第一章概 換熱器概 第二章?lián)Q熱器的選型說 外形和規(guī) 殼和臺(tái) 工藝條件限 第三章?lián)Q熱器設(shè)計(jì)舉 工藝數(shù)據(jù)匯 類型選 溫度和壓 傳熱系 尺 管徑與管 排列形 管 管.................................................................................................................................折流 EDR計(jì)算結(jié) 計(jì)算結(jié) 詳細(xì)結(jié) 附件1換熱器設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果一覽 附件2換熱器設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果TEMA 第一章《化工設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)全書—換熱器》2003-《石油化工設(shè)備選型手冊(cè)—換熱器》2009-《化工工藝設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)》2003-《壓力容器安全技術(shù)監(jiān)察規(guī)1990-5-《實(shí)用熱物理性質(zhì)手冊(cè)》《鋼制壓力容器》GB150-《管殼式換熱器》GB151-《管徑選擇》HG/T20570.6-《化工配管用無縫及焊接尺寸選用系列》HG20553-《石油化工企業(yè)尺寸系列》SH3405-《氨制冷裝置用臥式蒸發(fā)器》JB/T7658.4-《鞍式支座》JB/T4712-備之一。換熱器行業(yè)涉及暖通、壓力容器、中水處理設(shè)備,化工,石油等近30多種產(chǎn)業(yè),相互形成條。數(shù)據(jù)顯示2010年中國換熱器產(chǎn)業(yè)市場規(guī)模在500億元左右,主要集中于石804040、核電常規(guī)島核島、風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組能光伏發(fā)電、多晶硅生產(chǎn)等領(lǐng)域都需要大130、藝流中使用著大量的換熱器提高這些換熱器效率顯然可以減少能源的消耗;壓力降得范圍;對(duì)、維修的要求;材料價(jià)格;使用等。流量、腐蝕性、允許壓降、操作溫度與壓力、結(jié)垢情況和檢修等要素決定選殼壁與管壁的溫差超過70℃;壁溫相差50~70℃。而殼流體壓力大0.6MPa殼流體易結(jié)垢或腐蝕性強(qiáng)時(shí)不能采用固定管板式換熱器綜合考慮本次管殼式(又稱列管式)換熱器是管殼式換熱器主要有殼體、管束、管板和封頭等部分組成,殼體多呈圓形,裝有平行管束或者螺旋管,管束兩端固定于管板上。在管殼換熱器內(nèi)進(jìn)行換熱的兩種流體,一種在管內(nèi)流動(dòng),其行稱為管一種在管外流動(dòng),其行稱為殼管束的壁面即為傳熱面。管殼式換熱4.614000w/m2.k,大大提高生產(chǎn)效率,更換膠條價(jià)格昂貴(膠條的更換費(fèi)用大約占整個(gè)過的1/3-1/2).主要應(yīng)用于液體-液體之間的換熱,行業(yè)內(nèi)常稱為水水換熱,其換熱效率在5000w/m2.K。泛。目前,由于中國新版GMP的推出,板式換熱將逐漸退出食品,飲料,制藥等第二章熱器的選型 殼都符合設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)而且要考慮加工的合理性。這就要求在設(shè)計(jì)換熱器的這就要求工師在選用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)系列設(shè)備或設(shè)計(jì)非定型設(shè)備時(shí),結(jié)合任務(wù)的要求,作管子的外,垢或可以進(jìn)行化學(xué)的場合下用正三角形排列。必須進(jìn)行機(jī)械的場,管子直滿足允許的壓力降一般選用Ф19mm的管子。對(duì)于易結(jié)垢的物料,為方便,25mm結(jié)垢不是很嚴(yán)重,又允許壓力降較高的情況下,采用Φ19mm×2mm的管子是管來殼徑較大的換熱器采用較長的管子可降低單位傳熱面積的金屬耗量4~6m的管長管心距管心距小設(shè)備緊湊但引起管板增厚清潔不便殼壓1.25~1.5倍。力降比單殼增加6~8倍。只有殼流量很小,采用最小板間距殼流速仍時(shí),可考慮用兩個(gè)換熱器串聯(lián)代替雙殼溫度限冷卻水的出口溫度不宜高于60℃,以免結(jié)垢嚴(yán)重。高溫端的溫差不應(yīng)小于20℃5℃溫差不應(yīng)小于20℃。在冷卻或者冷凝工藝物流時(shí),冷卻劑的溫度應(yīng)高于工5℃的一般低5℃換熱器的設(shè)計(jì)溫度應(yīng)高于最大使15°C。壓力降的當(dāng)工藝物流壓力小于9.8×104????時(shí),允許壓力降是9.8×103????;當(dāng)工藝物流壓力介于9.8×104????至16.7×104????之間時(shí),允許壓力降介于3.3×103????3.9×103????之間;當(dāng)工藝物流壓力大于16.7×104????時(shí),允許壓力降小于9.8×物流安換熱器管和殼之間的物流存在一定的限制和要求目的在于強(qiáng)化傳除①高溫物流,一般走管此有時(shí)為了節(jié)省保溫層和減少殼體厚度,也可以使高溫物流走殼除②較高壓的物流應(yīng)走殼在殼可以得到較高的傳熱系數(shù)③較粘的物流應(yīng)走殼在殼可以得到較高的傳熱系數(shù)④腐蝕性較強(qiáng)的物流應(yīng)位于管⑤對(duì)壓力降有特定要求的工藝物流,應(yīng)位于管因管的傳熱系數(shù)和壓以⑥較臟和易結(jié)垢的物流應(yīng)走管便和控制結(jié)垢。若必須走殼則以因⑦流量較少的物流應(yīng)走殼為在殼使物流成為湍流狀態(tài),從而增加因⑧給熱系數(shù)較小的物流,像氣體,應(yīng)走殼于提高給熱系數(shù)物料流2.1管殼式換熱器中常用的流速范流體的種 一般流 易結(jié)垢流 氣管殼2.2的流速表(管內(nèi)類管最低流最高流適宜流第三章熱器設(shè)計(jì)舉交換器》以及《化工工藝設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)第二版(下》第四版,使用AspenExchangerDesignandRatingV8.8進(jìn)行換熱設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì),以此作為參考從工藝手冊(cè)上選進(jìn)行模擬計(jì)算,模擬出來的換熱器工藝參數(shù)操作條殼管MDEA操作條殼管MDEAMDEA質(zhì)量流量進(jìn)口溫度出口溫度進(jìn)口壓力出口壓力參 同換熱器,封頭為橢圓形封頭,雙管時(shí)使用浮頭式換熱器減少熱應(yīng)力同時(shí)便同在考慮流向問題時(shí)考慮到冷卻物流走管更加合適同時(shí)由于富液中溶液吸收了大量硫化氫,具有一定的腐蝕性,因而讓MDEA富液走管更和符設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。在確定好流體之后,對(duì)于類型的選擇,EDR3.1針對(duì)前封頭封頭管箱適用于較清潔的介質(zhì)工況因檢查換熱管內(nèi)及換LMLM中,選擇浮頭式換熱器。E必須為偶數(shù)。根據(jù)介質(zhì)情況,這里選擇E單以藝流體的換熱,低溫端溫差一般高于20℃。采用多管殼水為冷卻劑單以,鑒于該換熱器的殼工作溫度為110℃,管工作溫度為50℃溫差10℃,溫度為160℃,管的設(shè)計(jì)溫度為90℃這里取殼設(shè)計(jì)壓力為0.3MPa,管的設(shè)計(jì)壓力為1.1MPa這里也要考慮壓壓小于0.1MPa(真空條件壓降不大于進(jìn)口壓強(qiáng)的40%,出口絕壓大于0.1MPa,20%。表3.2管殼式換熱器的合理壓 P=701000Kpa(表 P=10003000Kpa(表 較高壓操 P=30008000Kpa(表 70和固壁熱阻為EDR自動(dòng)默認(rèn)值。該換熱器的管為冷卻水,根據(jù)《化工工藝設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)(第四版)上冊(cè),冷卻水平均污垢系數(shù)為0.00017m2K/W,殼硫同樣查0.000073m2K/W。管徑與19mm換熱時(shí),可選用25mm的管徑,這樣更方便。3.3用國內(nèi)換熱管的規(guī)材標(biāo)外徑mmx厚度19x25x25x19x不銹 25x算,將同直徑換熱器中的換熱管由Φ25mm改為Φ19mm,40%左右,節(jié)約20%金屬以上;但增加了制造難度,且小管子容易結(jié)垢,不易。結(jié)垢不是很嚴(yán)重,又允許壓力降較高的情況下,采用Φ19mm×2mm的管子是排列形管長一點(diǎn)的管子(12.2m的碳,21.3m的銅合金管)通常只在可以得到。但6m長的換熱管則是很普遍的。無相變換熱時(shí),管子較長則傳熱系數(shù)也增加,在相同傳熱面時(shí),采用長管較好,一是可減少管數(shù),二是可減少壓力降,三是每平方米傳熱面的比價(jià)低。但是管子過長給制造帶來,因此,一般選用4,6m8,9m的管長。在冷凝器管壓力降過大,一般選在1~2。由于設(shè)計(jì)冷凝器,考慮冷凝水的,因此這里走雙管比較合理。折流折流板型折流折流板圓置水平放置的折流板適用于無相變的對(duì)流傳熱防止殼流體平行于管束流動(dòng),減少殼底部液體沉積。而在帶有懸浮物或結(jié)垢嚴(yán)重的流體所使用折流板圓缺高15-25%。折流板間1/2TEMA0.8倍。最后根據(jù)EDR的設(shè)計(jì)方案,選擇其中較為合理的一組。結(jié)合器》規(guī)定,選擇換熱管內(nèi)徑為19mm,壁厚2mm,管心距25mm,排列方式為正三角形,殼工直徑(內(nèi)徑)為750mm,壁厚10mm,換熱管長度1500mm,折流板間450mm504EDR默認(rèn)值。計(jì)算結(jié)165.3m^2,36%,符合設(shè)計(jì)要求;殼流速為8.04m/s,管流速為5.7m/s,均為湍流態(tài),且滿E0101BES700-1.1/0.3-165.3-3/19-(mm(MPa,0.3-(MPa3(m(mm2-雙管Ⅰ-Ⅰ級(jí)管束詳細(xì)結(jié)
