withthesametypeofanglesteel水平矩形管SUPPORTFORHORIZONTALRECTANGULARDUCT垂直矩形管支撐SUPPORTFORVERTICALRECTANGULARDUCT4.4DuctworkInsulation風管保溫絕緣Ductworkshallbeinsulatedtopreventcondensationandunnecessaryheatexchangeandmaintainthefireintegrityofbulkheads.風管需要進行保溫絕緣保護，以防凝結(jié)以及不必要的熱量交換，維持隔板熱量一致Allinsulatingmaterialsshallhavethefollowingproperties:所有保溫絕緣材料需要具有以下性能：Benon-combustible非易燃物Notemittoxicfumesorsmokewhenheated加熱時不會排除毒性氣體或煙霧Beinorganicandnon-hygroscopic無機材料，Bechloridefree不含氯化物Beasbestosfree不含石棉Theinsulationshallbecutonsitetosuitthesizeoftheductwork.Onrectangularductworkthetopandbottomsectionsofinsulationshalloverlapthesidesections.Theinsulationshallbebondedtotheductworkbymeansofasuitableadhesive,whichshouldbeappliedinfullaccordancewiththemanufacture'srecommendations.絕緣材料需要根據(jù)風管的現(xiàn)場尺寸來進行切割，使之及風管的尺寸一致。方管頂端和底端的絕緣需要及側(cè)面的進行搭接。絕緣材料需要使用適合的粘合劑量粘合在風管上，在應用時要安全按照廠家的推薦進行使用。Allductworkinsulationshallbeadditionallysecuredtotheductwork,bymeansof25mmwidebandsat600mmcenters.Furthermore,theinsulationontheundersideoftherectangularductworkshallbeadditionallysecured,bymeansofsuitableinsulationhangers,at300mmcenters.Cornerreinforcementangles,topreventthecrushingofinsulation,shallbeprovidedonrectangularductwork.所有的風管絕緣層都需要用25mm寬的帶狀物（間距600mm中心到中心）進行加固到風管上。并且，方管底端的絕緣保護層需要用合適的絕緣掛件（掛鉤）進行加固到方管上，間距300mm中心到中心。方管的四個角上的位置需要用加固角鋼進行加固，防止絕緣層破環(huán)。Whereinstruments,tapings,controldampers,accessdoorsorsimilaritemsareprovidedontheductwork,theinsulationshallbecutawayandtheedgesneatlyfinishedandsealed,tocreateadjacentfinishes,allowingclearaccesstoeachitem.當儀表，龍頭，控制氣閥，進入門，或類似的部件需要安裝在風管上時，絕緣層需要根據(jù)相關(guān)部件的尺寸進行切割，切割后的邊沿要進行處理密封.為每個部件留出通道。Insulationshallbeeasilyremovableandreplaceableatpointsrequiringinspectionsandmaintenance.在接頭處需要進行檢測和維修的地方的絕緣層須能隨便進行移動和替換。Thethermalinsulationappliedtotheexternalfacesofductworkshallbemanufacturedfromamaterialwithspecificationssimilartothefollowingasaminimumrequirement:風管外邊面的保溫絕緣層制作的材料至少要滿足以下規(guī)范：Density:_50kg/m3密度：-50kg/m3KValue:0.030W/mKat100CK值：0.030W/mK@100WaterVapourTransmission:10ugm/Nhat380C,88070RH水蒸氣傳送：10ugm/Nh@380C，88070RHFireProperties:Class'O'toBuildingCodeRegulations火性能：建筑物規(guī)范條例“O”級ClosedCellContent:90070minimum封閉槽（細胞）含量：90070最小。Theinsulationatsupportpointsshallbeofaheavydensity(80kg/m3minimum).支撐點的絕緣層的密度需要大一些（最小80kg/m3）室外風管我們將采用超細玻璃保溫棉作為保溫材料保溫，具體如下：RequiredDuctworkInsulationThicknessLocationofDuctSupplyAir供風ReturnAir回風ExhaustAir排風InExposedAirarea50mm25mmNotinsulated不保溫Innon-heatedarea25mm25mmNotinsulated不保溫Inheatedarea25mmNotinsulated不保溫Notinsulated不保溫風管保溫示意圖Allexposedinsulatedductworkshallbecoveredwith0.6mmthickaluminiumjacketsheetingtopreventwatervapourtransmissionandkeeptheinsulationdrytopreventstructuraldamage.Theinstalledjacketsheetingshallhavealljointslappedandarrangedtoensurethesheddingofwater.4.5AftertheHVACductinstallation風管安裝完成后的后續(xù)工作Supervisortoensurethatallcompletedinstallationslookneatandtidy,andthatthereisadequatespacingbetweenductworkandinlineequipmentallowingaccessforoperationandeaseofmaintenance,toapproveddrawingsandmanufacture'srecommendations.現(xiàn)場主管需要確保以完成的工程表面干凈而整潔，并且學要確保風管和管道內(nèi)設備有足夠的間距，以便能夠進入進行操作和維修，以廠家的推薦和獲批的圖紙為根據(jù)。Thesupervisorinchargeshallcontinuouslymonitortheactivitiestoensurethatallcomponentsindicatedontheapproveddrawingshavebeeninstalledandthattheinstallationisinaccordancewiththecontractrequirementsandspecifications。現(xiàn)場的負責人要不斷監(jiān)控現(xiàn)場的活動，確保所有獲批圖紙上的所有部件安裝完畢，確保安裝合同要求以及規(guī)范一致。RiskAssessment風險評估RiskAssessmentofElectricalInstallation電氣安裝風險評估WorkScope工作范圍WorkPhase工作階段IdentifiedRisk風險鑒別LikelyConsequence風險后果MitigationStrategy修正措施UnitheaterInstallation加熱器安裝Pre-lifting預吊裝Nopermitofliftingwork無吊裝許可Operatingagainsttheregulations違規(guī)操作Applyforpermitofworkpriortoeveryliftingworkinaccordancewiththeregulations.規(guī)矩規(guī)定在每次吊裝作業(yè)前開工作許可Insufficientpersonalprotectiveequipment(PPE)勞保用品佩戴不齊Incidentsandinjuries事故和傷亡EnsuretoequipwithPPE,safetybelt,hamletandlifevest,checkthoroughly徹底檢查，保證PPE，安全帶，安全帽和馬甲佩戴齊全。Operatorsarenottrainedwithsafetyregulations操作員沒經(jīng)過安全培訓Injurytopersons人員傷亡Workertrainingpriortoliftingworkandsitetraining員工吊裝前培訓，現(xiàn)場臨時培訓。Inadequatemonitoring監(jiān)管不力Dealingwithincidentsnottimelywhichresultsinseriousincident.未及時處理事故，導致更嚴重事故發(fā)生Constantmonitoringbywelltrainedpersonnelandoverallexaminationbeforestartworking.有經(jīng)過培訓的人員不斷監(jiān)管，開工前大檢查Inadequatefireequipmentandimproperemergencyrescuemeasures防火設備不足，緊急撤離措施不可行Injurytopersons人員傷亡Overallexaminationbeforestartandensurefireequipmentandemergencymedicineareallavailable.開工前大檢查，確保防火設備和緊急藥物就為Slingisdamagedseriously,whilethesafetyfactorsarenotuptotherequirements吊帶嚴重破損，安全因素沒滿足要求Fallfromhighandinjurytoperson高出墜落和人員傷亡Overallexaminationonsteelmaterialsandexecutestrictlyinaccordancewiththeregulations.對鋼絲材料進行大檢查，并嚴格按規(guī)定來執(zhí)行操作DefectorDamagedmaterialsandtools工具材料缺陷或破壞Injurytopersons人員傷亡Overallexaminationbeforeusing.使用前大檢查Lackofcommunicationwiththesite,unclearsignalandincorrectcommanding.缺乏及現(xiàn)場溝通。標志不清處，指揮不當Injurytopersons人員傷亡Establishcontactwithappointedpersonandcomm
