Thisisthefourthperiodofunit4:Don’teatinclass.Goforit–Grade7.Thisunitisfocusedonthetopicofrules.Rulesareeverywhereinstudents’life.Soitiseasyforthemtounderstandthetheme.Aswell,theyhavealottotalkaboutrules.Soitiseasytoorganizeactivities.Alsoit’squiteeasytoarousestudents’interestsincommunicatingwitheachotherbyusingtheEnglishlearntinthisunit.Intheprocessoflearning,studentsareencouragedtoexpressandsharetheirownideasondescribingwhattheythinkoftherules.StudentsareexpectedtogoonlearningthekeywordsandtargetlanguagelearntinthefirstperiodofSectionBofthisunit.

Analysisofthestudents:

GradeSevenisthebeginningperiodoftheformalEnglishlearning,soteachersshouldarousestudents’interestandenthusiasmoflearningEnglish.Seven-gradersareactive,curiousandcreative.TheyarelookingforwardtoexpressingthingsaroundtheminEnglish.SoasanEnglishteacher,weshouldprovidemorechancesforstudentstopracticeEnglishinreallifeandteachthemsomeusefulstudyingmethodstohelpthemtobesuccessfullanguagelearners.SoIwillteachstudentsthefollowingstudyingmethod:Makerealsituationsandoffermeaningfultasksforstudentsandteachthemhowtocommunicatewithothers.
