自動(dòng)化專(zhuān)業(yè)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)英文翻譯學(xué)院(部):專(zhuān)業(yè)班級(jí):學(xué)生姓名:指導(dǎo)老師:年月日安徽理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)FOREIGNLITERATUREAtpresent,themaincontrolwayinautomationfieldarerelaycontrol,microcomputercontrolandPLCcontrol.Comparedwiththerelaycontrolsystemandthemicrocomputercontrolsystem,thePLCcontrolsystemhasaseriesofadvantages,suchaslittleworkloadofdesigning,installing,wiringanddebugging,shortcycleofdevelopmentofworkingenvironmentandconvenientmaintenance.Meanwhile,therelaycontrolsystemhasalreadybeenfewusedonthemachinecontrolsystemisinferiorinabilityofanti-interference,highinrequirementofworkingenvironmentandlongindesignanddevelopingcycleofthecontrolsystem.Soitsapplicationhasbeingondefiningtrendintheautomationcontrolfieldbyyear.Theelectricalcontrolsystemofz-3040Radialarmdrillhasmanydefectssuchascomplexcircuit,highfailurerate,largemaintenanceworkload,poorreliabilityandflexibility.Thispaperintroducesthez-3040RadialarmdrillrelaycontactanalogcontrolsystemreformationwithPLCtoguaranteetherapidity,accuracyandrationalityofelectriccontrolsystem.Itsatisfiedrealproductiondemandandenhancetheeconomicbenefit.Theoriginalwasintroducedinitialcontrollerofprogrammabledistinguishingfeatureandperformance.Analysesonz-3040’sRadialarmdrilltechniquepropertyandtheworkcycledistancetravelledbyastreamofwaterbase,expoundedtheinitialcontrollerofapplicationES’ssetprogrammablecarryingonthetechnologicaltransformationsystemdesigntosuch,andfinishcomeoutthecontrolproceduretrapeziumpicture.WhatisaPLCcontrolsystem?Sincethe1960stheUnitedStatestolaunchprogrammablelogiccontroller(ProgrammableLogicController,PLC)toreplaceconventionalcontroldevicessincetherelay,PLChasbeenrapiddevelopmentinvariouspartsoftheworldhavebeenwidelyused.Atthesametime,PLC'sfunctionalsoimproved.Withcomputertechnology,signalprocessingtechnology,controltechnologynetworktechnologydevelopmentanduserdemandforcontinuousimprovement,PLCindealingwiththevolumeswitchonthebasisoftheincreaseintheamountofanalogprocessingandmotioncontrolfunctions.Today,thePLCisnolongerconfinedtothelogiccontrol,motioncontrol,processcontrolandotherfieldhasalsoplayedaveryimportantrole.Discretecontrolofthesystemasthepreferredproduct,PLCinthetwentiethcenturytothe1990sand1980s,haveachievedrapiddevelopmentintheworldofPLCtomaintain1安徽理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)anannualgrowthrateof20%to30%.WiththefactoryautomationandcontinuousimprovementinthePLCandmarketbaseexpansioninrecentyearsinthePLCindustryslowdowninthegrowthrateofdevelopedcountries.However,ChinaandotherdevelopingcountriesinthePLC'sgrowingveryrapidly.Comprehensiveinformation,in2004globalsalesofthePLCforabout10,000,000,000U.S.dollars,inthefieldofautomationplaysaveryimportantposition.PLCtouchbytheimitationoftheoriginalrelaycontrolprincipledevelopedinthe1970s,onlythePLClogiccontrolswitch,firstofallapplicationsintheautomotivemanufacturingindustry.Totheimplementationofitsstoreoperationslogic,theorderofcontrol,timing,countingandcomputing,andotheroperatinginstructions;anddigitalinputandoutputoperationtocontrolalltypesofmachineryandproductionprocess.ThepreparationoftheusercontrolprocedurestoexpresstheproductionprocessrequirementsandadvanceintothePLCuserprogrammemory.Run-timebystoringthecontentsonebyonetheimplementationofprocedurestocompletetheprocessrequiredtooperate.PLC'sCPUinstructionswithstep-by-stepprocesstostoretheaddressoftheprogramcounter,runningintheprocess,eachstepintheimplementationoftheautomaticcounterplus1,step-by-stepprocessfromthestart(zero-stepnumber),followedbythefinalsteptotheimplementationofthe(usuallyENDcommand),andthenreturntostartstep-by-stepcycleofoperation.EachPLCcompletedacycleofthetimerequiredfortheoperationknownasascanningcycle.DifferentmodelsofthePLC,scanningcycletocycleinamicrosecondbetweenthescoresofmicroseconds.PLCladderprogramusedincalculatinglogic,toshowtheadvantagesofquick,microsecondintheorderofmagnitude,calculatinglogic1Kprocedureslessthan1ms.Itallhaveinputasaswitchtohandlethevolume,16-bit(also32-bit)forasimulatedtraffic.PLClarge-scaleuseofaCPUtocompletethesimulationoftheamountofcomputing.TheresultssenttothePLCcontroller.ThesameI/Opointssystem,withPLCthanDCS,thecostshouldbelower(about40%oftheprovincetoaround).PLCspecialoperationdidnotstopitwithsoftwareandhardwarearecommon,somaintenancecostsmuchlowerthantheDCS.OneofthePLCcontroller,youcanreceivethousandsofI/Opoints(uptomorethan8000I/O).Iftheobjectisachainofequipment,smallloop,thePLCtoadoptmoreappropriate.AsaresultofGeneralPLCcontrolsoftwareinthedesignofmanagementinformationsystems,tobeeasier.Overthepast10years,withthePLCtolowerpricesandgrowinguserdemand,agrowingnumberofsmallandmedium-sizedequipmenttostartusingPLCcontrol,PLCinChinagrewrapidly.WithChina'srapideconomicdevelopmentandthebasisofthelevelof2安徽理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)automationandcontinuousimprovementinthenextperiodoftimeinthePLCwillcontinuetomaintainourgrowthmomentum.GeneralPLCcanbeusedinspecialequipmentthatitisanembeddedcontroller,butingeneraltherelativePLCandembeddedcontrollertohavehigherreliabilityandbetters
