chǎng)禪庭，花木扶疏With

Space立足整體空間的思考，將室內(nèi)、外空間更有序的捏合在一起。從觀賞性的延續(xù)到功能性的延伸，都完美呈現(xiàn)出尊貴品質(zhì)的禮序空間?，F(xiàn)代東方主義的氣質(zhì)，將空間鎖定在簡(jiǎn)約與內(nèi)斂中，彰顯未來(lái)業(yè)主的儒雅氣質(zhì)。It

space

Space院以流水，禪石，茶亭為元素，規(guī)整嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)。后院是放松的草坪空間，花木點(diǎn)綴其間，清新自然。小院功能與建筑聯(lián)動(dòng)整合，形成一個(gè)戶外的天然起居室，滿足屋主亭下會(huì)友的功能需求，家人一起暢享天倫。The

space上疊小院融合室內(nèi)的精裝風(fēng)格，在保持東方韻味的基礎(chǔ)上更加具有當(dāng)代感。受通道條件所束，東側(cè)入院對(duì)于院落空間存在窗井干擾、動(dòng)線過長(zhǎng)等弊端。通過格柵、種植屏蔽等手段，以“竹”的清雅脫俗為界，進(jìn)行空間整合，保證入門禮儀、亭下休憩、花木小徑的遞進(jìn)式觀感體驗(yàn)。竹子的綠，楓樹的紅，襯以爵士白的大理石材，小院仿佛一幅雅致清幽的扇面畫，人行其中，如在畫中游。The
