Article6DissolutionofthecontractArticle6Incaseofoccurrenceofthefollowingconditions,thebuyersmaydissolvethecontractwiththeseller,andthesellershallnothaveanyrightstopresentanydissents.Incasethebuyersjudgethatitisimpossibleforthesellertoperformthiscontract.Incasethesellerprolongstodelivergoodswithoutjustifiablereasonortherearelargeamountofdisqualifiedgoods.Incasethesellerandthebuyersnegotiatewitheachotherduetospecialconditionsorfailuretocomplywiththecontract.Whenwrittennotificationshallbegiventoeachotherfordissolutionofthecontractamonthbeforetheexpirationofthecontract.Article7Rightsandobligations1. Thesellershallnotallowthegoodstobeprocess1.
