,whiletheeralhistoryworksofwesternaestheticshavemany,suchas“GeneralHistoryofWesternAesthetics”editedbyZhuthethesamenameworksbyRuXin.PekingUniversityemphasizethetraditionofChineseaestheticstudythroughout.ZongBaihuamadeasignificancewithhisgroundbreakingresearchandrecently“AestheticOmnibusinallChineseDynasties”editedchieflybyProf.YeLangisthelatestThisprojectintenttocarrytheaesthetictraditionofPekingUniversity,supportedbyCAAE,integratingtheresearchintraditionalaestheticsand
