WorkDescriptionIntroductionandThisscopeofworksinvolvesthedesign,supplyandconstructionofGeneralContractor,whichformspartofSorinMedicalDevicesGreenfieldProject.本工程范圍涉及總承包商的設(shè)計、供應(yīng)和施工建設(shè)工作，是索林醫(yī)療器械（蘇州）新建廠房項目的組成部分。ThefollowingClausesshallbereadinconjunctionwiththedrawingsandspecificationsandotherrelevantstoascertainthetotalworks.以下條款應(yīng)結(jié)合圖紙、規(guī)范說明和其他相關(guān)文件進行閱讀，以確定工作總量Contractorswhoarenotfamiliarwiththesiteconditionsarerequiredtovisitthesitepriortosubmittingtheirquotation.Noconsiderationshallbegiventocontractorswhoareunawareoftheworkceconditions.Thebidderswhowillsubmittheirproposalsaredeemedtofullyunderstandthesiteconditionsandsurroundingstatusincludingthegeologyandthecityutilitiesfortheplot.Asanexperiencedcontractorforthisfield,thecontractorisobligedtoevaluateandreviewthis ,andraiseanydiscrepancyofdesignorerrorforconstructioncodeandpractice.承包商若對施工現(xiàn)場條件不熟悉，則須在遞交其報價前踏勘施工現(xiàn)場。對不了解工作場所條件的承包商不予考慮。凡遞交的投標(biāo)人，視其已完全了解施工現(xiàn)場條件和周邊情況，包括宗地的地勢地形和市政公用設(shè)施。作為業(yè)內(nèi)經(jīng)驗豐富的承包商，承包商有義務(wù)評估審閱本文件，在對照施工實踐后發(fā)現(xiàn)的任何設(shè)計上的不符或任何錯誤。Theworkschedulewillbecarriedoutonthebasisof7days/weekand24hours/day.days-offprovisionhasbeenassumedatthisstageof2014~2015forthepackage.(i.e.NoOctoberholidays,No1stJan,NoSpringFestival,NoSaturday,Sundaydays-off,etc.)TheContractordeemstohaveaproperman-hoursscheduleaccordingtothetonesstatedinthis .Thereshouldbenoovertimechargetothiscontract.Norainingdays-offprovisiontobeconsideredasextensionoftimecontractually,thecontractormustworkinallweathersinordertoperformcontractualschedulerequirement,exceptwhenapprovedbySorinornationalstoppageduetoweather.施工計劃將按7天/周和24小時/天執(zhí)行。工程包在目前的01-201年度不考慮提供額外休息日（即：沒有十一假期、元旦、春節(jié)、周六、周日休息等）。承包商視為有按照本文件所載節(jié)點制定的適當(dāng)?shù)娜斯r安排。本合同項下不應(yīng)要求加班費。雨天不休息，也不考慮因此延長合同工期，承包商必須全天候工作以履行合同施工計劃要求，除非索林批準(zhǔn)或因天氣原因致性停工。GeneralInclusionsandExclusionsTheworksinthisscopecomprises,butisnotlimitedto,theprovisionofdesign,supervision,labour,materials(offsitestorageuntilsuchtimeasrequiredtosuittheschedulewhichmaychangefromtimetotimeand/orasadvisedbySorin),transport(includingmaterialshandling),anyrelevantfeesortaxes,ntandequipmentnecessarytocompletethedesign,supplyandinstallationdescribedinsidethedrawings,specifications,contractconditions,satisfactionofstatutoryandrelevantstandards.Generally,thecontractorshallallowsatisfaction,butnotbeingto,theEnvironment,Health&SafetyProviding&maintainingcontractworksystemsthatdonotendangersafety,health&Makingarrangementforensuringsafety,health&environmentinconnectionwiththeuse,handling,storageortransportofntorsubstances.Providingallnecessaryinformation,instructions,training&supervisionforensuringsafety,health&environment.Ensuringsafeaccessfromthesite(workce)isOnefulltimeregisteredSafetymanagerandhisEHSteam(MUSTfollowtheregulationofonefulltimesafetyofficerper50workers,Ifcannotfollow,1,000RMB/daywillbefinedtoContractor)whenworkingonsite,andsatisfyinganyotherlocalRegulations.在現(xiàn)場作業(yè)時須有一名全職具備資格的安全經(jīng)理及其環(huán)境、健康和安全管理團隊（必須遵守每50個工人配備一名全職安全管理人員的規(guī)定，
