技術(shù)、資和機(jī)具的配置能力,以及施工的豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)等要素,編制本工程施工方案。在編制本方案前,聯(lián)合本工程的特色、難點(diǎn)及要點(diǎn),全面、科學(xué)地安排工作。2、人員方面:召集擁有頂管工程施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)、組織能力強(qiáng)的管理人員參加;3、機(jī)械設(shè)備方面:依據(jù)本工程實(shí)質(zhì)狀況,裝備充分的施工機(jī)械、丈量儀器、查驗(yàn)儀器、試驗(yàn)設(shè)備;對關(guān)鍵工程或要點(diǎn)工序進(jìn)行充分合理的組織,解決好各工序的施工擾亂以及施工時(shí)期的交通疏解。第二章:工程概略2.1、工程狀況第24頁共36頁工程名稱深圳市城市軌道交通14號線給排水管線及遷改工程(土建四工區(qū)坳背站)工程地址深圳市龍崗區(qū)坳背村建設(shè)規(guī)模60米建設(shè)單位深圳市地鐵企業(yè)有限企業(yè)勘探單位中國鐵路設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)有限企業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)單位深圳市城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限企業(yè)監(jiān)理單位鐵科院(北京)工程咨詢有限企業(yè)施工單位中鐵五局企業(yè)有限企業(yè)2.2、工程概括工程簡介深圳市龍崗區(qū)保安社區(qū)雨污分流管網(wǎng)工程坳背路污水主管需橫跨地鐵14號線坳背站主體結(jié)構(gòu),因?yàn)榧t棉四路污水管需下穿四聯(lián)河坳背支流2-5.6__3m過路箱涵,下穿后與坳背路污水管集合后上跨地鐵14號線坳背站沿坳背路敷設(shè),因?yàn)槲鬯軜?biāo)高與站體標(biāo)高存頂管專項(xiàng)施工方案在矛盾,污水管需從車站降板區(qū)穿過。同時(shí)因?yàn)橛晡鄯至鞴こ毯蛙囌臼┕すば蛏洗嬖诿?,該部分管網(wǎng)施工由車站主體代為修建。圖圖:雨污分流工程涉414號線地鐵平面圖本次雨污分流代建工程頂管施工波及兩個(gè)頂管井(一個(gè)護(hù)壁井、一個(gè)沉井),兩個(gè)接收井。南端西側(cè)頂管采納DN800第25頁共36頁鋼筋混凝土頂管,頂管與圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)平行部署,距離圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)2.2m,頂管埋深約4.48m,頂管長度約30m,頂管工作井采納6300__4100沉井施工,下沉深度約6.87m,接收井采納護(hù)壁井,開挖深度約5.81m;南端東側(cè)頂管采納DN800鋼筋混凝土頂管,頂管與圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)基坑平行部署,距離圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)1.9m~4.3m,頂管埋深約5.18m,頂管長度約30m,頂管工作井采納護(hù)壁井,開挖深度約6.56m。本次頂管路線WF01-WF02-WF03、WF04-WF04A采納頂管施工。圖圖頂管地點(diǎn)平面圖主要工程數(shù)目本工程頂管埋深均在4m~5m,工程量見下表:14號線坳背站站雨污分流干管頂管專項(xiàng)施工方案表表頂管工程量一覽表阻礙物狀況表表頂管工程量一覽表序號起止里程數(shù)量阻礙物狀況1WF01-WF02-WF0310KV電纜線(7回)、電信管線(7根)2WF04-WF05-WW12-WW11-WW10根7電信線3WF04-WF04A3根電信線第26頁共36頁2.3、地質(zhì)水文條件地質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)深圳市城市軌道交通14號線工程坳背站沿線所經(jīng)地域的地層主要為第四系嶄新統(tǒng)人工聚積層(Q4ml)、第四系嶄新統(tǒng)沖洪積層(Q4al+pl)、第四系殘積層(Qel)、石炭系C1c)砂巖、碎屑灰?guī)r,不一樣時(shí)代各地層間為不整合接觸或斷層接觸,本工段原始地貌主要為沖洪積地貌單元,局部為殘丘臺地殘積區(qū),受后期城市開發(fā)建設(shè)影響,沿線地形整體較平坦。但據(jù)鉆探揭穿,本場所不良填筑土厚度較大。因?yàn)轫敼苁┕の催M(jìn)行專項(xiàng)地質(zhì)勘探,地質(zhì)狀況參照主體結(jié)構(gòu)地質(zhì)狀況。南端西側(cè)頂管參照主體左線DK23+308.048~DK23+349.248范圍內(nèi)的地質(zhì)狀況;南端東側(cè)頂管參照主體右線DK23+349.248~DK23+389.328范圍內(nèi)的地質(zhì)狀況。該地區(qū)范圍內(nèi)陸質(zhì)主要散布為Q4ml素填土和雜填土層,Q4al+pl粉質(zhì)粘土、淤泥質(zhì)粘性、泥炭質(zhì)粘性土層。表表:坳背站地質(zhì)狀況表時(shí)代成因散布范圍顏色狀態(tài)特色描繪Q4ml位于此刻道路范圍內(nèi)灰色、灰黑色、黃褐色、褐紅色可塑為主,局部硬塑層厚0.7~5.4m,主要成分為粉質(zhì)粘土及黏土,混砂礫序號起止里程第27頁共36頁數(shù)目(m)名稱備注1WF01-WF02-WF0330D800Ⅲ鋼承口砼頂管橫穿道路2WF04-WF04A30D800Ⅲ鋼承口砼頂管橫穿河流共計(jì)60頂管專項(xiàng)施工方案主要在里程DK23+519~DK23+478散布淺灰色、褐黃色、灰色稍濕~濕,松懈~稍密層厚2.0~2.4m,主要成分為碎塊石主要在DK23+236~DK23+304、DK23+361~DK23+520分布雜色松懈,稍濕~濕層厚0.50~6.90m,均勻厚度2.49m,主要成份為建筑垃圾、生活垃圾,夾少許碎石及粗礫砂Q4al+pl主要在里程DK23+293~DK233+388、DK23+405~DK23+504段零星散布灰黑色、深灰流塑~軟塑層厚1.00~7.10m,均勻厚度3.60m,富含有機(jī)質(zhì),局部夾腐木,稍具臭味,局部含許多砂粒,質(zhì)純、味臭,浸水體脹,干燥縮短主要在里程DK23+293~DK23+304、DK23+337~DK23+361、DK23+401~DK23+487段散布灰黑色、深灰流塑~可塑層厚0.50~19.60m,均勻厚度4.56m,含大批有機(jī)質(zhì),夾許多腐木,稍具臭味,局部含許多砂粒主要散布在里程DK23+271~第28頁共36頁DK23+288、DK23+337~DK23+471周邊灰黃色、黃褐色軟塑~可塑層厚0.60~8.70m,均勻厚度3.11m,局部含少許粉粒、砂粒場所范圍內(nèi)大多數(shù)有散布黃褐色、褐黃色、灰黑色、褐灰色、深灰色、棕褐色等軟塑~堅(jiān)硬層厚0.50~18.00m,均勻厚度3.74m,局部含少許砂粒主要散布在里程DK23+253~DK23+260、DK23+470~DK23+505周邊灰綠色、深灰色密實(shí)狀層厚0.70~14.70m,均勻厚度3.26m,局部含少許黏粒、砂粒主要散布在里程DK23+253~DK23+260、DK23+320~DK23+401、DK23+460~DK23+466、DK23+476~DK23+503段灰色、淺灰色飽和,松懈~中密層厚0.70~4.10m,均勻厚度1.69m,主要礦物成分為石英、長石等,含少許黏粒主要散布在里程DK23+334、DK23+401~DK23+405、DK23+460周邊黃褐色、灰白色飽和,稍密~密實(shí)層厚0.70~8.00m,均勻?qū)雍?.92m,主要礦物成分為石英、長石等,局部含少許黏性土主要散布于DK23+236~DK23+455段灰黃色、灰黑色飽和,稍密~密實(shí)層厚0.60~17.50m,主要礦物成分為石英、長石等,含約少許黏粒、砂礫及卵石主要散布于DK23+209~DK23+225、DK23+371~DK23+405、DK23+459~DK23+487段灰黃色、灰色、灰白色飽和,稍密~密實(shí)層厚1.50~8.90m,均勻厚度3.63m,主要礦物成分為石英、長石等,含少許黏性土主要散布于DK23+202、第29頁共36頁DK23+243、DK23+321、DK23+338、DK23+401~DK23+405、DK23+466、DK23+509處灰白色、黃褐色稍密~密實(shí),飽和層厚1.00~7.90m,均勻厚度3.30m,主要成分為石英、長石,由礫砂及圓礫充填,局部含礫砂和卵石Qel主要散布與里程DK23+243~DK23+361段褐黃色、灰白色、紫紅色、灰褐色、灰黃色、褐紅色可塑~堅(jiān)硬層厚1.00~7.90m,均勻厚度3.30m,主要由碎屑灰?guī)r風(fēng)化殘積而成,含有少許石英砂礫頂管專項(xiàng)施工方案C1c本層散布在DK23+202~DK23+225、DK23+243~DK23+355段灰白色、青灰色等堅(jiān)硬土狀層厚0.70~9.00m,均勻厚度2.98m,原巖結(jié)構(gòu)已基本破壞,尚可辨識本層散布在DK23+243~DK23+371段灰色、灰白色等堅(jiān)硬土狀層厚0.80~7.90m,原巖組織結(jié)構(gòu)大多數(shù)破壞,多已風(fēng)化成土主要在DK23+202、DK23+254、DK23+293、DK23+355、DK23+393處灰白色、灰色軟質(zhì)巖石層厚1.30~16.40m,均勻厚度4.73m,原巖組織結(jié)構(gòu)大多數(shù)破化,多已風(fēng)化成塊狀,部分巖塊強(qiáng)度較高,夾中等風(fēng)化巖塊本層主要散布在DK23+293~DK23+388、DK23+426~DK23+504、DK23+599~DK23+666段第30頁共36頁灰白色、青灰色等較破裂的較硬巖層厚0.20~30.90m,沿節(jié)理出現(xiàn)次生礦物,風(fēng)化裂隙發(fā)育。錘
