建筑師負(fù)責(zé)制治理手冊大綱OutlineoftheArchitectResponsibilitySystemManagementManual一、建筑師負(fù)責(zé)制ArchitectResponsibilitySystem“建筑師負(fù)責(zé)制”是以擔(dān)當(dāng)民用建筑工程工程設(shè)計(jì)主持人或設(shè)計(jì)總負(fù)責(zé)人的注冊建筑師〔以下稱為首席建筑師〕為核心的設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)，依托所在的設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)為實(shí)施主體，依據(jù)合同商定，對民用建筑工程全過程或局部階段供給設(shè)計(jì)詢問治理效勞，最終將符合建設(shè)單位要求的建筑產(chǎn)品和效勞供給應(yīng)建設(shè)單位的一種工作模式。ArchitectResponsibilitySystemreferstotheworkmodeunder which the design team, with a registered architect(hereinafterreferredtoasthechiefarchitect)asitscore,providesdesignconsultingmanagementservicesforthewholeorpartoftheprocessofthecivilarchitecturalprojectandsubmittheOwnerconstructionproductsandserviceswhicharerequiredbytheOwnerasstipulatedinthecontract.Underthismodel,thechiefarchitectshallbethemainprojectmanagerortheoverallpersoninchargeandthesubjectofimplementationshallbethedesignagencyforwhichtheyworkfor.本工程首席建筑師負(fù)責(zé)制貫穿規(guī)劃優(yōu)化、方案設(shè)計(jì)、初步設(shè)計(jì)、施工圖設(shè)計(jì)、招標(biāo)選購、施工監(jiān)管、竣工驗(yàn)收等項(xiàng)目全生命周期。ArchitectResponsibilitySystemwillrunthroughthewholeprocessofthisproject,includingphasesasplanningoptimization,schematicdesign,preliminarydesign,constructiondrawingsdesign, bidding procurement, construction supervision, andcompletionacceptance.TheChiefArchitect’sResponsibilities首席建筑師是本工程建筑師負(fù)責(zé)制的主體，擔(dān)當(dāng)建筑師負(fù)責(zé)制中的各項(xiàng)責(zé)任和義務(wù)，通過介入工程全生命周期的管理來保證建筑外觀效果呈現(xiàn)、功能及造價(jià)把握目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。首席建筑師負(fù)責(zé)主持方案、初步設(shè)計(jì)階段的具體設(shè)計(jì)工作，并參與施工圖階段的設(shè)計(jì)成果審核和施工階段涉及建筑觀感、功能和造價(jià)方面的治理工作，具體工作內(nèi)容詳見《首席建筑師主要工作清單》及《首席建筑師工作內(nèi)容明細(xì)表》。Thechiefarchitect,asthemainbody,shallassumealldutiesandresponsibilitiesasstipulatedinthesystem.Theyshallguaranteetherealizationofsuchthingsastheappearancesandfunctionsofthebuildingandcostcontrolbyinvolvingintheprojectmanagementlifecycle.Thechiefarchitectisresponsiblefortheschemedesignandconcretedesignintheconceptualphase.They shall participate in the design work review in theconstructiondrawingsdesignphaseandsupervisetheworkinvolvingtheappearancesandfunctionsofthebuildingandcostintheconstructionstage.MoredetailedinformationislistedintheListofChiefArchitect’sMaiashiefArchitectJobDescription.三、首席建筑師主要工作清單ListofChiefArchitect’sMainDutiesProjectInitiationDesignBiddingPlanningOptimization 1.
