,thershalladheretothefollowingdesignconsiderationsandasspecifiedintheSOR.rshallfilltheequipmentparameterlist（AppendixA–EquipmentParameter）forbetteruseofthese.MEreservestherighttodecidewhichequipmentneedsthesedetailAllsurfacesessentialtoInfrared/ThermalVisionInspection(apartfromtheengineering/manufacturingprocesssurfaces)shallbepainted(asopposedtochrometingforgoodlooks)withprimerandalowglossflatoilorwaterbasepaint."Criticaltotheprocess"surfacesshallbetreatedasdesigned.Theintentistoprovideahighlyefficientsurfaceforemittingitsrespectiveinfraredradiationproportionaltoitstemperature.Thispracticewillgreatlyfacilitatetheinspectionofequipmentwithinfraredthermalviewersusedinpredictive/preventivemaintenance.Non-paintedsurfacesshallusedecals,stickers,orastencilpaintpattern,whichwilletheinfraredtargetforreadingthetemperatureofthatpartofthemachineorMinimizetheuseofchrometing,unlessneededforhighwear,cleanliness,corrosionprotection,ortomeetotherprocess/manufacturingrequirements.被測(cè)點(diǎn)必須可被熱成像儀直接MachinerymustbeaccessibleforinfraredthermalimagingMotorcoupleranddrivebeltsguards/coversshallbemadewithexpandedCircuitboardscoveredwithapolymericcoatingare電機(jī)銘牌須位于易于的位Motorinformationtesshallbelocatedinaneasytoread內(nèi)窺技術(shù)/Fiber孔。Applicablemachineryandequipment(e.g.stationarygearboxes,othersealeddrivemechanisms,turbines)shallhaveaccessportsforborescopesandfiberopticcables.16mm。AccessPortsshallbe16mmminimum檢查孔必須可視、標(biāo)明，采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)尺寸的。該孔也可作為潤(rùn)滑孔。AccessPortsshallbevisiblewithapipeplugoftypicalsize.FillportsusedtoaddlubricantsareacceptableAccessPorts.振動(dòng)分析/VibrationGM振動(dòng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)通過SOR的特別要求與Checklist得到實(shí)施。設(shè)備終驗(yàn)收的振動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)做為基礎(chǔ)數(shù)GMVibrationStandards1761shallbeutilizedasspecifiedintheSORandtheAppendixCChecklist.VibrationdatarecordsfromthemachinerunofftimeperiodwillbeprovidedtoeachSGMsiteaspartoftheirindividualrecords.ThesedatachartsshallbetakenaspertheGMVibrationStandards1761onapplicableequipment.激光對(duì)中/Laser激光對(duì)中是指在GM-1907新設(shè)備激光對(duì)中標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中包括的軸對(duì)中與設(shè)備對(duì)中，需要對(duì)中的設(shè)備與部件在SOR與ChecklistC中指定。在設(shè)備終驗(yàn)收階段的激光對(duì)中數(shù)據(jù)將作為相關(guān)設(shè)備的LaseralignmentshouldbeincludedforshafttoshaftalignmentandmachinealignmentascalledoutinGM-1907LaserAlignmentSpecificationforNewandRebuiltMachinery,Equipment,andComponentsandasspecifiedintheSORandtheAppendixCChecklist.LaserAlignmentdatarecordsfromthemachinerunofftimeperiodwillbeprovidedtoeachSGMsiteaspartoftheirindividualrecords. rwillsupplyalubricationapplicationchartthatidentifiesalllubricantsrequiredintheequipmentasshippedbytherorreceivedbythent.PM任務(wù)/PMrshallprovidepreliminarypreventivemaintenance(PM)taskingatInitialAcceptanceTest,runoff,buyoffortryoutatthe r’sfacility.rshallprovideestimatedtimerequiredtoperformthesetasks. rshallcompletetheappropriatecommonGSPMPMTaskinginputforms(EXCEL)providedbySGMandreturnittotheSGMProjectEngineer.Thershallinstructtheappropriatentnelonpreventivemaintenanceprocedures.Functionallocationnumberingandequipmentnumberingareprocessbased.Functionalidentifiesprocessfunction,standsforareaorworkstation.EquipmentarestructuredbelowFunctionalLocation.Allfunctionallocationnumberingandequipmentnumberingareunique.DetailrequirementseePMTaskinginputforms備件信息/SpareParts完成并以電子格式反饋給SGM項(xiàng)目工程師。Forpurchasedequipment,r(Tier1,2&3)shallprovidea yreflectsthecomponentsthatareonthemachine.TheBOMshallbeinelectronicformat
