,thershalladheretothefollowingdesignconsiderationsandasspecifiedintheSOR.rshallfilltheequipmentparameterlist（AppendixA–EquipmentParameter）forbetteruseofthese.MEreservestherighttodecidewhichequipmentneedsthesedetailAllsurfacesessentialtoInfrared/ThermalVisionInspection(apartfromtheengineering/manufacturingprocesssurfaces)shallbepainted(asopposedtochrometingforgoodlooks)withprimerandalowglossflatoilorwaterbasepaint."Criticaltotheprocess"surfacesshallbetreatedasdesigned.Theintentistoprovideahighlyefficientsurfaceforemittingitsrespectiveinfraredradiationproportionaltoitstemperature.Thispracticewillgreatlyfacilitatetheinspectionofequipmentwithinfraredthermalviewersusedinpredictive/preventivemaintenance.Non-paintedsurfacesshallusedecals,stickers,orastencilpaintpattern,whichwilletheinfraredtargetforreadingthetemperatureofthatpartofthemachineorMinimizetheuseofchrometing,unlessneededforhighwear,cleanliness,corrosionprotection,ortomeetotherprocess/manufacturingrequirements.被測點必須可被熱成像儀直接MachinerymustbeaccessibleforinfraredthermalimagingMotorcoupleranddrivebeltsguards/coversshallbemadewithexpandedCircuitboardscoveredwithapolymericcoatingare電機銘牌須位于易于的位Motorinformationtesshallbelocatedinaneasytoread內(nèi)窺技術(shù)/Fiber孔。Applicablemachineryandequipment(e.g.stationarygearboxes,othersealeddrivemechanisms,turbines)shallhaveaccessportsforborescopesandfiberopticcables.16mm。AccessPortsshallbe16mmminimum檢查孔必須可視、標(biāo)明，采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)尺寸的。該孔也可作為潤滑孔。AccessPortsshallbevisiblewithapipeplugoftypicalsize.FillportsusedtoaddlubricantsareacceptableAccessPorts.振動分析/VibrationGM振動標(biāo)準(zhǔn)通過SOR的特別要求與Checklist得到實施。設(shè)備終驗收的振動數(shù)據(jù)做為基礎(chǔ)數(shù)GMVibrationStandards1761shallbeutilizedasspecifiedintheSORandtheAppendixCChecklist.VibrationdatarecordsfromthemachinerunofftimeperiodwillbeprovidedtoeachSGMsiteaspartoftheirindividualrecords.ThesedatachartsshallbetakenaspertheGMVibrationStandards1761onapplicableequipment.激光對中/Laser激光對中是指在GM-1907新設(shè)備激光對中標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中包括的軸對中與設(shè)備對中，需要對中的設(shè)備與部件在SOR與ChecklistC中指定。在設(shè)備終驗收階段的激光對中數(shù)據(jù)將作為相關(guān)設(shè)備的LaseralignmentshouldbeincludedforshafttoshaftalignmentandmachinealignmentascalledoutinGM-1907LaserAlignmentSpecificationforNewandRebuiltMachinery,Equipment,andComponentsandasspecifiedintheSORandtheAppendixCChecklist.LaserAlignmentdatarecordsfromthemachinerunofftimeperiodwillbeprovidedtoeachSGMsiteaspartoftheirindividualrecords. rwillsupplyalubricationapplicationchartthatidentifiesalllubricantsrequiredintheequipmentasshippedbytherorreceivedbythent.PM任務(wù)/PMrshallprovidepreliminarypreventivemaintenance(PM)taskingatInitialAcceptanceTest,runoff,buyoffortryoutatthe
