anotice通知的特點(diǎn)帶有目的性。句子多用將來時(shí)或祈使句。有一定的固定套語?？陬^通知以用詞較口語化，句子不會太復(fù)雜，講清楚其內(nèi)容即可。通知寫作指導(dǎo)口頭通知：有開頭稱呼語和結(jié)束套語。

例如：ladiesandgentlemen,/boysandgirls.Attention,please,everyone.That’sall,thankyou.書面通知：沒有開頭稱呼語和結(jié)束套語。但有些表達(dá)是可以通用的，有時(shí)在措辭方面會略正式些。會使用一些非謂語動詞短語（用不定式表目的等）和從句（如if從句，when從句，sothat從句,Itishopedthat等）。
