性加重期系統(tǒng)評價Abstract：ObjectiveToreviewtheefficacyandsafetyofXuanbaiChengqi Decoction combined with western medicine for thetreatmentofexacerbationofchronicobstructivepulmonarydisease（AECOPD）systematically.MethodsRandomizedcontrolledtrialsofmodified Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction combined with WesternmedicineroutinetreatmentandWesternmedicineinthetreatmentofAECOPDwereretrievedfromCNKI，VIP，WanfangDataandPubmeddatabases.TheCochraneHandbookforSystematicReviewswasusedforliteraturequalityevaluationanddataextraction，andRevMan5.3wasusedformeta-analysisonclinicalefficacyindicators.ResultsTotallytwelvearticleswereincluded.Thetotaleffectiverateofthetreatmentgroupwashigherthanthatinthecontrolwithle，%I（，，0Comparedwiththecontrolthetreatmentgroupsignificantlyreducedthepercentageofneutrophils，inflammatorymarkerssuchasC-reactiveproteinandarterialbloodcarbondioxidepartialpressure，andsignificantlyincreasedthepercentageofforcedyenetd1，dl（FVC）asapercentageofpredictedvalue，F(xiàn)EV1/FVC，arterialbloodpHandarterialoxygenpartialwithstatisticalsignificance.Noseriousadversereactionswerereportedintheliterature.ConclusionModifiedXuanbaiChengqiDecoctioncombinedwithwesternmedicineinthetreatmentofAECOPDhassignificantefficacy.However，duetothesmallamountofliteratureandsmallsamplethequalityofthestudyisanditsclinicalefficacydyleyrandomizedtrialstofurtherverify.
