201*年,我店人事部工作,在酒店領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的正確帶著下,堅持“敬重、理解,克難奮進、共創(chuàng)輝煌”的重要思想為指導(dǎo),深入貫徹落實鄧總在201*年度酒店工作的指導(dǎo)精神,在人事工作日益繁重,酒店治理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)大幅度提高的新形式下,通過本部門及酒店全體員工的共同努力,根本完成了預(yù)期工作目標(biāo),并且取得了肯定的成績。一、考勤治理:

201*年度根據(jù)鄧總的指示,人事部對考勤治理實行指紋考勤與紙卡考勤相結(jié)合的方法,仔細(xì)做好每天各部門人員出勤卡的跟蹤檢查工作,準(zhǔn)時將檢查中發(fā)覺的特別現(xiàn)象反應(yīng)到各部門,并準(zhǔn)時主動做好與各部門之間的溝通與反應(yīng)工作,使得考勤治理與之有很大的改良,且取得了特別好的效應(yīng)。但是在考勤治理取得肯定成績的同時也消失了一些問題,部門考勤治理較混亂,治理人員對部門員工的考勤治理不嚴(yán)格,對違反考勤制度的員工的處理不準(zhǔn)時、不嚴(yán)格,這些問題將在201*年度作為人事部完善考勤治理的一項重點工作,人事部將在

201*年度加大加強對各部門的考勤監(jiān)管力度,嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行酒店相關(guān)考勤制度,絕不姑息和放縱違反考勤制度的行為。二、檔案治理:

酒店各類檔案的治理是人事部一項重要而又繁雜、細(xì)致的工作。人事部在原有的根底上對各類檔案進展了較細(xì)的分類。從員工的入職到每一個環(huán)節(jié)的資料進展了具體的歸整,嚴(yán)格按部門崗位進展整理、編號、存檔。在各類檔案的存放治理上比擬科學(xué)的進展了細(xì)分和對號入庫,使各類檔案的治理逐步到達了便于查找,便利查找,一目了然,提高了檔案治理的工作效率與工作質(zhì)量,避開了缺項,解決了亂丟亂放的現(xiàn)象,使各類檔案的治理更大標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和系統(tǒng)化。

四、人事部企業(yè)文化的建立

人事部在201*年,根據(jù)鄧總的相關(guān)指示,完成了本酒店的企業(yè)文化的初步建立,使得酒店指導(dǎo)思想“敬重、理解,克難奮進”深入人心,也使得酒店員工在自身素養(yǎng)與修養(yǎng)上有很大的提高。

五、201*年人力資源現(xiàn)狀分析

崗位分布:

201*年人員分類圖業(yè)務(wù)部3人中高層治理人員13人職能部門34人一線崗位49人

截止201*年12月26日酒店員工99人,酒店職能部門人員占比例為34%,業(yè)務(wù)人員占比例為3%,一線效勞崗位占比例為49%。

六、聘請、培訓(xùn)工作盤點(一)聘請渠道及費用:1、現(xiàn)場聘請

今年的聘請效果不明顯,后期主要采納了網(wǎng)絡(luò)聘請和發(fā)放傳單的形式進展聘請,201*年將采納傳單、現(xiàn)場聘請會、聘請宣傳廣告、員工推舉等形式加強聘請力度;2、報紙聘請

今年共進展了2次報紙聘請,主要針對酒店緊缺的治理人才和效勞人員,另外通過報紙酒店也做了相應(yīng)的宣傳工作。3、網(wǎng)絡(luò)聘請

今年我們使用了嘉魚熱線網(wǎng)聘請,使用幾個月來發(fā)覺在聘請基層崗位比擬適合,人員也比擬穩(wěn)定。4、內(nèi)部員工介紹

201*年通過內(nèi)部員工的介紹,有員工到我酒店工作,201*年還將加大內(nèi)部員工的介紹力度,做好宣傳。(二)培訓(xùn)工作

酒店201*年下半年主要進展了以下培訓(xùn)工作:

1、消防學(xué)問培訓(xùn)及演練

201*年10月份,酒店由人事部組織,由保安部牽頭,為酒店餐飲部和客房部兩大部門的絕大多數(shù)人員進行了一次規(guī)模較大的消防培訓(xùn)及消防演練,通過組織培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí),提高了員工消防安全意識,把握了肯定的自救學(xué)問,員工在工作中的自查意識也有了肯定的提高。

2、效勞技能、效勞禮儀培訓(xùn)

10月、11月人事部屢次組織了對客房部、餐飲部的效勞禮節(jié)、儀容儀表、效勞技能等相關(guān)專業(yè)學(xué)問的培訓(xùn),使得客房部和餐飲部在效勞質(zhì)量上有所提升。

七、薪酬盤點

(一)薪資構(gòu)造調(diào)整

201*年酒店行業(yè)整體薪酬水平上漲,7月份酒店依據(jù)社會實際工資變化狀況,對酒店各個崗位的薪酬進展了調(diào)整,上漲幅度到達7%15%。

(二)進展內(nèi)外部薪酬調(diào)查,調(diào)整薪酬體系,提高薪酬競爭力?;谔嵘频晷匠旮偁巸?yōu)勢的需要,更是為了在企業(yè)進展的過程中平衡人員職業(yè)滿足度,人事部在酒店領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的工作布署下將于201*年3月下旬開頭了為期半個月的薪酬資料的調(diào)查分析。

八、勞動保險治理。

酒店目前參保人數(shù)為32人,占職工總?cè)藬?shù)的32.3%。共分別參與了養(yǎng)老、工傷兩項保險。201*年度人事部將對勞動保險治理作出以下調(diào)整:①201*年度將不承受員工自行買保險后酒店予以補貼的形式,201*年自行買保險的員工,將在201*年保險期到期后全部轉(zhuǎn)

為社會保障局所要求的的形式予以參保。

②201*年人事部將對購置的社保人員重新審核,增加購置社保人員數(shù)量,以到達社會保障局要求。

(一)企業(yè)內(nèi)部的有序人才梯隊的培育與形成

充分挖掘內(nèi)部員工的潛能,通過2-3年時間的大力度培育內(nèi)部員工,集中培育治理崗位和專業(yè)技能崗位。員工的進展通道為治理崗位和技能崗位的雙通道。技術(shù)型崗位通過個人技能級別鑒定來實現(xiàn)個人進展的突破,不同級別可享受到酒店特地設(shè)置的技術(shù)崗位的技能津貼。關(guān)鍵治理崗位的增補以內(nèi)部增補為主,即消失崗位空缺,通過內(nèi)部梯隊選拔的方式甄選出同崗位相匹配的人選,鼓勵酒店員工的工作積極性,激發(fā)員工自我學(xué)習(xí)、提升的激情,從而提升團隊的整體素養(yǎng),制造出學(xué)習(xí)型的團隊氣氛,人人爭先恐后,相互趕超,積極上進。(二)政策、制度及工程支持

1、制定內(nèi)部競聘上崗制度,成立內(nèi)部競聘面試小組,對競聘者進

行綜合素養(yǎng)的考評,確定是否符合錄用條件。

A、消失崗位空缺,人事部在酒店內(nèi)部公布崗位增補的通知,員工可推舉符合崗位要求的人員應(yīng)聘或者自薦;

B、校園聘請的優(yōu)勢為資源集中,投入少,具有增值效應(yīng),201*年將作為聘請工作的一個重點;

C、網(wǎng)絡(luò)聘請主要通過《嘉魚熱線網(wǎng)》公布聘請信息,重點增補基層效勞人員和專業(yè)技能型人才;

D、聘請宣傳工作將作為聘請工作的另一項重點,以傳單、報刊和廣告的方式來做宣傳,這樣即能起到一個聘請的宣傳工作也能對酒店有一個很好的宣傳。
