Astudyof11,000Italiansproved8amonaMondaymorningasthemoststressfultimefortheheart,andbothstudiesshowedthatSundayistheleaststressfulday,withfewerheartattacksinbothcountries.

Thefindingscouldleadtoabetterunderstandingof(3)__________whatistheimmediatecauseofheartattacks,accordingtoDr.StefanWillichoftheFreeUniversity.“Weknowalotaboutlong-termriskfactorssuchassmokingandcholesterol(膽固醇)butwedon’tknow(4)__________whatactuallycausesheartattacks,sowecan’tmakespecificrecommendationsabout(5)__________howtopreventthem,”hesaid.
