外企員工手冊(中英文版)外企員工手冊(中英文版)精品匯編資料General總則Purposes目的Inorderthatemployeeshavesomethingtofollowinthefactoryduringworkingandlivingtokeepourcompany’sproductionandlivingorderandmakesureourcompany’ssmoothoperation,weherebyworkedoutthisemployeehandbook.為了使員工在工廠的工作和生活有所遵循,維持公司的生產(chǎn)生活秩序并確保公司正常運轉(zhuǎn),特制定本員工手冊?!甒ithoutdividers,nocircle’.Anyhealthilydevelopingcompanycouldn’tlivewithoutsoundandscientificregulationsandgoodstaffs.Thisemployeehandbookspecifiestheworkingdisciplinesthatemployeesshouldobey,basiclimitofworkingconditions.“沒有規(guī)矩,不成方圓”。任何一家健康發(fā)展的企業(yè),都離不開健全、科學的管理制度和優(yōu)秀的員工。本手冊規(guī)定了員工應遵守的工作紀律、勞動條件的基準及員工在本廠從事生產(chǎn)、生活之基本準則和勞動紀律。ApplicationScope適用范圍Thisemployeehandbookisappliedtoallemployees,includingthoseunderprobationperiod.本手冊適用于全體員工,包括試用期內(nèi)的員工。1-3Thecompanyempowerstherightonexplainingandmodifyingthisemployeehandbookandotherregulations.AnyupdateissubjecttothenewestpublicationinBulletinBoardSystems.公司擁有《員工手冊》及其它廠規(guī)的解釋權(quán)并保留修改權(quán)。新的補充修改以通告欄最新公布為準。CompanyIntroduction公司簡介***Products(Shenzhen)Limited,foundedin2005,isaforeignproprietorshipcompanyspecializedinbagsandothersewnproducts,mainlyproducingworldfamousbrandkitbags,schoolbagsforcustomersoverEurope,America,andAsia.Locatedin**iIndustrialDistrict,**,**Town,**,Shenzhen,thecompanyhasworkshops,dormitories,andcanteenandotherestablishment.***成立于1988年,是一家專門生產(chǎn)和經(jīng)營背包等縫紉制品的外商獨資企業(yè),主要生產(chǎn)世界名牌背包、書包等;客戶遍及歐美及亞洲等國家和地區(qū)。**,擁有多棟生產(chǎn)廠房和宿舍樓,擁有配套的食堂和娛樂設施。Ourideaisqualityfirst,serviceuppermost.我們的理念是:品質(zhì)第一,服務至上。PersonnelManagementRegulations人事管理制度Basicrequirementforemployees雇用基本條件Theemployeesmustbeover18yearsold,holdHealthCertificate,validIDcard,educationcertificateandBirthControllingCertificateforFloatingPeopleprovidedbylocalgovernment年齡18歲以上,持有效《健康證》,持有效身份證件和學歷證明,及戶口所在地出具的《流動人口計劃生育證》。Ifemployeesarefoundinfectedwithseriousinfectiousdiseaseornotsuitableforwork,thecompanyhastherighttochangetheirworkpostorrequestthemtoleavethecompany.如發(fā)現(xiàn)有任何嚴重傳染病患者或身體不適的工作者,公司有權(quán)調(diào)整其工作崗位或要求其自動退廠。Inveraciouscertificatesormisrepresentationforbeingemployediscausefordismissal持有虛假證明進廠者一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)以無薪解雇處理.Applicantshouldfaithfullydeclarehis/herrelativesandfriendsinStarrywhenfillingApplicationForm.Iftheapplicantisrecommended,his/herrelationshipwiththeemployeewhorecommendshouldbefaithfullydeclaredtoo.求職人在填寫入職申請時必須如實申報廠內(nèi)相熟的親戚或朋友,如有推薦人還需如實申報與推薦人的關(guān)系Theemployeewhohasbeenre-hiredmustreporttotheHRDepartmentbeforehestartworkingagain.重新入職員工必須先向人事部報告才可開始正式工作.Regulationsforemployeeswhoarerecommendedandwhorecommend被薦及推薦人守則Currentemployeesmayrecommendintelligentpersonstothecompany,butshouldnotreceiveanybenefitorrecommendationfeefromthemwhoarerecommended.Ifitisfoundthatthereissuchthinghappened,bothparties,whatevertheyareunderprobationperiodornot,willbefiredimmediatelywithoutanyeconomiccompensation.Ifitisreportedbytheemployeewhoisrecommended,thereportingemployeemaystayinthefactory,onlytheemployeewhorecommendedandreceivedbenefitwillbefiredwithoutanyeconomiccompensation.在職員工可推薦有才能的人員進入本公司,但推薦人不得收取被薦人的任何好處或介紹費。一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn),推薦及被薦員工,無論雙方是在試用期或已是正式員工,都將被立即開除,且無任何經(jīng)濟補償。但如果由被薦員工揭發(fā)的,被薦員工可繼續(xù)留廠工作,收取好處的推薦員工將被立即開除且無任何經(jīng)濟補償。Probationperiod試用期Employeesmustpassthecompany’sexaminationbeforetheyarehired,andthensignNewlyHiringConfirmation.受聘用員工須經(jīng)公司考核,合格后與公司簽訂《新進人員雇用確認單》TheLabourContractwillbesignedbeforetheemployeestartswork..受聘用員工須與公司簽訂《勞動合同》才可開始上班.TheprobationperiodwillbeaccordingtothetermofLabourContract:試用期期限將按照《勞動合同》期限決定:Termfromthreemonthstooneyear:probationperiodisonemonth.《勞動合同》期限由三個月至壹年員工,其試用期為壹個月.Termfromoneyeartotwoyears:probationperiodistwomonths.《勞動合同》期限由壹年至兩年員工,其試用期為兩個月.Termfromtwoyearstothreeyears:probationperiodisthreemonths.《勞動合同》期限由兩年至叁年員工,其試用期為叁個月.Termoverthreeyear:probationperiodissixmonths.《勞動合同》期限超過叁年員工,其試用期為陸個月.Formalhiring正式聘用 HR&AdmDepartmentwillreleaseaEvaluationforQualifiedEmployeesDuringProbationPeriod15Daysbeforetheprobationperiodisexpiredtotheemployee’sdirectsupervisor.員工試用即將期滿時,行政人事部將會發(fā)《試用期滿合格人員評鑒表》,由試用期員工所屬部門及相關(guān)人員評鑒。Thequalifiedemployeeswillbehiredasofficialemployeesandaconfirmationletterwillbeissuedtotheemployee.評鑒合格的將會被邀請成為正式員工Bothpartiesshoulddecidewethertorenewthecontractatleaseonemonthbeforethiscontractexpires.員工與公司須在《勞動合同》期滿前一個月決定是否續(xù)簽合同.TemporaryResidencePermit暫住證ThecompanywillapplyfortheTemporaryResidencePermitforthoseemployeeswhosuccessfullypassedtheprobationperiodandwhoseresidenceisnotinthiscity.公司按政府規(guī)定為試用期滿的非本市戶口員工申報及辦理《暫住證》.Personnelrecords個人檔案Personnelrecordsrecordalltheinformationrelatedtotheemployees.個人檔案記錄員工的所有信息Theemployeesshouldprovidecorrectpersonalinformation.ChangesmustbereportedtoHR&AdminDepartmentwithinfiveworkingdays.員工必須提供正確的個人資料。如有變化,應于五個工作日內(nèi)呈報行政人事部。Theemployeewhoprovidesfalseinformationwillbepunished.若資料不實,將受紀律處分。PersonnelrecordsareconfidentialinformationandkeptbytheHR&AdminDepartment.NoonecanaskforordisclosetheinformationwithoutAdministrationManager,GeneralManagerorDirector’sapproval..個人檔案屬作為人事機密資料,由行政行政行政行政人事部負責統(tǒng)一保管。未經(jīng)過行政經(jīng)理,總經(jīng)理或董事批準,任何人不得打聽或泄漏有關(guān)資料。Workingtime工作時間Theemployeesmustcomplywiththecompany’sworkingtime,punchcardinandout,havedinnerandrestontime.員工必須嚴格遵守公司的工作時間表,按公司規(guī)定打卡、上下班、用餐及休息。Duringworkingtime,noprivatevisitorisallowed(exceptemergency),noprivatecallingwithofficetelephoneisallowed,noprivatethingmadeondutyisallowed,otherwisetheemployeeswhoviolatewillbepunished.工作時間內(nèi),任何人未經(jīng)批準不得到公司作私人探訪(緊急情況除外);不得利用辦公電話打私人電話;不得處理私人事務,否則將受紀律處分。Itisprohibitedtostayatworkingplacewithoutreason,includingoffice,whendutyoff.下班后員工不得無故在工作及辦公區(qū)域內(nèi)逗留。Attendancerecords考勤Thecompanyrecordsattendanceaccordingtoemployees’bypunchingICcard,theemployeesshouldpunchinandoutaccordingtothecompany’sregulations.公司采取用IC卡刷卡的方式記錄考勤,即上下班必須按公司規(guī)定打卡。TheemployeesshouldgototheHR&AdminDepartmentiftheyfindtheirattendancerecordaremissing,andtheHR&AdminDepartmentwillmakerelativearrangementsaccordingtodifferentcases.如打卡所用廠牌遺失或損壞,應立即問詢行政人事部,由行政人事部根據(jù)情況處理。Theemployeeswhopunchwithoutworkorpunchforothersoraskotherstopunchforthemwillgetpunishmentevenmaybedismissedinstantly.未出勤而打卡,代人打卡或指使他人打卡者,一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn),將受紀律處分TheemployeeswhodonotpunchcardsbecauseofobjectivereasonsshouldcontacttheHR&AdminDepartmentwithin2hoursforsettlement.非人為因素造成的未打卡,應在二小時內(nèi)聯(lián)絡行政行政行政人事部予于處理.Fortheemployeeswhodonotpunchcardswithreasonablereasons,theHR&AdminDepartmentwillhashis/herattendancerecordssignedbyhis/hermanagers.However,thisshouldovertwotimesamonth.未打卡而有合理解釋的員工,須由其部門經(jīng)理簽卡,但一個月內(nèi)不應多于2次。Punchingcontinuouslyisforbidden,30minutesintervaloraboveisneededbetween2punches.嚴禁打連卡,每班打卡必須相隔30分鐘或以上。EmployeeswholeavingthecompanyduringworkinghoursmustgetapprovedLeavingPermitandgiveittothegateguard.Otherwise,itwillbetreatedasleavingwithoutpermissionandwillberecordedinpersonnelfile.員工在工作時間要出廠區(qū)時須有外出準許證,在廠門口交給保安。否則將被視為擅離職守,并記錄于人事檔案。OTWorking加班ThecompanymayrequestemployeestoworkOT,andtheemployeesshouldcooperatewithit.OTapplicationshouldbeapprovedbeforehandinwrittenform.公司因工作需要可安排員工加班,員工應該予以配合。加班申請要以書面形式提前審批PunchingOTwithoutformalapprovalwillnotbecounted.未經(jīng)審批的加班是無效的。EmployeewhopunchcardovernormalworkinghourswithoutapprovedOTapplicationwillbepunishedandmaybedismissedinstantly.未經(jīng)書面批準加班而自行打卡的員工將受到紀律處分Leavesprocedure請假Anyleaveshouldbeapprovedbeforehand.Thesupervisorormanagerwhoapprovedaleaveapplicationshouldarrangeanothersubordinate,otherthantheapplicant,tosendtheapprovedleaveapplicationtoHR&Admindepartment.Pleaseseesection6fordetails請假須事先申請并獲批準。請假應事先獲得批準,批假者應安排另一名下屬,而不事請假者本人,請假申請事先交到行政行政行政人事部,請閱第6節(jié)內(nèi)容.WhentheemployeesarebacktodutytheyshouldreporttotheHR&AdminDepartmentforbackrecord。員工返廠上班時須即到行政行政行政人事部銷假AnyemployeewhowantstoextendleaveapplicationmustbeapprovedbyhisdirectsupervisorandreporttoHRdepartmentbeforehand.員工希望延長假期的須提前征得人事行政部批準方可;AnyemployeewhowantstoshortenorcancelleaveapplicationmustinformHRdepartmentwithintwoworkingdays.員工希望縮短或取消假期的須在2個工作日中通報人事行政部方可。Latecomingandearlydeparture遲到和早退TheHR&AdminDepartmentrecordslatecomingandearlydepartureeveryday,employeeswhoactlatecomingor/andearlydeparturemaybepunished.行政人事部每天記錄遲到和早退情況。公司可給予遲到或早退的員工予紀律處分。Employeewithlatecomingnotexceeds3minutesmustneedhis/herattendancerecordssignedbyhis/herdepartmenthead.遲到或早退不超過3分鐘以下(含3分鐘),其部門經(jīng)理在工卡上簽名。Employeewithlatecomingorearlydeparture4to15minutesshallbegivenawrittenwarning.遲到或早退4-14分鐘,記書面警告一次。Employeewithlatecomingorearlydepartureover15minutesorabove;oraccumulatedmonthlylatecomingorearlydepartureover20minuteswillbegivenbothawrittenwarningandqualifiedforreceivingpartialfull-attendancereward.遲到或早退15分鐘以上或當月遲到或早退總時間達20分鐘或以上之人仕,收到書面警告及當月部份全勤奬。Latecomingorearlydepartureover2hoursbutlessthan4hourswillbetreatedasabsentwithoutreasonforhalfday.遲到或早退超過2小時而不足4小時以曠工半天計算.Latecomingorearlydepartureover4hourswillbetreatedasabsentwithoutreasonforoneday.遲到或早退超過4小時以曠工一天計算.Absence缺勤處理Notcomingtoworkwithoutleaveapplicationorwithunapprovedleaveapplicationwillbetreatedasabsencewithoutreason.Itwillbetreatedasemployees’resigningbythemselvesiftheyareabsentwithoutreasonforcontinuous3daysorcumulated3daysinamonth..未經(jīng)請假或請假未被批準而不上班即曠工。連續(xù)曠工三天或一個月內(nèi)累計曠工達三天或以上者,作自動離職處理。Theemployeeswilllossfullattendanceallowanceiftheyareentitledtofullattendanceallowanceandhaveanyactionofleave,latecoming,earlydeparture,orabsencewithoutreason.Andlatecoming,earlydepartureorabsencewillbepunishedaccordingtodisciplinepolicy.對于有全勤獎的員工,請假、遲到、早退或曠工者將被取消其當月的全勤獎,另依紀律處分。Theemployeeswhoarenotentitledtodeservefullattendanceallowancewillbepunishediftheyhaveanyactionoflatecoming,earlydeparture,orabsencewithoutreasonaccordingtodisciplinepolicy.對于無全勤獎的員工,遲到、早退或曠工將依紀律處分條例辦理。PayrollEnquiry薪資問題Employeewhohastheenquiryofhissalary,heshouldaskAccountDepartmentwithin10workingdaysafterhereceivedhissalary.Ifthecalculationmistakeshasfoundafterchecking,thedifferencewillbetransfertotheemployee’sbankaccountwithnextsalarypayment.若發(fā)現(xiàn)工資計算有誤或有任何疑問,可于工資發(fā)放后十天之內(nèi)直接向行政人事部查詢。如有誤差,工資不足之金額將在下月工資中支付。Workingplace工作地點Employeesshouldworkattheplacesspecifiedandshouldnotgoaroundwithoutsupervisors’ormanager’spermissionorwhenitisnotemergency.員工必須在指定的地點進行工作,在沒有得到部門主管或經(jīng)理批準或沒有特殊情況時,不得在工作時間離開工作地點。Normallynon-officeemployeesmaygotoofficeonlywhenitisneededforworkingandtheadministrationreceptionistnoticethemtodoso.非辦公室人員如因工作需要并經(jīng)行政部接待文員通知后方可進入辦公室。Theemployeescanonlyhavedinner/restattheplacesspecifiedfordinner/rest,andshouldobeytherelativeregulations.用餐或休息時,員工只能在指定的用餐地點用餐,指定的休息場所及休息,并遵守相應的規(guī)章制度Havingmealinworkshopsorwarehousesisforbidden.嚴禁在車間或倉庫用餐。Factorybadge廠證Factorybadgeistheidentityofeachemployeewhoworksinthecompany.ItisissuedbytheHR&AdminDepartmentwhenanemployeejoinsthecompany.TheHR&AdminDepartmentwilltakebackthebadgewhentheemployeeisleavingfromthecompanyforresignationortermination.廠證作為是員工在公司工作的主要憑證。入職時由行政人事部簽發(fā),離職時必須交回行政人事部。Theemployeesshouldwearfactorybadgesinthefactoryzoneandshouldshowtotheguardsforinspectionwhengooutorgetinthefactory.Violationwillcausepunishmentaccordingtodisciplinepolicy.員工在工廠范圍內(nèi)應將廠證佩戴于胸前,出入工廠大門時應主動接受值班保安檢查,如有違規(guī)者,依紀律處分處理。Factorybadgeisonlyvalidasaworkingpermitinthecompany,andwithoutotheruses.Thecompanyreservestherighttosuetheemployeeswhoimproperusethefactorybadgesforotherpurposesandcauseproblems.廠證僅作本廠員工之“工作證”,不可作為其它證明。否則由于濫用廠證而發(fā)生任何問題,公司保留追究權(quán)。TheHR&AdminDepartmentwillreissuefactorybadgeswithoutchargetotheemployeeswhohavehadthefactorybadgeformorethan6months.Foranemployeewhobrokenorlosthis/herfactorybadgewithinholdingfor6months,theHR&AdminDepartmentwillreissuethebadgetohim/herbutchargeRMB20.00forthecostofprocessandmaterials.廠證辦理后時間超過六個月破損者,行政人事部予免費辦理重發(fā)廠證;如持有廠證未滿六個月而破損或遺失者,行政人事部予理重發(fā)廠證但收回工本費用。RMB20.00.4.Transferofpost,dissolutionoflaborcontract,resignation工作調(diào)整、合同解除、離廠手續(xù)Transferofpost工作調(diào)整Thecompanyhastherighttotemporarily(notexceed3months)transferemployees’postswhennecessary.Thetemporarilytransferwillconsidertotheircapabilities,performance,healthand/orexperiencesandwithoutlowertheirbenefits.公司因工作需要有權(quán)臨時調(diào)動員工的崗位。執(zhí)行臨時調(diào)動將考慮員工的能力、表現(xiàn)、健康和經(jīng)驗…等因素;不會削減員工待遇。TerminationofLaborContract合同解除TheemployeeswhohavegonethroughtheprobationsshoulddeliverwrittenresignationapplicationonemonthinadvancetotheHR&AdminDepartment.正式員工辭職的必須于離職前一個月遞交《辭職申請書》于行政部IftheemployeeleavethecompanybeforetheLabourcontracthasexpired.Thecompanyreservedtherighttoclaimthecostbackfromtheemployeewhohastakenatrainingbythethirdpartandpaidbythecompany.曾在本公司接受過技術(shù)性培訓的員工,如在合同期內(nèi)提出書面辭職,須退還培訓時公司所支付的相應部分費用。Iftheemployeewhohavesufferedwithinfectionsicknessaredeliveringresignationapplications,theyshouldproviderelativeproofssuchassickleaveproofsprovidedbyhospitaloranamnesisrecordstothecompany,thecompanywillmakeevaluationoftheirsicknessesanddecidewhethertheyareabletoleaveimmediately.患傳染性疾病的員工,如申請離職,需向公司提供有效證明(鎮(zhèn)級或鎮(zhèn)級以上醫(yī)院證明)如病休單或病歷本等,公司視疾病輕重,決定是否接受其即辭即結(jié)算工資。Duringtheperiodofresigningwithadvancenotices,theemployeesshouldworkdiligently,andshouldnotcreateanyobstaclestooperation.Iftheproceduresoftransitionsarenotclearandsmooth,compensationdecidedaccordingtodamagemadetothecompany.Thecompanyhastherighttoclaimthecostsbackfromtheemployee.提前一個月申請辭工者離廠前,要認真工作,不得使工作正常進行出現(xiàn)障礙,如工作不能順利交接,公司會視情形保留追究補償。4-3Leavingprocedures離廠手續(xù)TheemployeeswhoareleavingshallgototheHR&AdminDepartmenttogettheClearanceListforSeparation,theHR&AdminDepartmentconfirmstheconditionsforseparationandreleasestheClearanceListforSeparation.離職者先到行政人事部領(lǐng)取《員工離職手續(xù)清單》,行政人事部確認已具備離職條件后將發(fā)放《員工離職手續(xù)清單》;Aftertheemployeehandsoveralltheproperties,toolsandstationery,thesupervisoroftheemployeeshallsignontheClearanceListforseparationtoconfirmthattheyreceivedthepropertiesandtools.離職者將公物、文具等交接清楚并由該部門負責人及交接人加以簽名確認TheHR&AdminDepartmentcheckstheClearanceListforSeparation,thenchecksandcalculatestheattendancerecordsandfinerecords,adviseaccountingdepartmenttocalculatetheirsalaries.行政人事部審核《員工離職手續(xù)清單》后,統(tǒng)計員工出勤情況及違紀 andlocalgovernment.Sickleavesmustbecertifiedbyanytown-levelorabovehospital.按國家及深圳地方勞保條例辦理,請病假須提供鎮(zhèn)級及鎮(zhèn)級以上醫(yī)院證明。Paidannualleave有薪年假Theemployeeswhohavebeenworkingforoveroneyearareentitledtopaidannualleaves;detailswillbereferredtoregulationsoflocalgovernment.Thecompanydeservestherighttoscheduletheannualleavesforall.服務滿一年的員工即可享受有薪年假。具體規(guī)定跟隨地方政府規(guī)定。公司保留做統(tǒng)一安排年休假的權(quán)利。Otherkindsofholiday/leavemaybeappliedbaseonnationalandlocalregulations.其它類別假期按國家及深圳地方規(guī)定辦理。Discipline紀律處分7-1IntroductionDisciplinaryactionscanrangefromanoralwarning,awrittenwarning,suspension,anddismissal.Thecompanyreservedalltherightstoclaimbackthelosscausebytheemployee’smisconduct.處罰包括口頭警告,書面警告,停職及解雇。公司保留權(quán)利追究任何由違反紀律所導致的損失.Disciplinaryprocedureincludesreportingfacts,investigating,suggestingdisciplinaryactions,approving,informing,andfiling.處罰程序包括:報告情況,調(diào)查,提出處罰建議,審批處罰建議,通知及歸檔。DismissingworkersmustbeapprovedbybothHRmanagerandresponsiblemanager.解雇員工必須經(jīng)過行政人事經(jīng)理及用人部門經(jīng)理的共同批準。DismissingnormalstaffmustbeapprovedbyGeneralManager.解雇正式職員必須經(jīng)過總經(jīng)理的批準DismissingsupervisorlevelandabovestaffafterprobationmustalsogetverbalpriorapprovaloftheDirectorwhoisresponsibleHRissue.解雇正式的主管級及以上人員必須經(jīng)過公司負責人事的董事批準方可.AnemployeewishingtoappealagainstdisciplinaryactionshouldsubmitnoticeofappealtotheHRmanagerinwritingformwithinsevencalendardaysofreceiptofthewrittenconfirmationofdisciplinaryaction,statingthegroundsofappeal.員工對處罰有異議,可以在接到書面處罰通知后7個工作日內(nèi)以書面的形式向行政人事經(jīng)理提出復議申請,闡明復議理由.處罰是有效的,除非復議的結(jié)論更改了原處罰決定.FormalOralWarning正式口頭警告:Anyemployeewhohasanyofbelowactionswillbegivenaformaloralwarning.TheHR&AdminDepartmentwillhaveitrecorded.員工如有下列行為將受到口頭警告,并由人事部備案.Nottoreportingthingsfound拾遺不報Changingbedwithoutpermission,私自調(diào)換床位Speakingvulgarandfilthywordsinthecompany,在公司內(nèi)粗言穢語;Spittingandthrowingrubbisheverywhere隨處吐痰或亂扔垃圾;Latecomingorearlydeparture;無故遲到或早退Withoutwearingthefactorybadge,orwearingthefactorybadgebutinanimproperway,沒有佩戴或不適當?shù)嘏宕鲝S證,Violatingthecompany’ssafetyrulesordepartments’regulationsnotseriously;輕微違反公司安全守則或部門規(guī)章;Receivingfriendsorrelativesduringworkingtimeforprivateissuewithoutpermission;未經(jīng)批準,在工作時間內(nèi)接待親友作私人探訪Wearingtheplantclothesofothercompanieswithintheplant,在廠內(nèi)穿著其它工廠工衣;Wearingslipperswithintheplantexceptthedormitory.在廠內(nèi)(宿舍除外)穿拖鞋;Wastingwater,electricityandotherresources.浪費水電等資源;Eatinginnon-livingregion,orbringingfoodintoworkshopsandwarehouse.在非生活區(qū)內(nèi)進食,或?qū)⑹澄飵нM生產(chǎn)車間及倉庫Notcooperatingwhenthecompanyisinspectingdormitorie;檢查宿舍時不配合;Takingfoodtocompanydormitory;將食物帶入宿舍區(qū);Enteringofficewithoutvalidpermission未經(jīng)允許進入辦公室;Punchingcardcontinuously;打連卡;LatecoComingbacktoplantordormitoryatmidnight;在午夜后回工廠或宿舍;Jumpingqueuewhenpunchingcardorhavingmeal;打卡或用餐時插隊;Unsafebehaviorinworkplace;工作場所的不安全行為;Conductofanemployeehasfallenbelowanacceptablestandard;行為低于可接受的標準;Influencingothersbybadhabits;壞習慣影響他人,處違紀扣款;Goingintocanteenorworkshopsthroughwindows;爬窗進出車間或餐廳;Makingfireindormitory,connectsockets,wiresandforbiddenelectricappliance(microwaveoven,electriccooker,immersionheater);在宿舍內(nèi)生火,亂接插座、電線、禁止使用的電器(微波爐,電飯煲,電熱絲)等的電器;Notsleepingintheassignedroomandbed;未按指定的房間床位就寢;Makingnoisesorlisteningtoradiooutsidethedormitoryafter00:00;00:00后在室外大聲喧嘩,開收錄機等;Makingprivatelongdistancecallusingcompany’stelephonewithoutpermissionbymanagersorabovelevel;未經(jīng)經(jīng)理或以上高層批準,用公司電話打私人長途電話的;Notacceptingguards’inspectionwhengoinginoroutoftheplant;進出廠區(qū)時不接受保安的例行檢查;Lettingun-employeeliveinthedormitory;在宿舍內(nèi)留宿陌生人;Wearingorpresentingfalsefactorbadge;佩戴或出示虛假的公司廠證;Takingelevatorwithoutcarryingmaterialswhichisover20KM乘坐電梯攜帶物品沒有超過20公斤;Writtenwarning書面警告Anyemployeewhohasanyofbelowactionsforthefirsttimewillgetawrittenwarning;forthesecondtimeofthesameoffence,afterconsiderationbytheHR&AdminDepartmentwiththeapprovalofGeneralManagerorabovelevel,maybeterminatedimmediately:Theemployeewhogetthethirdwarningletter,willbeterminatedimmediately.有下列違紀行為,第一次給予書面警告,;再犯同樣的違紀行為者,由人事部審定后,經(jīng)總經(jīng)理或以上高層批準可立即開除,且無任何經(jīng)濟補償;任何員收到第三封書面警告將遭立即開除,且無任何經(jīng)濟補償Notgoodworkattitude,notgoodefficiency,suchasreadingnewspaperormakingnoisesduringworkingtime;工作態(tài)度散漫或效率欠佳,如上班時間看報紙,喧嘩等;Handlingprivatethingsduringworkingtimewithoutpermissionofmangersorabovelevel;未經(jīng)經(jīng)理級或以上人員批準,在工作時間內(nèi)處理私人事務;Lowworkingefficiencywithintention;故意降低工作效率;Leavingworkingpositionwithoutpermission,frequentlylatecomingorearlydeparture;擅離工作崗位,經(jīng)常遲到或早退;Beingabsentwithoutacceptablereasonforoneday;曠工一天而無合理解釋;Violatingordisobeyingreasonableworkinstructionfromsupervisorsorabovelevel;違背或不服從主管或上司合理的工作命令的;Sleepingonduty;上班時睡覺;Smokingatnon-smokingarea,e.g.,toilet,office,workshops,warehouse;在禁止吸煙的地方吸煙,如洗手間,辦公室,車間,倉庫等;Gamblingorwatchinggambleinthecompany;在公司范圍內(nèi)賭博或圍觀賭博;Demagogisminthecompany;在公司內(nèi)煽動同事;Copyingkeys,addingorchanginglockswithoutpermissionbymanagersorabove;未經(jīng)經(jīng)理級或以上人員的書面批準,私配鎖匙(含加鎖,換鎖)Spreadingslanderousrumorstohurtotheremployeesorthecompanybusiness;散布謠言或惡意中傷其它員工或公司業(yè)務的;Drinkingalcoholordrinkscontainingalcoholonduty,exceptbeingrequiredbyworkrequirement;在工作時間內(nèi)飲用有酒精成份的飲品或有酗酒行為的(因工作需要的除外);PostingorchangingdocumentsonthebulletinboardwithoutpermissionbytheHR&AdminDepartment;未經(jīng)人事部許可,擅自在通告欄上張貼或涂改任何文件的;Enteringpowersupplyroom,generatorroom,kitchen,withoutvalidpermission;未經(jīng)同意,進入配電房、發(fā)電房、廚房;Violatingthecompany’ss
