Ghrelin(胃動(dòng)素、胃腸動(dòng)素)是生長(zhǎng)激素促分泌物質(zhì)受體(growthhormonesecretagoguereceptor,GHS-R)的內(nèi)源性配體.

Ghrelin的結(jié)構(gòu)：

Ghrelin是由28個(gè)氨基酸組成的小分子多肽，它有兩種形式：Ghrelin-28和des-Gln14-ghrelin,除了第14位氨基酸Gln的缺失,des-Gln14-ghrelin生物活性與Ghrelin相同。GhrelinN端第3位絲氨酸殘基上的n-辛?；╪-octanoylgroup）對(duì)生物活性具有重要作用。人和大鼠的Ghrelin在進(jìn)化上高度保守，僅11位和12位上相差兩個(gè)氨基酸。
