目錄CONTENTTOC\o"1-5"\h\z磨粉機(jī)的用途1\o"CurrentDocument"高壓磨的六大特點1磨粉機(jī)的規(guī)格、性能2\o"CurrentDocument"工作原理、結(jié)構(gòu)特征3整機(jī)的安裝、調(diào)試5\o"CurrentDocument"磨粉機(jī)的操作規(guī)程6\o"CurrentDocument"潤滑系統(tǒng)7電器控制部8\o"CurrentDocument"磨粉機(jī)的維護(hù)、保養(yǎng)9\o"CurrentDocument"常見故障及排除方法10\o"CurrentDocument"各部軸承型號及易損件名稱數(shù)量10磨粉機(jī)主機(jī)防震安裝示意圖30電氣系統(tǒng)圖3236基礎(chǔ)圖(連接圖)33磨粉機(jī)管線圖36YGM951?高壓磨粉機(jī)使用說明書高壓磨的用途:■該機(jī)主要適用于冶金、建材、化工、礦山等礦產(chǎn)品物料的磨粉加工,可粉磨石英、長石、方解石、滑石、重晶石、螢石、稀土、大理石、陶瓷、鋁磯土、猛礦、銅礦、磷礦石、氧化鐵紅、皓英砂、礦渣、水渣、水泥熟料、活性炭、白云石、花崗巖、石榴子石、氧化鐵黃、豆餅、化肥、復(fù)合肥、粉石、氟石、膨潤土、麥飯石流紋巖、渾綠巖、葉臘石、頁巖、紫砂石、綠渾巖、迭巖石、玄武石、石膏、石墨、炭化硅、保溫材料等莫式硬度在9.3級以下,濕度在6%勺各種非易燃易爆礦產(chǎn)物料的加工。高壓磨的六大特點:■與其它磨機(jī)相比相同等動力條件下產(chǎn)量提高10-20%,磨輾對物料的碾壓力在高壓彈簧作用下提高800-1200kgf。■莫式硬度小于9.3級的礦產(chǎn)物料均可加工粉碎?!龀善妨6确秶鷱V,粒徑最粗可達(dá)0.613毫米(30目),粒徑一般可達(dá)0.033毫米(425目),少部分物料最細(xì)可達(dá)到0.013毫米(1000目)?!龀龎m效果完全達(dá)到國家粉塵排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)?!龇治鰴C(jī)調(diào)整方便?!鲅心パb置采用重疊式多級密封,密封性能好。性能、規(guī)格見表1和表2表1名稱單位規(guī)格、技術(shù)性能數(shù)據(jù)磨車?yán)?shù)量個4磨輾直徑X高度毫米①310X180磨環(huán)直徑X局度毫米①950x180主機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速轉(zhuǎn)/分130取大進(jìn)料粒度毫米<25成品粒度毫米0.14-0.010產(chǎn)量噸/小時5-0.5外形尺寸長X寬X高米7.1X5.9X7.9總重(電控除外)噸16★注:粉碎石灰石、成品粒度為0.075毫米(200目)、通篩率85%^件下的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)量?;緮?shù)據(jù)單位規(guī)格、技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)主機(jī)電動機(jī)型號Y225S-4功率千瓦37轉(zhuǎn)速轉(zhuǎn)/分1480分析機(jī)電動機(jī)型號YCT200-4A功率千瓦18.5轉(zhuǎn)速轉(zhuǎn)/分125?1250提升機(jī)電動機(jī)型號Y100L-4功率千瓦3轉(zhuǎn)速轉(zhuǎn)/分1480鼓風(fēng)機(jī)電動機(jī)型號「Y2255-4功率千瓦30轉(zhuǎn)速轉(zhuǎn)/分1470顆式破碎機(jī)電動機(jī)型號PE200X350250X400Y160M-6Y180L-6功率千瓦1515轉(zhuǎn)速轉(zhuǎn)/分970電磁振動給料機(jī)型號GZF功率瓦100★注:破碎機(jī)根據(jù)物料硬度、供料量可按表2內(nèi)型號選配。工作原理、整機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)特征9518型高壓磨粉機(jī)整機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)是由主機(jī)、分析機(jī)、管道裝置、鼓風(fēng)機(jī)、顆式破碎機(jī)、斗式提升機(jī)、電磁振動給料機(jī)、電控電機(jī)等組成(詳見安裝基礎(chǔ)圖)?!龉ぷ髟恚骸瞿シ蹤C(jī)整機(jī)工作過程(粉磨物料過程):大塊狀物料經(jīng)顆式破碎機(jī)破碎到所需粒度后,由提升機(jī)將物料送至儲料斗,再經(jīng)振動給料機(jī)將料均勻、定量、連續(xù)地送入主機(jī)磨室內(nèi)進(jìn)行研磨,粉磨后的粉子被風(fēng)機(jī)氣流帶走,經(jīng)分析機(jī)進(jìn)行分級,符合細(xì)度的粉子隨氣流經(jīng)管道進(jìn)入大旋風(fēng)收集器內(nèi),進(jìn)行分離收集,再經(jīng)出粉管排出即為成品粉。氣流再由大旋風(fēng)收集器上端回風(fēng)管吸入鼓風(fēng)機(jī)。本機(jī)整個氣流系統(tǒng)是密閉循環(huán)的,并且是在正負(fù)壓狀態(tài)下循環(huán)流動的?!鲈谀ナ覂?nèi)因被磨物料有一定的含水量,研磨時產(chǎn)生熱量導(dǎo)致磨室內(nèi)氣體蒸發(fā)改變了氣流量。以及整機(jī)各管道結(jié)合處不密封,外界氣體被吸入,是循環(huán)氣流風(fēng)量增加,為此通過調(diào)整風(fēng)機(jī)和主機(jī)間的余風(fēng)管來達(dá)到氣流的平衡,并將多余的氣體導(dǎo)入布袋除塵器內(nèi),把余氣帶入的細(xì)粉子收集下來,余氣被凈化后排出。■主機(jī)工作過程是通過傳動裝置帶動中心軸轉(zhuǎn)動,軸的上端連接著梅花架,架上裝有磨輾裝置并形成擺動支點,其不僅圍繞中心旋轉(zhuǎn),同時磨輾在磨環(huán)內(nèi)公轉(zhuǎn)的同時,磨輾本身因摩擦作用而自轉(zhuǎn)。梅花架下端裝有鏟刀系統(tǒng),其位置處于磨輾下端,鏟刀與磨輾同轉(zhuǎn)過程中把物料鏟拋喂入磨輾與磨環(huán)之間,形成墊料層,該料層受磨輾旋轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生向外的離心力(即擠壓力)將物料碾碎,即由此而達(dá)到制粉目的。■分析機(jī)通過調(diào)速電機(jī)帶動轉(zhuǎn)盤上的葉片旋轉(zhuǎn),形成對粉子的分級作用。葉片轉(zhuǎn)速的快慢是按成品粉子料度大小進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié),當(dāng)如要獲得較細(xì)粒度粉子時,就必須提高葉片轉(zhuǎn)速,使葉片與粉子接觸增加,使不合要求的粉子被葉片拋向外壁與氣流脫離,粗粉子因自重力的作用落入磨室進(jìn)行重磨,合格的成品粉子通過葉片隨氣流吸入大旋風(fēng)收集器內(nèi),氣流與粉子通過葉片隨氣流吸入大旋風(fēng)收集器內(nèi),氣流與粉子被分離后,粉子被收集?!龃笮L(fēng)收集器對磨粉機(jī)的性能起到很重要的作用,當(dāng)帶粉氣流進(jìn)入收集器時是高速旋轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài),待氣流與粉子分離后,氣流隨圓錐體壁收縮向中心移動至錐底時(自氣流自然長度)形成一個旋轉(zhuǎn)向上的氣流圓拄,這時粉子被分離掉落收集。由于向上旋轉(zhuǎn)的氣流核心呈負(fù)壓狀態(tài),所以對收集器下端密封要求很高,必須對外界空氣嚴(yán)格隔開,否則被收集下的粉子會重新被核心收集器負(fù)壓氣體隔離開,這是一個相當(dāng)重要的部件,如不裝鎖粉器或鎖粉器的舌板密封不嚴(yán)就會造成不出粉或少出粉,嚴(yán)重影響整機(jī)產(chǎn)量?!稣麢C(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)特征:1、磨粉機(jī)整機(jī)為立式結(jié)構(gòu),其特征是占地面積小,成套性強(qiáng),從塊料至粉碎到成品粉子、包裝,能獨立自成一個生產(chǎn)體系。2、磨粉機(jī)所磨制的各種粉子成品細(xì)度均勻性,能達(dá)到所需細(xì)度的99%!過,即為通篩可達(dá)99%這是其它磨粉設(shè)備所不能勝任的。3、磨粉機(jī)主要傳動裝置采用密閉齒輪箱和帶輪,傳動平穩(wěn),運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)可靠,磨粉機(jī)的重要件均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼材制造,因此整機(jī)耐用穩(wěn)定可靠。4、磨粉機(jī)電氣系統(tǒng)采用集中控制,選型先進(jìn)合理,在磨粉車箱內(nèi)基本上可實現(xiàn)無人操作、振動給料機(jī)體積小重量輕,給料均勻,易于調(diào)節(jié)并省電,使用維修方便。整機(jī)的安裝、調(diào)試■整機(jī)的安裝:(一)安裝前的準(zhǔn)備事項1、磨粉機(jī)運(yùn)行現(xiàn)場還未安裝時,應(yīng)妥善保管,外露表面須涂上防銹油脂,并避免日曬雨淋,以防機(jī)體生繡進(jìn)水,并要建立保養(yǎng)制度。2、廠房和基礎(chǔ)應(yīng)根據(jù)基礎(chǔ)圖尺寸應(yīng)有足夠的高度和安裝位置,磨機(jī)基礎(chǔ)應(yīng)采用高標(biāo)水泥并須埋有鋼筋方能澆基礎(chǔ),并預(yù)埋穿線管和電纜溝。水泥基礎(chǔ)澆好后,必須有15天的保養(yǎng)期。3、應(yīng)配有2-3噸起吊工具,供安裝維修用。4、磨粉機(jī)從出廠到使用時間超過6個月者,對主機(jī)中心軸系統(tǒng)、傳動裝置、磨輾裝置、分析機(jī)油池等應(yīng)清洗檢查,清洗檢查完畢后應(yīng)對各部件加入足夠的潤滑油脂。(二)磨粉機(jī)的安裝(見圖1安裝示意圖)1、首先將傳動裝置底座吊入坑內(nèi)校平,注意控制好一定高度,然后用水平儀校正上端平面“A”,同時將傳動裝置安裝在“A面上并用螺栓固定。2、主機(jī)安裝。安裝前應(yīng)在底座下端平面與水泥基礎(chǔ)接觸處和地腳螺栓連接間墊上橡膠防震墊(見圖2),然后用框形水平儀校正底座“B”平面,校正點為交叉十字線四點,同時調(diào)正兩半聯(lián)軸器“仗、“D”,其不同軸度應(yīng)小于0.20毫米,E1-E2不平行度大于0.1毫米,“日”、“巳”之間隙應(yīng)保持在5-8毫米內(nèi)。3、管道裝置的位置和高度應(yīng)按總圖安裝,不得任意改動和加高,各管道連接處應(yīng)密封,緊固后不得有漏氣現(xiàn)象。電氣設(shè)備應(yīng)準(zhǔn)確可靠,待各部件安裝完畢后應(yīng)進(jìn)行試機(jī)?!稣{(diào)試(空運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)試機(jī))1、壓力彈簧的工作高度(被壓縮后的有效高度)越低,磨輾對物料的壓力也越大,其產(chǎn)量也越高,但應(yīng)根據(jù)主電動機(jī)的負(fù)荷情況,隨著磨輾被磨小逐漸壓縮。壓力彈簧的工作高度應(yīng)控制在145?160毫米范圍內(nèi)。2、空負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)試機(jī)在無負(fù)荷試機(jī)前,應(yīng)將磨輾裝置用鋼絲繩包扎牢,避免磨輾裝置與磨環(huán)接觸沖擊,然后主機(jī)空運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)試機(jī)不少于1小時;主機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時應(yīng)平穩(wěn),箱體內(nèi)油溫不得超過80C,溫升不超過40C。主機(jī)與分析機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)方面見圖3。3、鼓風(fēng)機(jī)應(yīng)空載開機(jī),待運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常后再加載。然后觀察其運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài),無異常噪音和振動、滾動軸承最高溫度不得超過70C,溫升不得超過35Co4、空負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)試機(jī)時間不少于8小時,磨機(jī)工作正常后整機(jī)無異常噪音,各管道連接處無漏風(fēng)現(xiàn)象,經(jīng)試機(jī)時間后再次把緊固體擰緊,即可投入正常使用。磨粉機(jī)的操作規(guī)程■開動磨粉前,應(yīng)檢查所有檢修門關(guān)閉是否嚴(yán)密,檢查破碎機(jī)的顆板間隙是否符合進(jìn)料粒度尺寸,調(diào)整分析機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速應(yīng)達(dá)到近似成品粒度要求。最后按以下順序開機(jī)。1、開動斗式提升機(jī);2、開動顆式破碎機(jī);3、待料倉存有物料后,啟動分析機(jī);4、啟動鼓風(fēng)機(jī)(空負(fù)荷啟動,待正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后再加載);5、啟動主機(jī),在啟動主機(jī)瞬間隨即啟動電磁振動給料機(jī)。此時磨粉工作即為開始。操作順序簡易表示如下。“啟動”、提升機(jī)"破碎機(jī)"分析機(jī)"風(fēng)機(jī)"主機(jī)"給料機(jī)?!鐾C(jī)時應(yīng)按下列順序關(guān)閉各機(jī):1、先關(guān)閉給料機(jī)停止給料;2、約一分鐘后停止主機(jī);3、吹凈殘留的粉子后停止鼓風(fēng)機(jī);4、最后關(guān)閉分析機(jī)。停機(jī)順序是:給料機(jī)主機(jī)r鼓風(fēng)機(jī)r分析機(jī)。注:提升機(jī)輸運(yùn)物料至料倉一定量后,先停止破碎機(jī)而后再停止提升,此項應(yīng)由儲料量而變動。5、磨粉機(jī)在正常工作時不準(zhǔn)隨意加油,要確保生產(chǎn)安全,磨粉機(jī)在任何部分發(fā)生不正常噪音,或負(fù)荷突然增大應(yīng)立即檢查,排除故障,以免發(fā)生重大事故。再繼續(xù)開機(jī)時必須將磨機(jī)內(nèi)余料取出,否則開機(jī)時電流過大,影響啟動。潤滑系統(tǒng)■為了保證整機(jī)的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),應(yīng)按下表要求和方法進(jìn)行加油。潤滑部位和油脂名稱均在下表中述明:潤滑系統(tǒng)表潤滑部位潤滑形式人工油脂潤滑油名稱潤滑點數(shù)每次加油時間備注傳動裝置帶輪軸HJ-40機(jī)械油1保持油位線三個月?lián)Q油一次△主機(jī)中心軸△3號MOS復(fù)合鈣基潤滑脂31月從下油孔擠入從上油孔出油即可鈣基潤滑油脂代磨輻裝置△3號MOS復(fù)合鈣基潤滑脂6-81-3月鈣基潤滑脂代分析機(jī)油池△HJ-40機(jī)械油1保持油位線三個月?lián)Q油一次鼓風(fēng)機(jī)軸承座△3號MOS復(fù)合鈣基潤滑脂2一個月鈣基潤滑脂代分析機(jī)軸承座△3號MOS復(fù)合鈣基潤滑脂1一個月鈣基潤滑脂代提升機(jī)下軸承座△3號MOS復(fù)合鈣基潤滑脂1一個月鈣基潤滑脂代提升機(jī)上軸承座△3號MOS復(fù)合鈣基潤滑脂1一個月打開端蓋注油提升機(jī)蝸輪箱△HJ-40機(jī)械油1保持油位線三個月更換油一次■電器控制部分■磨粉機(jī)電機(jī)系統(tǒng)控制均集中裝在控制柜內(nèi),各機(jī)均設(shè)有相互聯(lián)鎖裝置,給料自動控制由主機(jī)電流變化來控制其給料量,各機(jī)啟動的先后應(yīng)按操作程序和規(guī)程進(jìn)行。本控制柜中,除主機(jī)、分析機(jī)、給料機(jī)外,其余各機(jī)電機(jī)均為一般交流異步電動機(jī)。具體原理線路見原理系統(tǒng)圖(圖5-6)。■主機(jī)、風(fēng)機(jī)的啟動控制本控制系統(tǒng),對電機(jī)容量大于30KW采用降壓啟動,小于30KW采用直接啟動,系統(tǒng)中,風(fēng)機(jī)采用三角啟動,主機(jī)是采用延邊三角形啟動。延邊三角形的啟動與正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)聯(lián)接,有接觸器與時間繼電器組成控制線路,自動轉(zhuǎn)接,時間繼電器一般調(diào)整延長時間為10秒左右。采用延邊三角形啟動的電機(jī),定子繞組為9個出頭線頭分別編號為成12、成Vi、VV3、W、W、W,與控制柜聯(lián)接時對號聯(lián)接不得有誤差,如4R主機(jī),控制柜中端子7Ui與電機(jī)端子Ui聯(lián)接7Vi與Vi……7W與W聯(lián)接,以此類推,聯(lián)接線要細(xì)心嚴(yán)格檢查避免錯接。主機(jī)電機(jī)因故(使出線頭電機(jī)損壞,可用相同功率轉(zhuǎn)速普通6個出線頭電機(jī)代用,但只能起到星三角啟動控制作用,見星三角接線原理圖5(以5為例)只要將控制柜中U3V3WW個端子用導(dǎo)線短接即可?!稣駝咏o料的控制及自動給料電磁振動給料機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)原理。電振機(jī)是一個雙質(zhì)點定向強(qiáng)迫振動系統(tǒng),由料槽聯(lián)接叉銜鐵所組成,其懸掛再料倉下端并有一定的游動間隙呈自由狀態(tài),不得有卡住或與它物相碰現(xiàn)象,以免工作時有噪音產(chǎn)生。電振機(jī)安裝后,將作用在定位連接叉上的螺釘松開(上三下一個),松開后用螺母擰緊,打開電振器后蓋,檢查鐵芯與銜鐵間隙應(yīng)在1.8?2.1毫米內(nèi),并兩者應(yīng)平行清潔。各螺釘應(yīng)堅固,最后將蓋裝上固定。通電空載試驗,將電控箱調(diào)振幅電位器R1,由小逐漸加大,其振幅應(yīng)在1.8?2.5毫米之間,電流在1.2安,連續(xù)工作數(shù)小時以上振幅電流是否穩(wěn)定;正常后打開料倉閘門送料,觀察其給料量電流是否穩(wěn)定,允許振幅下降0.5毫米,如振幅電流均達(dá)額定值仍未滿足給料量要求,方將振動器吊裝傾斜20。,使之滿足給料量要求。自動給料調(diào)整,自動給料是通過主電機(jī)風(fēng)機(jī)電流變化來實現(xiàn)的。當(dāng)風(fēng)機(jī)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時,主機(jī)電流超過額定電流時就會停止給料,當(dāng)電流下降后就會自動給料。這主要是通過電流繼電器動作斷開與接上可控硅的控制電壓,達(dá)到給料和停給。在風(fēng)機(jī)出現(xiàn)故障時也會自動停止給料。DL-12/6型過電流繼電器內(nèi)有2個線圈,當(dāng)串聯(lián)時其動作電流可從1.5?3安可調(diào)。當(dāng)二線圈并聯(lián)時其動作電流可從3-6安間可調(diào),當(dāng)磨機(jī)正常工作下,電流互感變化在電流繼電器上所得電流不會大于3安。因此,將線圈接成串聯(lián)。自動給料開始時,將控制柜門上主令開關(guān)撥到自動位置。逐漸加大控制箱上電位器R1旋鈕,使其電流達(dá)到額定而且穩(wěn)定,同時按主機(jī)額定電流調(diào)整電流繼電器滑臂,改變繼電器動作電流,升高時,使常閉觸頭斷開,電流稍下降時就立即閉合,使磨粉機(jī)始終保持最佳工作狀態(tài),不會造成空磨或過載現(xiàn)象,保證了主機(jī)制粉效益。(5)分析采用機(jī)JZT型調(diào)速電機(jī)傳動,通過控制柜上電磁滑差控制器(ZLK-1型)按鈕來控制,啟動按鈕開關(guān)電機(jī)部分首先運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),然后合上潤滑電源開關(guān),調(diào)節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)速旋鈕使分析機(jī)達(dá)到所需轉(zhuǎn)速和所需細(xì)度(粉子粒度)相吻合,依此可控制粉子的粒度。磨粉機(jī)的維護(hù)、保養(yǎng)磨粉機(jī)使用過程中,應(yīng)有固定人員負(fù)責(zé)看管,操作人員必須具備一定的技術(shù)水平,磨粉機(jī)安裝前對操作有關(guān)人員必須進(jìn)行技術(shù)培訓(xùn),使之了解磨機(jī)的原理性能,熟悉操作規(guī)程。為使磨機(jī)正常工作,應(yīng)制定設(shè)備“維修保養(yǎng)安全操作制度”方能保證磨機(jī)長期安全運(yùn)行,同時要有必要的檢修工具以及潤滑脂和配件。磨機(jī)使用一段時期后,應(yīng)進(jìn)行檢修,同時對磨輾磨環(huán)鏟刀等易損件進(jìn)行修理更換,磨輾裝置在使用前后對連接螺栓螺母塞均應(yīng)進(jìn)行仔細(xì)檢查,是否有松動現(xiàn)象,潤滑油脂是否加足。常見故障、排除方法■磨粉機(jī)在使用過程中所出現(xiàn)的故障,可按如下表進(jìn)行處理。常見故障產(chǎn)生原因排除方法1、不出粉或出粉少產(chǎn)量低鎖粉器未調(diào)整好,密封不嚴(yán),倒吸。鏟刀磨損大物料鏟不起檢查和調(diào)整好鎖粉器密封,發(fā)現(xiàn)漏氣處應(yīng)堵住。更換新鏟刀。2、成品粉子過粗或過細(xì)分析機(jī)葉片磨損嚴(yán)重,不起分級作用風(fēng)機(jī)風(fēng)量不適當(dāng)。更換葉片并適當(dāng)關(guān)小風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)風(fēng)量能解決過粗。過細(xì)應(yīng)提高進(jìn)口風(fēng)量。3、主機(jī)電流上升,機(jī)溫上升,風(fēng)機(jī)電流卜降(1)給料過量,風(fēng)道被粉料堵塞,管道排氣不暢循環(huán)氣流發(fā)熱使之主機(jī)電流,機(jī)溫升高,風(fēng)機(jī)電流卜降。減少進(jìn)料量,清除風(fēng)道積粉。開大余風(fēng)管閥門,進(jìn)機(jī)物料濕度控制在6%A下。4、主機(jī)噪首大并有較大振動。(1)進(jìn)料量小或上機(jī)與傳動裝置不問軸,兩聯(lián)軸器間無間隙,地腳螺栓松動。料硬沖擊大,或無料層磨車?yán)ツキh(huán)失圓變形嚴(yán)重調(diào)整給料量,找正同軸度,調(diào)整兩聯(lián)軸器中間的間隙減少進(jìn)料粒度。更換磨車?yán)?、磨環(huán)。5、風(fēng)機(jī)振動風(fēng)葉上積粉或磨損不平衡。地腳螺栓松動。清除葉片積粉或更換葉片。擰緊地腳螺栓。6、傳動裝置和分析機(jī)油箱發(fā)熱(1)機(jī)油粘度大油厚,螺紋泵油打不上去使上部軸承缺油。檢查機(jī)油的牌號和粘度是否與要求相符。檢查分析機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)方向。7、磨車?yán)パb置進(jìn)粉軸承易損壞斷油、或密封圈損壞。長期缺乏維修和清洗。按規(guī)定時間及時加油。定期清洗,更換油封。各部軸承型號及易損件名稱、數(shù)量本磨粉機(jī)所用軸承和易損件見下四表。目的是方便用戶,參考購置。序號代號名稱規(guī)格數(shù)量所屬部件1GB286-64軸承3053128140X210X531主機(jī)上2GB286-643522軸承110X200X531主機(jī)下3GB301-848322軸承110X190X631主機(jī)下4GB297-647622軸承110X240X852傳動裝置5GB297-647618軸承90x190X682傳動裝置6GB297-847612軸承60X130X48.54磨車?yán)パb置下7GB297-83616軸承80X170X584磨車?yán)パb置下8GB281-64111311軸承55X120X291分析機(jī)9GB294-647315軸承75X160X39.51分析機(jī)10GB296-847312軸承60x130X331分析機(jī)11GB296-84310軸承50X110X271分析機(jī)12GB286-643616軸承80X170X582 rintheair.Andtheredundantairdischargedafterpurification.Themainunitrunswithacentralshaftthatisdrivenbyatransmissiondevice.Thetopoftheshaftisconnectedwithaquincunxstand,onwhichagrindingroolerisinstalledtoformaswingsupport.Thegrindingrollernotonlyrotatesaroundthecernterandthegrindingring,butalsorotatesarounditsownaxisduetothefriction.Arelievingtoolisintalledunderthequincunxstand,justlocatedatthelowerendofthegrindingroller,whentherelievingtoolandthegrindingrollerrotatessimultaneously,themineralmaterialisspadedupandfedintotheroombetweentherollerandringtoformalayeroffeedingmaterial.Suchalayeroffeedingmaterialgeneratesanoutwardcentrifugalforce(crushingforce)throughthegrindingrollersrotationtocrushthematerialintopowder.Theclassifierperformsthefunctionofclassifyingtheparticlesbytherotationofbladesonthediskdrivenbyaspeed-adjustablemotor.Therotationspeedofthebladesisregulatedaccordingtotheparticlesizeofthefinishedpowder.Inordertorealizeafinerparticlesize,therotationspeedshouldberaiseduptoincreasethecontactbetweenthebladesandpowderparticles.Thepowderparticlesthatdonotmeettherequirementarethrownbythebladestotheouterwallandseparatedformtheaircurrent.Thecoarseparticlesdropbecauseofself-gravityintothegrindingchamberforregrinding.Thequalifiedparticlesgothroughthebladesandareinhaledbytheaircurrentintothecyclonecollector.Thentheparticlesareseparatedfromtheaircurrentandcollected.Thecyclonecollectorplaysanimportantroleintheperformanceofthepulverizer.Whentheaircurrentwiththepowderentersthecollector,itisatahighspeedofrotation.Aftertheaircurrentisseparatedfromparticles,andwhentheaircurrentconcentratestowardsthecenteralongtheconewallandmovestothebottomofthecone(thenaturallengthoftheaircurrent),anupwardrotatingaircolumnisformed.Meanwhile,theparticlesareseparatedandfalldownforcollection.Becausethecoreoftheupwardrotatingaircurrentisinstateofnegativepressure,thelowerpartofthecollectormustmeetaverystrictrequirementofsealingandbeisolatedentirelyfromtheoutsideair.Otherwise,thecollectedparticleswillbetakenawaybythecentralaircurrent,whichwilldirectlyinfluencetheoutputofthecompletesystem.Therefore,apowder-lockingunitininstalledunderthecollector.Itsfunctionistoisolatetheoutsidepositivepressureairfromthenegativepressureairinsidethecollector.Thisisaveryimportantcomponent.Ifthepowder-lockingunitisnotinstalled,orthepowder-lockingunithasnotstrictsealing,theoutputofthecompletesystemwillbeseriouslyinfluencedwithnoorlessproductionofthefinishedpowder.FeaturesofWholeSystem:Thewholepulverizerisofastandingstructureandcharacteristicofasmalloccupyingspaceandstrongintegrationcapability.Itcanformupanindependentproductionsystemfromlumpmaterialcrushingtofinishedpowderandpackaging.Allthefinishedparticlesproducedbythepulverizerhaveagooduniformityoffineness.99%oftheparticlescanmeettherequiredfinenessandgothroughthesieve,i.e.Thepassingrateis99%.Thisistheadvantagethatotherpowergrindingequipmentcannotexceed.Thetransmissiondeviceofthemainunitisequippedwithaclosedgearboxandpullethatrunssmoothlyandreliably.Thekeycomponentsofthepulverizeraremadeofbestqualitysteel,sothewholesystemisdurable,stable,andreliable.Theelectricalsystemofthepulverizeriscentrallycontrolledandtheadvancedmodelisrationallyselected.Basically,anunmannedoperationcanberealizedinthepulverizingworkshop.Thelightweightandcompactvibrationfeedercanfeedthematerialuniformly.Itiseasilyadjustable,energysavingandconvenientforoperationandmaintenance.TheInstallation&DebuggingoftheWholeSystemInstallationoftheWholeSystemPreparationbeforeinstallationThepulverizershallbestoredandprotectedwellbeforeitistransportedtothesiteforinstallation.Thesurfaceopentotheairshallbecoatedwiththerustproofgreaseinordertoresisttheweatheconditionandpreventrustingofthemachinefromwaterpenetration.Amaintenancesystemshallbeestablished.AccordingtothedimensionsshownontheInstallationDiagram,theworkshopandfoundationmusthaveenoughheightandsuitableinstallationposition.Thefoundationofthepulverizershallbeconstructedwiththehigh-markcementandreinforcingsteelbars.Thewiringpipesandcableditchesmustbewellpreparedindavance.Whentheconcretefoundationiscompleted,itisrequiredtohave15daysofthemaintenanceperiod.Aliftingfacilitywiththecapacityof2-3tonnagemustbeequippedforrepairsandmaintenance.Ifthepulverizerhasbeenoperatedforoversixmonthssinceitleftoutofthemanufacturer,thecentralshaftsystemofthemainunit,transmissiondevice,grindingrollers,andtheoiltankoftheclassifier,etc.mustbecleanedandexamined.Aftercompletionofcleaningandchecking,thesecomponentsshallbelubricatedsufficiently.Installationofthepulverizer(seeFig.1-Installation).Firstly,thebottomcaseofthetransmissiondeviceiscranedintotheinstallationpit,andthenthepitisfilledandleveled.Payattentiontokeepingasuitableheight,andthenadjusttheupperplaneAbyalevelgauge.Meanwhile,installthetransmissiondeviceontheplaneAandfixitbyscrews.Theinstallationofthemainunit.Beforeinsrallation,theshockproofrubberpads(seeFig.2)shallbeplacedatthebottomplaneofthebottomcasecontactingtheconcretefoundationandbetweentheconnectionsofstonebolts.ThenadjusttheBplaneofthebottomcasebyaframelevelgauge.Theajustmentpointsarethefourpointsonthecrosslines.Meanwhile,regulatethetwohalf-clutchesofCandDwiththeiraxialdifferencelessthan0.20mm;thennon-paralleldegreebetweenE1-E2shallnotexceed0.1mm;andthegapbetweenE1”andE2”shallbekeptwithin58mm.ThepipingsystemshallbeinstalledwithitslocationandheightinconformilywiththeMasterDrawing.Anyrandomchangeofitslocationandheightisprohibited.Allthepipeconnectionmustbesealedwellandafterfixingnoairleakageispermitted.Theelectricaldevicemustbecorrectandreliable.Atrialoperationmustbecarriedoutafterinstallationofalltheparts.Debugging(no-loadingtrialoperation)Thelowertheworkingheightofthepressuresprings(theeffectiveheightafterthespringiscompressed)is,thehigherthepressurethatthegrindingrollerexertsonthematerialisandthehighertheoutput.However,accordingtotheloadingconditionofthemainmotorandwiththegrindingrollerwornsmaller,theworkingheightofthepressurespringshallbemorecompressed.Theworkingheightofthepressurespringsshallbecontrolledwithintherangefrom145-160mm.No-loadingtrialoperation.Beforethetrialoperation,thegrindingrollersshallbeencireledandfixedbysteelwirestoavoidthecontactingandbumpingbetweentherollersandgrindingring.Theno-loadingtrialoperationofthemainunitmustlastfornotlessthanonehour.Themainunitmustrunsmoothlyandstably.Thetemperatureoftheoilinthetankmustnotbeover802,anditstemperaturerisemustnotexceed40C.Asfortherotationdirectionofthemainunitandclassifier,pleaserefertoFig.3.Theblowershallbeturnedonwithoutload.Theloadwillnotbeexerteduntiltheblowerrunsnormally.Thenobservewhetheritrunssmoothlyandsteadilywithoutabnormalnoisesandvibration.Thehighesttemperatureofitsrollingbearingshallnotbeover7(X,anditstemperatureriseshallnotsurpass35.Thetrialoperationwithloadshalllastfornotlessthan8hours.Afterthenormaloperation,thewholemachineshallbefreeofabnormalnoisesandairleakageinpipeconnections.Thenfixtightlyallthefastenersagainbeforethepulverizerisputintoformaloperation.TheOperationRulesOfthePulverizerBeforethepowdergrindingisstarted,checkisallthemaintancedoorsareclosedtightlyandthegapbetweenjawplatesofthecrushermatchtheparticlesizeofthefeedingmaterial,andtherotatingspeedoftheclassifiershallbeadjustedinconformityoftherequiredfinenessofthefinishedpowder.Atlast,turnonthemachineaccordingtothesequencebelow:Turnonthedustpanelevator;2.Turnonthejawcrusher;3.Turnontheclassfierafterthehopperisfedwiththematerial;4.Turnontheblower(Itstartswithnoload.Theloadwillbeexertedwhentheblowerrunsnormally);5.Turnonthemainunit.Andimmdiatelyafterthat,turnontheelectromagneticvibrationfeeder.Thepowdergrindingisstartednow.Thesequenceofoperationisoutlinedasfollows:Startelevatortcrusher^blower^mainunittfeeder.Turnoffthemachineinthefollowingsequence:Turnoffthefeederandstopmaterialfeeding;Turnoffthemainunitinoneminute;Turnofftheblowerafterblowingoffalltheresidualparticles;Turnofftheclassifierintheend;Thesequenceofturningoffthemachineisoutlinedasfollows:Feeder—Mainunittairblower^classifier.Note:Thematerialistransportedtothehopperbyanelevator.Whenthematerialinthehopperreachesacertainquantity,stopthecrusherfirstandthentheelevator.Thisoperationdependsonthequantityofthestoredmaterial.5.Inordertoguaranteetheproductionsafety,thepulverizermustnotbeoiledunderthenormalconditionofoperation.Ifanypartofthemachinegeneratesabnormalnoises,ortheloadissuddenlyraisedup,turnoffthemachineimmediatelyforcheckingandtroubleshootingtopreventseriousaccidents.Beforerestartingthemachine,takeouttheresidualmaterialfirst.Otherwise,thecurrentwillbecomesostrongastoaffectthestartoperation.ThelubricationsystemInordertoguaranteethenormaloperationofthewholesystem,pleaseoilthemachineaccordingtotheinstructionslistedbelow.Thelubricatinglocationandthegreasenamearestartedinthefollowingdiagram:TheListofLubricationSystemLubricatingLocationFormofLubricationNameofLubricantNumberofLubricatingDropsIntervaloflubricationRemarksManualOilTankTransmissiondevicewithwheelaxle△HJ-40Machineoil1KeepingtheoillevelChangingeverythreemonths△Centralshaftofthemainunit△No.3MOS2Compoundcalcuimbasedgrease3InputtingbyupperholeandouterfromlowerholereplacedbycalciumbasedgreaseGrindingrollers△No.3MOS2Compoundcalcuimbasedgrease6-81-3daysOiltankofclassifier△HJ-40Machineoil11daysChangingeverythreemonthsBearingbaseofblower△No.3MOS2Compoundcalcuimbasedgrease2KeepingtheoillevelreplacedbycalciumbasedgreaseBearingbaseofclassifier△No.3MOS2Compoundcalcuimbasedgrease1OnemonthsreplacedbycalciumbasedgreaseTurbo-boxofelevator△HJ-40Machineoil1KeepingtheoillevelChangingeverythreemonthsTheElectricalControlvnitThemotorcontrolsystemofthepulverizeris.centralizedinthecontrollingcabinet.Everyunitofthesystemissetwithmutualinterlock.Thefeederisautomatic-controlled.Thefeedingvolumeiscontrolledbythecurrentvariantofthemainnuit.Everyunitshallbestartedsequentiallyinaccordancewiththeoperationproceduceandrules.Inthiscontrolcabint,mostofthemotorsaregenerallyasynchronousmotorsofthemainunitclassifier,andfeeder.Asforthedetailedwiringconnection,pleaserefertotheDiagramoftheSystemPrinciple(Fig.5-6).Thestartingcontrolofthemainunitanblower.Inthiscontrolsystem,thereducedvoltagestartisusedforthemotorwiththecapacityover30KWwhilethedirectstartisforthatbelow30KW.AndtheYstartisadoptedfortheblowerandthedeltastartisforthemainunit.Thedeltastartisconnectedwithnormaloperation.Thecontrolcircuitiscomposedofcontactorandtimerelas.Inanautomaticswitching,Thetimedelayisusuallysetwithanextensionofabout10seconds.Forthemotorwiththedeltastart,therearenineconnectorsonthestatorwinding.TheyareUi,U2,U3,Vi,V2,V3,Wi,W2,W3,Nomistakesareallowedinnumberedterminalconnectionsbetweenmotorandthecontrolcabinet.Takethe4Rmainunitasanexample.Theterminalconnectorof7uiinthecontrolcabinetwillbeconnectedwiththemotorconnectorsofUi,7ViwithVi,7WiwithWiandsoon.Checktheseconnectionscarefullytoavoidanymistakes.Incasetheconnectormotorisdamaged,itcanbereplacedbyacommonmotorwithsixconnectorsatthesamepoweranspeed,butthiscanonlyperformastheYstartandcontrol.PleaserefertoFig.5ThePrincipleofY-deltaConnection.(TakeFig.5asanexample.)ItwillbedonesimplybyashortconnectionofthethreeterminalsofU3V3W3inthecontrolcabinetwiththeguidingwire.ThecontrolandautomaticfeedingofthevibratingfeederThestructureofelectric-magneticvibrationfeederisatwomass-pointfixeddirectionalforcedvibrationsystem..Itconsistsofafeedingchannelconnectedwithaforkarmature.Ithangsunderthematerialtankandwithsomefreemovingspace.Itcannotbeblockedandbumpedbyotherobjectstoavoidnoisesduringtheoperation.Afterinstallationoftheelectric-magneticvibrationfeeder,loosethescrews(upperthreeandlowerone)onapositioningconnectionfork..Afterloosingthescrews,fixthenuts,opentherearcoverofthevibrationfeeder,andcheckifthegapbetweenironcoreandarmatureiswithini.8-2.imm.Thetwopartsshouldbeparallelandclean.Allthescrewsshouldbefastenedfirmly.Finally,putonthecoverandfixit.No-loadtrialrunningwithpoweron.AdjusttheamplituderesistorRiintheelectricalcontrolcabinetslowlyfromsmalltobigwiththeamplituderangingwithini.8-2.5mmandthecurrentofi.2A.Keeprunningforseveralhourstoseeiftheamplitudecurrentisstable.Ifitisnormal,openthedoorofmaterialtankformaterialfeedingandcheckifthecurrentoffeedingmaterialisstable.Theamplitudeisallowedtofalldown0.5mm.Iftheamplitudecurrenisattheratedvaluebutcannotmeettherequirementofthefeedingvolume,hangthevibratorata20-declinepositiontomeetthefeedingrequirement.Regulationoftheautomaticfeeding.Theautomaticfeedingisrealizedbythecurrentchangeofthemainmotorandblower,Whentheblowerisrunningnormally,andifthecurrentofthemainmotorexceedstheratedvalue,thefeedingwillbestopped;Ifthemotorcurrentgoesdown,thefeedingwillbeautomaticallystarted.Thisfunctioniscarriedoutbyacurrentrelay.Thestartandstopofthefeedingcanbeperformedbyopenandcloseoftheconnectionbetweenthecurrentrelayandthecontrolvoltageofasilicon-controlleddevice.Iftheblowerisoutoforder,thefeedingwillalsobeautomaticallystopped.TherearetwocolisinDL-12/6overcurrentrelay.Whenthesetwocoilsateinseriesconnection,theworkingcurrentcanberegulatedfrom1.5-3A.whentheyareparallelconnected,theworkingcurrentcanberegulatedfrom3-6A.Whenthepulverizerisundernormalworkingcondition,thecoilsshouldbeinseriesconnectionbecausethecurrentontherelaycausedbythecurrentmutualinductorwillnotbeover3A.Whentheautomaticfeedingisstarted,turnthemainswitchonthecontrolcabinetintoanautomaticposition.SlowlyturntheresistorRiknobonthecontrolcabinetandmakethecurrenttoreacharatedvalueandremainstable.Meanwhile,movetheslidingarmonthecurrentregulatingrelayaccordingtotheratedcurrentofthemainmotorandchangetheactioncurrentoftherelay.Whenthecurrentgoeshigherthantheratedvalue,theconstantclosecontactwillbecutoff;whenthecurrentgoeslower,thecontactwillbeclosedimmediately.Inthisway,thepulverizerwillbealwayskeptinanoptimalworkingcondition.Theno-loadandoverloadrunningisavoidedandtheefficiencyofpowderproductionisguaranteed.JZTspeed-adjustablemotortransmissionisusedfortheclassifier.Thecontroliscarriedoutbythebottomoftheecectro-magneticslidecontroller(ZLK-1)onthecontrolcabinet.Whenthebuttonispressed,thesquirrel-cagemotorwillbestartedfirst.Thenclosetheslidepowerswitchandturntheknobofrotatingspeedtomaketheclassifiertoreachthespeedthatmatchestherequiredfineness(powderparticlesize).Thepowderfinenesscanbecontrolledinthisway.TheRepairs&MaintenanceofthePulverizerDuringtheapplicationofthepulverizer,somepersonnelshallbearrangedtotakeresponsibilityofmanagement.Theoperatorsmustbequalifiedwiththerequiredtechnicalknowledge.Beforetheinstallationofthepulverizer,thepersonsrelatedtotheoperationshouldreceivetechnicaltrainingandfullyunderstandtheoperatingprinciple,performanceandregulationsofthepulverizer.Inordertoguaranteethepulverzierinanormalworkingstate,aSafetyOperationSystemfortheRepairsanMaintenanceoftheEquipmentmustbeestablished.Onlyinthiswaycanthepul-verizerbeguaranteedtohavealong-termandsafeoperation.Meanwhile,itisnecessarytohavetherequiredmaintenanceandrepairingtools,lubricantandgrease,sparepartsandaccessories.Aftersomeperiodofrunning,thepulverizershouldreceiveanexaminationandrepairing.Thecomponentsvulnerabletobewornout,suchasgrindingrollers,grindingringandrelievingtool,etc.shouldberepairedorreplaced.Beforeandaftertheoperation,acarefulexaminationshouldbecarriedoutfortheco
