ByJean2006交展會-北京LED信號燈的基本構(gòu)成LED交通信號燈2004年左右逐漸占領(lǐng)市場,原因:LED亮度提高,價格下降LED的諸多優(yōu)點存在的問題:(眾多廠家如雨后春筍)重生產(chǎn),不達標(biāo)光通量浪費嚴重(成本過高)在LED信號燈很少有公司做光學(xué)設(shè)計!LED信號燈標(biāo)準--光學(xué)標(biāo)準中華人民共和國LED交通信號燈國標(biāo)GB14887-2003美國標(biāo)準歐洲標(biāo)準光學(xué)相關(guān)主要要求:光強分布色度LED信號燈二次光學(xué)設(shè)計復(fù)旦大學(xué)上海澳星無錫安邦我們的方案-光學(xué)設(shè)計2006二次光學(xué)設(shè)計內(nèi)容提要整體設(shè)計色片設(shè)計色片小樣品結(jié)果分析與LED顆數(shù)確定透鏡設(shè)計整體設(shè)計色片設(shè)計主體思想:以根據(jù)國標(biāo)建立起來的光形為依據(jù)設(shè)計色片,實現(xiàn)光在空間里方向和數(shù)量的合理分配。特點:分配明確-有多少光分配到哪個角度實現(xiàn)方法:強度分配:控制各分發(fā)散面在色片面上的投影比例,從而達到對平行光在空間的光強分配。角度分配:控制投射面與色片的角度,實現(xiàn)光方向的控制。具體說是沿色片的上下和左右軸的偏轉(zhuǎn)角度LED信號燈二次光學(xué)設(shè)計
