Abstract:
Thispaperaimstostudythefinancingstructureofnon-financialleasingcompanies.WiththerapiddevelopmentoftheChineseeconomy,financingleasingindustryhasbeengrowingandfinancingmethodshavebecomemorediversified.Thispaperanalyzesthefinancingstructureofnon-financialleasingcompanies,exploresthecharacteristicsoftheirfinancingchannelsandfinancingmethods,andanalyzestheadaptabilityoftheirfinancingstructuresindifferentenvironmentstohelpcompaniesbetterformulatefinancingstrategies.
Firstly,thispaperintroducestheconceptanddevelopmentprocessofnon-financialleasingcompanies.Then,thispaperclassifiesandanalyzesthefinancingchannelsofnon-financialleasingcompanies,includingbankloans,bondissuance,equityfinancing,etc.Atthesametime,thispaperalsostudiesthecharacteristicsofthefinancingstructureofleasingcompaniesunderdifferentfinancingmethods,suchasoperatingleasingandfinancialleasing.Finally,throughcasestudiesofnon-financialleasingcompaniesathomeandabroad,thispaperdiscussesthecopingstrategiesoffinancingstructuresindifferentmarketenvironments.
