Inthispaper,weaddressthegrowthandDesmodusrotundussalivaryplasminogenactivator(DSPA)productionofrecombinantCHO(rCHO)inastirredtankbioreactor.Cellswereculturedusingtwodifferentmethods—inanunmicroencapsulatedversusmicroencapsulatedculture—andcompareddifferencesbetweenthemintermsofcellreproductionandDSPAproteinproductivity.Ⅱ.Methods1.
