experiments.1986年，徐秀娟在東北林業(yè)大學(xué)進(jìn)修結(jié)束后應(yīng)聘來鹽城自然保護(hù)區(qū)工作，擔(dān)任鹽城沿海灘涂自然保護(hù)區(qū)馴鶴員，創(chuàng)立了江蘇省第一個(gè)鶴類飼養(yǎng)場。徐秀娟愛鶴如命，整天為鶴避暑、降溫、驅(qū)蚊而忙碌，并成功地進(jìn)行了越冬丹頂鶴孵化、飼養(yǎng)、馴養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)。
