Nameoftheinspectingproject附件二委托檢測(cè)的檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)一覽表AttachmentII.Listofinspectingitemsandstandardscommissionedforinspection附件三甲方提供的資料及文件AttachmentIII.MaterialsanddocumentssubmittedbyPartyA根據(jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)民法典》以及其他有關(guān)法律法規(guī)的規(guī)定，遵循平等、自愿、公平和誠(chéng)實(shí)信用的原則，甲乙雙方就本建設(shè)工程檢測(cè)事項(xiàng)協(xié)商一致，簽訂本合同。InaccordancewiththeprovisionsoftheContractLawofthePeople'sRepublicofChina,otherrelevantlawsandregulations,followingtheprinciplesofequality,voluntariness,fairnessandhonestyandcredit,thepartiesagreetoconcludethiscontractfortheinspectionofthisconstructionproject.檢測(cè)類(lèi)別：Testcategory:□驗(yàn)收檢測(cè)Acceptancetest□平行檢測(cè)paralleltest□其他Otherswhichtheprojectlocated.工程投資額：Projectinvestment:工程建安費(fèi)：Project’sconstructionandinstallationfee:質(zhì)監(jiān)站/監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)：Qualitysupervisor/Regulatorybodies第一條檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目Article1Inspectionitem甲方委托乙方檢測(cè)的檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目（項(xiàng)目名稱(chēng)按附件一填寫(xiě)）包括：具體的檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目、數(shù)量及檢測(cè)參數(shù)見(jiàn)附件二。TheinspectingprojectscommissionedbyPartyAtoPartyB(projectnamestobefilledinasperAnnexI)include:Thespecificinspectingitems,quantitiesandtestingparametersrefertoAnnexII.第二條檢測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)Article2Inspectionstandard雙方約定的檢測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：Inspectingstandardsasagreeduponbythepartieshereto:第三條檢測(cè)費(fèi)用的核算與支付Article3Accountingandpaymentofinspectingfees（一）雙方同意按照下列第種計(jì)算方式核算檢測(cè)費(fèi)用。(i)Thepartiesagreetoaccountfortheinspectingfeesinaccordancewiththefollowingcalculation.1．乙方按照《政府投資房屋建筑、市政基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和公路工程檢測(cè)收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中的檢測(cè)單價(jià)收費(fèi)，乙方根據(jù)實(shí)際檢測(cè)工作量收取檢測(cè)費(fèi)。1.PartyBshallchargetheunitpriceofinspectioninaccordancewiththeInspectionChargesforGovernmentInvestedHousingBuildings,MunicipalInfrastructureandHighwayProjects,andshallchargetheinspectionfeesubjecttotheactualinspectionworkload.2．本合同各檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目單價(jià)見(jiàn)附件二，乙方根據(jù)實(shí)際檢測(cè)工作量收取檢測(cè)費(fèi)。2.TheunitpriceofeachinspectingiteminthiscontractisshowninAnnexII,andPartyBwillchargetheinspectingfeesubjecttotheactualtestingworkload.3．（二）雙方同意按照下列第種支付方式支付檢測(cè)費(fèi)用。(ii)Thepartiesagreetochargetheinspectingfeeinaccordancewiththefollowingpaymentmethodof.1．自本合同簽訂之日起每

日，甲方按乙方實(shí)際完成的檢測(cè)工作量和建設(shè)工程檢測(cè)信息系統(tǒng)生成的結(jié)算憑證支付檢測(cè)費(fèi)用。1.ThePartyAshall,eachdaysfromthedateofthiscontract,effectpaymentoftheinspectingfeesaspertheactualtestingworkloadcompletedbyPartyBandthesettlementvouchersgeneratedbytheSystemofConstructionEngineeringTestingInformation.2．（三）甲方對(duì)檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目費(fèi)用有異議的，應(yīng)及時(shí)與乙方進(jìn)行協(xié)商，但不得拖延其他無(wú)異議項(xiàng)目檢測(cè)費(fèi)用的支付。(c)ThePartyA‘sanyobjectiononthecostoftheinspectingitemsshouldbenegotiatedtimelywiththePartyB,howevernopaymentofothernon-objectionitemsshallbedelayedtherefore.第四條檢測(cè)報(bào)告的交付Article4.Submissionoftheinspectingreport（一）乙方交付檢測(cè)報(bào)告時(shí)間的約定見(jiàn)附件二。乙方交付檢測(cè)報(bào)告一式份，當(dāng)甲方對(duì)部分檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目的檢測(cè)報(bào)告份數(shù)有特殊需要時(shí)，可另行約定。(1)TheagreementonthetimeofsubmittingtheinspectingreportbythePartyBreferstoAnnexIIandcopiesthereofsubmittedbythePartyB.ThespecialrequirementsbythePartyAforthecopiesnumberthereofmaybeagreedseparately.（二）雙方約定按照下列第種方式交付檢測(cè)報(bào)告：(2)Theinspectingreportwillbesubmittedbythefollowingmethodastheagreementbetweentheparitieshereto.1．甲方上門(mén)提取檢測(cè)報(bào)告。1.PartyAshallcollectthetestreportatoffice.2．乙方送檢測(cè)報(bào)告給甲方。2.PartyBshallsendthetestreporttoPartyA.3第五條檢測(cè)樣品的運(yùn)輸Article5Transportationofinspectingsamples雙方約定按以下第

種方式運(yùn)輸檢測(cè)樣品。乙方按有關(guān)規(guī)定對(duì)檢測(cè)后的樣品進(jìn)行留樣。Thepartiesagreetotransporttheinspectingsamplesinthefollowingmanner.PartyBwillretainsamplessubsequenttoinspectinginaccordancewiththerelevantregulations.1．甲方負(fù)責(zé)將檢測(cè)樣品送至乙方檢測(cè)場(chǎng)所，并承擔(dān)相應(yīng)運(yùn)輸費(fèi)用。1.PartyAisresponsibleforthedeliveryofthetestsamplestoPartyB'stestingsiteandbearsthecorrespondingtransportationcosts.2．乙方到工程現(xiàn)場(chǎng)抽取檢測(cè)樣品，甲方承擔(dān)相應(yīng)抽樣及運(yùn)輸費(fèi)用。2.PartyBwilltakeinspectingsamplesattheprojectsiteandPartyAwillbearthecorrespondingsamplingandtransportationcosts.3．第六條甲方的權(quán)利義務(wù)Article6RightsandobligationsofPartyA（一）甲方不得將同一單位工程中的同一類(lèi)型檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目委托其他檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。(1)PartyAshallnotentrustthesametypeofinspectingprojectinthesameunitofworktootherinspectingagenciesforinspecting.（二）甲方應(yīng)當(dāng)按照規(guī)定，在建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目專(zhuān)戶(hù)中單獨(dú)列支檢測(cè)費(fèi)用。(2)PartyAshall,inaccordancewiththerelevantprovisions,makeaIndividualsectionforthecostofinspectinginaspecialaccountforconstructionprojects.（三）甲方授權(quán)為代表，負(fù)責(zé)與乙方聯(lián)系。如甲方代表發(fā)生變更，甲方應(yīng)書(shū)面告知乙方。(3)PartyAshallauthorizeasitsrepresentativetoliaisewithPartyBandwherereplacementofitsrepresentative,PartyAshallinformPartyBinwriting.（四）甲方應(yīng)于檢測(cè)活動(dòng)開(kāi)始前

日內(nèi)向乙方提供附件三所列的與本檢測(cè)業(yè)務(wù)有關(guān)的資料及文件，并對(duì)資料的可靠性負(fù)責(zé)。(4)PartyAshall,withindayspriortothecommencementoftheinspectingwork,providePartyBwiththeinformationanddocumentslistedinAnnexIIIrelatingtheretoandshallberesponsibleforthereliabilityoftheinformation.（五）委托檢測(cè)前，甲方應(yīng)將見(jiàn)證單位和見(jiàn)證人員以書(shū)面形式通知乙方。見(jiàn)證人員發(fā)生變更的，甲方應(yīng)及時(shí)書(shū)面告知乙方。(5)PartyAshall,priortocommissioningtheinspection,notifyPartyBinwritingofthewitnessingunitandthewitnessingpersonnelandshallpromptlyinformPartyBinwritingofanyreplacementofwitnessingpersonnel.（六）檢測(cè)試樣抽取、制作時(shí)，甲方應(yīng)確保由見(jiàn)證人員對(duì)檢測(cè)試樣張貼或者嵌入唯一性識(shí)別標(biāo)識(shí)，并現(xiàn)場(chǎng)將檢測(cè)試樣信息錄入檢測(cè)信息系統(tǒng)。委托時(shí)應(yīng)填寫(xiě)檢測(cè)委托單，委托單應(yīng)采用統(tǒng)一樣式，并經(jīng)見(jiàn)證人員和取樣人員當(dāng)場(chǎng)簽字確認(rèn)。(6)PartyAshall,uponextractionandproductionofinspectingspecimen,ensurethetestspecimenbythewitnesstopostorembedtheuniqueidentificationmark,andenterthetestsampleinformationonsiteintothetestinformationsystem.Thecommissioningordershouldbecompletedwithunifiedform,whichshouldbesignedforconfirmationbythewitnessandthesampleronthesite.（七）檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目屬于工程實(shí)體檢測(cè)的，甲方應(yīng)提前

日將現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)日期通知乙方。見(jiàn)證人員應(yīng)對(duì)工程現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)進(jìn)行見(jiàn)證，并在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)原始記錄上簽字確認(rèn)。(7)Providedthattheinspectionprojectisaphysicalinspectionoftheproject,PartyAshall,priortodays,notifyPartyBofthedateofon-siteinspection.Witnessesperson?nelshallwitnesstheon-siteinspectionoftheprojectandsignontherecordoforiginalon-s
