eunitsystemwithrefrigerantR410A,itwillexpeditethedeteriorationoftheoilandresultinthecapillarydepositingandthereducingofinsulationresistance.應(yīng)避免空氣進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)，當(dāng)使用R410A冷媒的系統(tǒng)里面混入過多的空氣時(shí)，將促使冷凍機(jī)油分解和劣化，從而成為毛細(xì)管堵塞和壓縮機(jī)絕緣不良的原因。(4)Electricpulseshouldnotbeappliedtocompressorwhenitisinvacuum.內(nèi)部處于真空狀態(tài)時(shí),不得加電脈沖。(5)Thecompressorshouldbekeptintheplacewithlow-dust,low-moisture.應(yīng)保存在灰塵少、濕氣少的環(huán)境中。壓縮機(jī)壓縮機(jī)(6)Thecompressorcan’tbeusedintheplacewithcorrosiveatmospheresuchashotspringandchemicalwarehouse.Itshouldnotbethestructureoftensplashwateronthesurfaceofthecompressorforcibly.壓縮機(jī)不能在溫泉、化學(xué)品倉庫等有腐蝕性氣體環(huán)境中使用。制冷系統(tǒng)不應(yīng)是強(qiáng)制地經(jīng)常向壓縮機(jī)表面澆水的構(gòu)造。(7)Thetroubleofcrossvalve,electromagneticvalve,defroster,refrigerantcontroller,fanmotorusedinrefrigeratingsystemmaycausecompressoraccident.Sotheirreliabilityshouldbeensuredcompletely.Moreover,thewayofdesign,manufacture,applicationofrefrigerationcyclewithless-leakshouldbeadopted.HEATPUMPWATERHEATERCOMPRESSORCRITERIAFORLONGLIFESYSTEMPAGE:12/30熱泵熱水器專用壓縮機(jī)使用基準(zhǔn)制冷系統(tǒng)使用的四通閥、電磁閥、除霜裝置、冷媒控制器、風(fēng)扇電機(jī)等的故障會(huì)引起可靠性。同時(shí),采用壓縮機(jī)事故。所以應(yīng)充分保證這些零部件的泄漏少的設(shè)計(jì)、制造、使用方法。(8)Themainelectriccircuitshouldbeequippedwithfuseorbreaker.主電路必須連接保險(xiǎn)絲或斷路器。(9)Refrigerantshouldbechargedfromtheendofcondenserofrefrigeratingsystems.NeverChargerefrigeranttothecompressordirectly.制冷劑應(yīng)從制冷系統(tǒng)冷凝器的尾端注入，而不能直接注入壓縮機(jī)。Therefrigerantshouldalwaysbechargedinliquidstate.Whentherefrigerantischargedingasstate,Thepercentcomponentwillpossiblybechanged.Donotrechargewiththeremainingrefrigerantinthesystemwhenleakagehappened.Becausethepercentcomponentoftherefrigerantintheunitsystemhadpossiblybeenchanged.冷媒應(yīng)該在液體狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行充填，在氣體狀態(tài)時(shí)進(jìn)行充填時(shí)冷媒的組分將發(fā)生變化。在發(fā)生冷媒泄漏的情況下請(qǐng)不要追加充填，因?yàn)榻M分可能已經(jīng)發(fā)生了變化。(10)Temperatureswithinsystemsduringstablecompressoroperationshouldnotbelessthan-35℃topreventwaxprecipitationfromtheoil.系統(tǒng)內(nèi)溫度在壓縮機(jī)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行時(shí)，不應(yīng)低于-35℃以防止油中的蠟成分沉淀。(11)Compressormounting壓縮機(jī)防振構(gòu)造RubbergrommetsaredesignedsofttoprovidethenoiseisolationandtolessenvibrationEnergytransmission.Studboltshouldbedesignedtoprovidesufficientclearancefornoiseandvibrationisolationandtopreventcompressorfromcomingoffitsmount.橡膠避振腳是采用防止由于噪音引起的振動(dòng)及振動(dòng)能量吸收原理設(shè)計(jì)的。所設(shè)計(jì)的固定桿應(yīng)提供足夠的間隙用于噪音及振動(dòng)隔離，并且防止壓縮機(jī)從避振腳上滑落。(12)Theunitsofrefrigeratingsystemshouldbeconnectedtoearth.制冷系統(tǒng)裝置應(yīng)接地。(13)Thereshouldbeadequateclearancebetweentheunder-surfaceofPush-Nutandtheuppersurfaceofrubbergrommets.在卡圈下表面與橡膠避振腳的上表面之間應(yīng)保留足夠的間隙。(14)SHECwillnottakeanyresponsibilityagainstaccidentthatiscausedbytheaccessoriesequippedbyyourselves.關(guān)于客戶自己配備的壓縮機(jī)有限公司無關(guān)。附件(例如熱敏電阻等)的事故,與上海日立電器(15)Thehermeticterminalsofcompressorshouldnotbeinsertedslantinglyandnotbeappliedtwistingforceafterinsertingsoastoavoidreducingofterminalfixedforce.壓縮機(jī)的密封接線柱端子與空調(diào)器的端子連接時(shí),不得斜插或插入后不得施加扭曲力等以免降低端子固定力。HEATPUMPWATERHEATERCOMPRESSORCRITERIAFORLONGLIFESYSTEMPAGE:13/30熱泵熱水器專用壓縮機(jī)使用基準(zhǔn)(16)Thepipeandhermeticpensattachedtothecompressorshouldnotbebent.與壓縮機(jī)連接的管道及密封接線柱銷子不得彎曲。(17)Thedroppedcompressorcan’tbeusedanymore.跌落的壓縮機(jī)不能再使用。(18)Compressorcanbeusedwhenambienttemperatureishigherthan-10℃.Confirmthestart-upofcompressorifthetemperatureofcompressorsurfaceisbelow-10℃.Heatupcompressortoreachthetemperaturehigherthan-10℃withheateriftheambienttemperatureisbelow-10℃.環(huán)境溫度在-10℃以上時(shí)，壓縮機(jī)可以使用。當(dāng)壓縮機(jī)表面溫度低于-10℃時(shí)，要確認(rèn)壓縮機(jī)的啟動(dòng)情況。如果環(huán)境溫度低于-10℃，用加熱器將壓縮機(jī)加熱到-10℃以上再啟動(dòng)也可以。(19)Setathermistoronthecasecoverofcompressortopreventfromaccidentofleakageofrefrigerant.Thethermistrorcanstoptheoperationofcompressorwhencompressorinabnormaltemperature.Theleadwiresofthermostatisenvelopedwithtube,assameasthatoftheterminals,toavoiddirectcontactwiththecompressorandpipe.為了防止由于冷媒泄漏引起的事故，在壓縮機(jī)頭部放置熱動(dòng)開關(guān)，異常高溫時(shí)通過電器品動(dòng)作，使壓縮機(jī)停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。熱動(dòng)開關(guān)的引出線與連接接線端子的引出線相同，外面用套管包住，不能直接接觸壓縮機(jī)及配管。(20)Thecompressorshouldnotbesplashedwithwaterintentionally.Preventmoisturefromenteringintotheenclosedunitsystem.WhenthemoistureenteredintotheunitoftherefrigerantR410A,therefrigerantoilandtheorganiccompoundmaterialpresentedinthehermeticmotorwillpossiblydecomposeontheaffectingofwater.Itwillresultinthecapillarydepositingandthereducingofinsulationresistance.不得有水濺入壓縮機(jī)。應(yīng)避免水分進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)。當(dāng)使用R410A冷媒的系統(tǒng)里面混入過多的水分時(shí)，冷凍機(jī)油和壓縮機(jī)電機(jī)中使用的有機(jī)材料在水分的作用下將發(fā)生水解，從而導(dǎo)致毛細(xì)管堵塞、壓縮機(jī)絕緣不良。Itisnecessarytoinstalladryertodehumidifytheresidualmoisturemixedintherefrigerantinthecyclingsystem.Thespeciallydefinedmolecular-sievedryerisadvised.為除去殘存在系統(tǒng)中并與冷媒一起循環(huán)的水分，有必要安裝一個(gè)除去系統(tǒng)中水分用的干燥器。請(qǐng)使用指定的分子篩。HEATPUMPWATERHEATERCOMPRESSORCRITERIAFORLONGLIFESYSTEMPAGE:14/30熱泵熱水器專用壓縮機(jī)使用基準(zhǔn)(21)Usetherefrigerantofspecifiedbrand.Whentherefrigerantnotspecifiedused,itwillpos
