制冷常用術(shù)語制冷常用術(shù)語溫度溫度被用來表示物質(zhì)冷與熱的程度,溫度的高低的程度可用溫度計(jì)來度量,如玻璃溫度計(jì),管內(nèi)的液體受熱后膨脹,液面升高,冷卻收縮后,液面降低,液面的高低表示溫度的高低程度。攝氏溫度:在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)大氣壓下,把水的冰點(diǎn)作為0度,沸點(diǎn)作為100度,在0度與100度之間均衡的刻成100格,每格為l度,以符號℃表示。華氏溫度:在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)大氣壓下,把水的冰點(diǎn)定為32度,而沸點(diǎn)定為212度、二者之間均衡的刻成180格,每格為l度,以符號oF表示。開氏溫度(又稱絕對溫度):它以攝氏溫標(biāo)為基礎(chǔ)、把水的冰點(diǎn)定為273.16度,水的沸點(diǎn)定為373.16度,理論上把物質(zhì)中分子全部停止運(yùn)動(dòng)之點(diǎn)作為0度,以符號K表示。熱量物體溫度的高低表示了物體的物質(zhì)分子熱運(yùn)動(dòng)劇烈的程度,溫度的高低也表示物體所具有能量的高低,這種能量稱為熱能。當(dāng)溫度不同的兩個(gè)物體相接觸時(shí),兩者溫度逐步趨于一致,發(fā)生了熱能從溫度較高的物體向溫度較低的物體轉(zhuǎn)移,此時(shí)物體所放出或吸收的能量稱為熱量。卡:在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)大氣壓力下,將l克的水加熱或冷卻,其溫度升高或降低l℃時(shí),所加進(jìn)或除去的熱量稱為l卡,以符號cal表示。因卡的單位太小,工程上往往采用其1000倍的千卡或大卡來表示。具符號為kcal。英熱單位:在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)大氣壓下,將11b(磅)(11b=0.454kg)水加熱或冷卻,其溫度升高或降低華氏溫度loF,所加進(jìn)或除去的熱量稱為一個(gè)英熱單位,其符號為Btu。焦耳:在國際單位制中,取熱量單位與功的單位一致,以焦耳表示。焦耳相當(dāng)于用1N(牛頓)的力,共作用點(diǎn)在力的方向上移動(dòng)lm(米)所做的功。因此,在國際單位制中,焦耳是功和能的單位,采用這種單位使計(jì)算簡化,焦耳的符號為J。我國法定熱量單位為焦耳。比熱任何物質(zhì)當(dāng)加進(jìn)熱量,它的溫度會升高。但相同質(zhì)量的不同物質(zhì),升高同樣溫度時(shí),其所加進(jìn)的熱量是不一樣的。為相互比較,把lkg水溫度升高1℃知道材料比熱值,就能計(jì)算出對它降溫所需要除去的熱量。例如要將5kg70℃的水冷卻到15顯熱對固態(tài)、液態(tài)或氣態(tài)的物質(zhì)加熱,只要它的形態(tài)不變,則熱量加進(jìn)去后,物質(zhì)的溫度就升高,加進(jìn)熱量的多少在溫度上能顯示出來,即不改變物質(zhì)的形態(tài)而引起其溫度變化的熱量稱為顯熱。如對液態(tài)的水加熱,只要它還保持液態(tài),它的溫度就升高;因此,顯熱只影響溫度的變化面不引起物質(zhì)的形態(tài)的變化。潛熱對液態(tài)的水加熱,水的溫度升高,當(dāng)達(dá)到沸點(diǎn)時(shí),雖然熱量不斷的加入,但水的溫度不升高,一直停留在沸點(diǎn),加進(jìn)的熱量僅使水變成水蒸氣,即由液態(tài)變?yōu)闅鈶B(tài)。這種不改變物質(zhì)的溫度而引起物態(tài)變化(又稱相變)的熱量稱為潛熱。壓力氣體由分子組成,億萬分子在無規(guī)則的運(yùn)動(dòng)中,頻繁撞擊容器內(nèi)壁,在內(nèi)壁單位表面積上垂直產(chǎn)生的力稱為壓力。在工程中測量氣體壓力的常用單位是:千克/厘米2、或?yàn)閙mHg(毫米汞柱),我國的法定單位是Pa(帕斯卡)。大氣壓力:包圍地球的空氣層對單位地球表面積形成的壓力稱為大氣壓力。通常用B表示。單位用帕Pa或千帕kPa表示。絕對壓力:當(dāng)?shù)卮髿鈮菏ぷ鲏毫Α9ぷ鲏毫?表壓):用儀表測定的壓力。蒸發(fā)與沸騰蒸發(fā):指在液體自由表面進(jìn)行氣化的過程。沸騰:指液體內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生氣泡形式的劇烈氣化過程。放熱系數(shù)當(dāng)凍結(jié)一種物質(zhì)時(shí),如在表面吹風(fēng)則它的凍結(jié)速度比不吹風(fēng)時(shí)快。表示這種不同物質(zhì)之間在不同狀態(tài)下?lián)Q熱能力的物理量稱為放熱系數(shù),其數(shù)值等于每小時(shí)、每平方米面積上,當(dāng)流體和固體壁之間的溫度差為l℃時(shí)所傳遞的熱量。以符號a表示,其單位為kcal/(m2h℃),國際單位制是W/(m2k)或J/(m2h℃)、兩者之間換算關(guān)系為:1W/(m2K)=0.860kcal/(m2h℃)傳熱系數(shù)熱量從高溫側(cè)流體透過平壁轉(zhuǎn)移到低溫側(cè)流體。這種熱量傳遞的能力除與兩側(cè)溫差、傳熱面積的大小有關(guān)外,還與平壁的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù),平壁的厚度及壁面兩側(cè)的放熱系數(shù)有關(guān)。把所有因素列成一個(gè)方程式,即:

Q=KFDt(kJ/h)

式中:Q:傳遞的熱量(kJ/h);F:平壁的表面積(m2);Dt:溫差Dt=t1-t2(℃);K:傳熱系數(shù)kJ/(m2h℃)

K為傳熱系數(shù),它數(shù)值上等于當(dāng)兩側(cè)溫差l℃時(shí)、lh通過lm2傳熱面積,從一側(cè)熱流體傳到另一側(cè)冷流體所傳遞的熱量。單位是kJ/(m2h℃)或W/(m2k)。比容和密度單位容積的濕空氣所具有的質(zhì)量稱為密度。用符號ρ表示。而單位質(zhì)量的濕空氣所占有的容積稱為比容,用符號V表示。

濕度濕度是表示濕空氣中含有水蒸汽量多少的物理量,有三種表示方法。絕對濕度:l濕空氣中含水蒸汽的質(zhì)量。符號為Z,單位為kg/。絕對濕度使用起來不方便。它不能直接反映出濕空氣的干濕程度。含濕量:每公斤干空氣所含有水蒸汽量稱為含濕量,符號為d,單位為kg/kg(干)。相對濕度:濕空氣中水蒸汽分壓力和同溫度下飽和水蒸汽分壓力之比,符號表示。露點(diǎn)溫度在一定大氣壓力下,含濕量不變時(shí)空氣中的水蒸汽凝結(jié)為水(凝露)的溫度。在d不變時(shí),空氣溫度下降,由未飽和狀態(tài)變?yōu)轱柡蜖顟B(tài),此時(shí)空氣的相對濕度=1O0%。在空調(diào)技術(shù)中,把空氣降溫至露點(diǎn)溫度,達(dá)到除濕干燥空氣的目的。焓焓是濕空氣的一個(gè)重要參數(shù)。是一個(gè)內(nèi)能與壓力位能之和的復(fù)合狀態(tài)參數(shù)。

在空調(diào)過程中,濕空氣的狀態(tài)經(jīng)常發(fā)生變化,焓可以很方便確定該狀態(tài)變化過程中的熱交換量。濕空氣的變化過程是定壓過程,焓差等于熱交換量。靜壓、動(dòng)壓、全壓靜壓(Pi):由于空氣分子不規(guī)則運(yùn)動(dòng)而撞擊于管壁上產(chǎn)生的壓力稱為靜壓。計(jì)算時(shí),以絕對真空為計(jì)算零點(diǎn)的靜壓稱為絕對靜壓。以大氣壓力為零點(diǎn)的靜壓稱為相對靜壓??照{(diào)中的空氣靜壓均指相對靜壓。靜壓高于大氣壓時(shí)為正值,低于大氣壓時(shí)為負(fù)值。動(dòng)壓(Pb):指空氣流動(dòng)時(shí)產(chǎn)生的壓力,只要風(fēng)管內(nèi)空氣流動(dòng)就具有一定的動(dòng)壓,其值永遠(yuǎn)是正的。全壓(Pq)全壓是靜壓和動(dòng)壓的代數(shù)和:Pq=Pi十Pb全壓代表lm3氣體所具有的總能量。若以大氣壓為計(jì)算的起點(diǎn),它可以是正值,亦可以是負(fù)值。表面冷卻器的熱工計(jì)算類型計(jì)算類型已知條件計(jì)算內(nèi)容設(shè)計(jì)性計(jì)算空氣量G空氣初狀態(tài)(干球溫度、溫球溫度……)空氣終狀態(tài)(干球溫度、溫球溫度……)表冷器規(guī)格、臺數(shù)、冷水初溫、終溫、水量。校核性計(jì)算空氣量G空氣初狀態(tài)(干球溫度、溫球溫度……)表冷器規(guī)格、臺數(shù)、冷水初溫、水量。空氣終狀態(tài)(干球溫度、溫球溫度……),水終溫。表面冷卻器的選型計(jì)算實(shí)例【實(shí)例1】已知空調(diào)使用地點(diǎn)在江蘇蘇州,大氣壓力=1.01Kpa,夏季平均空氣參數(shù):=34℃、=90.2kj/kg、=28.2℃=64.5%。室內(nèi)空氣參數(shù):=22℃、=43.1kj/kg、=15.5℃=50%。新風(fēng)比:10%??照{(diào)面積230,單位負(fù)荷466.4W/。求:冷量、風(fēng)量、表冷器規(guī)格、進(jìn)出水溫度和水量、水阻力、風(fēng)阻力、除濕量?!窘狻俊窘狻?)查濕空氣的焓濕圖,求回風(fēng)參數(shù)。A點(diǎn)為室外工況,B點(diǎn)為室內(nèi)工況。再根據(jù)新風(fēng)比確定C點(diǎn),查出C點(diǎn)工況:=23.2℃、=47.8kj/kg、=17.1℃=54%。2)需要的總冷量Q=230×466.4W/=107.3KW實(shí)例1圖 3)風(fēng)量假設(shè)空調(diào)機(jī)組出風(fēng)空氣參數(shù):=10.5℃、=29.5kj/kg、=10.1℃=95%根據(jù)公式:Q=G(-)G=107.3/(47.8-29.5)=5.9Kg/s=177004)確定表冷器規(guī)格計(jì)算需要的接觸系數(shù),確定表冷器排數(shù)。
