inadditiontofulfilltheobligationsofhealth,safetyandenvironmentalprotection.Itisherebyagreedasfollows.1.詞語含義1.Meaningofwords分包合同協(xié)議書中的詞語和措辭應(yīng)與下文提及的《通用合同條件》和《專用合同條件》中分別賦予它們的含義相同。ThewordsandexpressionsusedhereinfortheSubcontractAgreementshallhavethemeaningsgiventothesameintheGeneralConditionsofContractandtheParticularConditionsofContract(ifany)referredtobelow.2.分包合同文件2.DocumentsoftheContractfortheSubcontract下列文件應(yīng)被視為分包合同協(xié)議書的組成部分，并應(yīng)作為其一部分閱讀和解釋：Thefollowingdocumentsshallbedeemedtobetheintegralpartof,andshallbereadandconstruedaspartof,thisAgreementfortheSubcontract.上述文件應(yīng)互為補充和解釋，如有不一致，以所列順序在前的為準(zhǔn)。在分包合同執(zhí)行過程中，雙方當(dāng)事人的確認、備忘錄、會談紀(jì)要、分包合同修訂及其他有關(guān)的文件、協(xié)議等，經(jīng)雙方當(dāng)事人簽署后亦為分包合同的有效組成部分。分包合同修訂的內(nèi)容取代原文件內(nèi)容和其與此相矛盾的約定。在安裝工程技術(shù)規(guī)范中，特殊技術(shù)規(guī)范優(yōu)于一般技術(shù)規(guī)范。Theabovedocumentsshallsupplementandexplaineachother,andincaseofinconsistency,theorderlistedpriorshallprevail.Inthecourseoftheexecutionofthesubcontract,theconfirmations,memoranda,meetingminutes,amendmentstothecontractandotherdocumentsandagreementsrelatingtothecontractsignedbytheauthorizedrepresentativesofthepartiesshallalsobeavalidpartofthiscontract.Theamendmentstothesubcontractsupersedethecontentsoftheoriginaldocumentsandotheragreementsthatcontradictthesame.Inthetechnicalspecificationsof
