dandsustainedGDPgrowth.Workers'incomehassignificantlyincreased.theshareofwagesinGDPhassteadilydeclined.theshareoflaborremunerationinGDPalsodeclined.Thegrowthofincomeinequality.Workers'rightsarefrequentlyviolated.quittingtheirjobsandlabourconflictshasskyrocketedNew"Swedishmodel"from1980Thethirdway:betweentighteningandexpansionChangesintheexternalenvironmentoftradeunionsthechangesofdomesticpoliticalconditionsConditions:TheunionshadtoreconsidertheirstronglinkstotheSocialDemocratsandbeopenfortalksalsowithotherparties.In1980s.alooserparty-unionrelationshipemerged.theinfluencesofEUEUlegislationonminimumwagesthreatenedtointerfereindomesticlabourlegislationandmakecollectiveagreementsobsoleteReasons.TheSocialDemocratslosttheirhegemonicposition.Theopenandstronglinksbetweenthepartyandtheblue-collarunionsandLO,theunionconfederationwereincreasinglycriticized.agrowingurgeforindividualfreedomamongimportantpartsoftheelectorateanddiscontentwiththe"StrongSociety".TherewasstrongoppositionfromindustrytosocialistreformsinitiatedbytheunionANALYSISPERSPECTIVESMarketInstitutions:redistribution-basedState:themostpowerfulactorThefirstisdecentralizedaccumulationtoliberalizelocaleconomiesThesecondislegalisticlegitimationofauthoritarianruletorulethecountrybylawwithoutpoliticalcontrolRelationshipbetweenDPandun
