organizationsaccordingtotherequirementsofDocumentJIANBIAOHAN[2005]No.124issuedby

NoticeonPrintingandDistributingtheDevelopmentand

MinistryofConstruction(MOC)-

RevisionPlanthendbatchofNationalEngineeringConstructionStandardsin

(2)2005.

Thecodedevelopmentgroupcheckedandfinalizedthiscodeafterreferencetocurrentrelevant

nationallawsandregulationsandstandards,andbyconductinginvestigationandresearch,

summarizingthepastexperienceinrelationtoqualityacceptanceofmineralprocessingequipment

installationengineering,discussingandmodifyingtheprovisionsrepeatedly,andwidelysoliciting

opinionsfromrelatedorganizationsandexperts.

Thiscodeispreparedwithaviewtoenhancethequalitymanagementofmineralprocessing

equipmentinstallationengineering,carryoutuniformlytheacceptanceofmineralprocessing

equipmentinstallationengineeringandguaranteetheengineeringquality.

1.0.2

Thiscodeisapplicabletotheinstallationqualityacceptanceoforefeedinganddrawing

equipment,crushing,grindingandsievingequipment,classifyingandsortingequipmentand

dewateringequipment.

1.0.3

Therequirementsforinstallationqualityassetforthintheengineeringtechnicaldocumentsand

contractdocumentsadoptedintheconstructionofmineralprocessingequipmentinstallationengineering

shallnotbelowerthantherequirementsspecifiedinthiscode.

1.0.4

Inadditiontotherequirementsstipulatedinthiscode,thosestipulatedinthecurrent

relevantstandardsofthenationshallbecompliedwith.

2.0.1

Thecontractorofmineralprocessingequipmentinstallationengineeringprojectshallhave

appropriateconstructionqualifications,andconstructiontechnicalstandardsavailableatconstructionsite,a

soundqualitymanagementsystem,relevantqualitycontrolandinspectionrules,aswellastheconstruction

organizationdesign,constructionplan,jobdesignandothertechnicaldocumentswhichhavebeenapproved

bytheprojecttechnicalleader.

2.0.2

Withoutthedesignchangenoticeorsignedtechnicalcertificatefromdesignorganization,

constructiondrawingsmustnotbemodified.

2.0.3

Themeasuringinstrumentsthathavebeenmetrollogicallyverifiedandcalibratedmustbe

usedforqualityinspectionandacceptanceofmineralprocessingequipmentinstallationengineering.

2.0.4Thewelderperformingweldingworkformineralprocessingequipmentinstallationengineeringmust

bequalifiedbyexaminationandobtainacertificate,andmustperformtheweldingworkwithinthescopefor

whichheisqualifiedandapproved.

2.0.5

Themineralprocessingequipmentinstallationengineeringshallbecarriedoutaccordingto

therequiredproceduresandhandoverinspectionshallbemadebetweentherelatedtypesofwork

andrecordsshallbemade.Thequalityofeachprocesswithinthesamedisciplineshallbecontrolled

inaccordancewithtechnicalstandardforconstruction.Inspectionshallbecarriedoutforeach

processaftercompletionandrecordsshallbemade.Itisnotallowedtoproceedwiththenextone

untilpreviousprocesshasbeeninspectedtobequalified.

2.0.6

Secondarygroutingforequipmentandotherconcealedworksinmineralprocessing

equipmentinstallationengineeringshallbeinspectedforacceptancebyrelevantorganizations,

whichshallbeinformedbythecontractor,beforeconcealing,andtheinspectionshallbe

documented.

2.0.7

Thequalityacceptanceofthemineralprocessingequipmentinstallationengineeringshall

becarriedoutaccordingtoconstituentworks,divisionalworksandunitworksonthebasisofself-

inspectionbythecontractor.Thedivisionofdivisionalworksandconstituentworksshouldbein

accordancewiththosespecifiedinTable2.0.7.

Thequalityacceptanceofdivisionalworksshallbeinaccordancewiththefollowing

requirements:

Alltheconstituentworksincludedinthedivisionalworksshallpassthequalityacceptance;

Qualitycontroldatashallbecomplete;

3

Theresultoftheno-loadtestrunofindividualequipmentshallbeinaccordancewith

requirements.

2.0.10

Thequalityacceptanceofunitworksshallbeinaccordancewiththefollowingrequirements:

1

Thedivisionalworksincludedintheunitworksshallpassthequalityacceptanceinspection;

2

Qualitycontroldatashallbecomplete;

3

Theresultofno-loadjointcommissioningoftheequipmentshallbeinaccordancewith

requirements;

4

Theappearanceshallpassthequalityacceptance.

2.0.11

Theappearanceinspectionitemsofunitworksshallbeinaccordancewiththefollowing

Connectingbolts:nutsandwashersshallbecompleteasdesigned.Boltshallnotbelower

thanthenutafterbeingsecured,exposedthreadsshallbedamage-free,andthescrew-indirectionof

boltsshallbethesameunlessotherwisedesignedforconstructionreason;

Sealingcondition:noobviousoil/water/gasleakage;

Pipelining:reasonablelayoutandorderlyarrangement;

4

Layingofdeadeningandthermalinsulatingmaterials:eventhicknessoflayer,securebindingand

relativelysmoothsurface;

Paintcoating:uniformcoating,securebindingandrelativelysmoothsurface;

Walkway,ladderandrail:firmfixing,andnoobviousappearancedefects;

Weldbead:relativelyuniformripples,withweldingslagandspattersroughlyremoved;

Finishedproductprotection:theequipmentshallbedamage-free,withitsexposedmachining

Civilizedconstruction:well-organizedmanagementofconstructionsiteandnosundries

aroundtheequipment;

Randominspectionoftheaboveitemsshallbemadeatnotlessthantenplaces.

2.0.12

Qualityacceptancerecordformineralprocessingequipmentinstallationshallbeinaccordance

withthefollowingrequirements:

ThequalityacceptancerecordforconstituentworkshallbeinaccordancewithAppendixA

hereto;

2

ThequalityacceptancerecordfordivisionalworksshallbeinaccordancewithAppendixB

hereto;

3

ThequalityacceptancerecordforunitworksshallbeinaccordancewithAppendixC

hereto;

4

Theequipmentno-loadtestrunrecordshallbeinaccordancewithAppendixDhereto.

2.0.13

Worksthatfailtobeinaccordancewithrequirementsmustberepairedorreworked

immediately,andshallbeacceptedagain.

2.0.14Worksofwhichthequalityisnotinaccordancewiththerequ專(zhuān)用irementsandstillfailtosatisfy

thesafeuserequirementsafterrepairorreworkshallnotbeaccepted.

2.0.15

Thequalityacceptanceofmineralprocessingequipmentinstallationshallbecarriedout

accordingtothefollowingprocedures:

1

Theconstituentworksshallbeacceptedbythetechnicalleader(foreman)andthequality

inspectorofthecontractorundertheorganizationofthesupervisingengineer(Ownersproject

technicalleader);

2

Thedivisionalworksshallbecheckedandacceptedbytheprojectleader,technicalleaderand

qualityleaderofthecontractorundertheorganizationofthechiefsupervisingengineer(Ownersproject

technicalleader);

3

Aftertheunitworksiscompleted,thecontractorshallorganizerelatedpersonneltocarry

outunitworksinspectionandappraisalandsubmittheacceptancereporttotheowner;

4

Aftertheownerreceivestheprojectacceptancereport,theowners(project)leadershall

organizetheleadersfromthegeneralcontractor(includingsubcontractors),thedesignerandthe

supervisortocarry人人文庫(kù)outunitworksacceptance;

5

Whereasubcontractorisinvolvedinunitworksconstruction,thegeneralcontractorshall

beresponsiblefortheoverallqualityoftheunitworks;thesubcontractorshallcheckandassess

thecontractedworksinthepresenceofaworkerfromthegeneralcontractoraccordingtothe

proceduresspecifiedherein.Afterthesubcontractedworkiscompleted,therelatedengineeringdata

shallbesubmittedtothegeneralcontractor.

3.1GeneralRequirement

3.1.1

Thischapterisapplicabletotheinstallationqualityacceptanceofmineralprocessingequipment

foundation,anchorboltandbaseplate.

3.1.2

Beforeequipmentinstallation,equipmentfoundationacceptanceinspectionmustbemade,

andequipmentshallnotbeinstalledifthefoundationfailstopasstherequiredqualityacceptance

inspection.

3.1.3

Settlementobservationshallbecarriedoutforthefoundationofthemainmineralprocessing

equipmentandrecordsshallbemade.

3.2EquipmentFoundation

ⅠDominantItems

3.2.1

Equipmentfoundationstrengthmustbeinaccordancewithrequirementsofthetechnical

designdocuments.

Inspectionmethod:checkthefoundationhandoverdocuments.

3.2.2

Beforetheequipmentisputinplace,thelayoutdrawingforcentralstandardplateand

elevationbenchmarkshallbemadeaccordingtotheconstructionmapandthemeasurementcontrol

network,andthenthecentralstandardplateandelevationbenchmarkshallbesetandthegeodetic

controlpointbemeasuredaccordingtothelayoutdrawing.Thepermanentcentralstandardplate

andelevationbenchmarkshallbeembeddedforthemainequipmentandcontinuousproductionline.

Inspectionquantity:exhaustivecheck.

Inspectionmethod:measurementresultlistcheck,andvisualcheck.

3.2.3

Theaxislocation,elevationandsizeandtheanchorboltlocationoftheequipmentfoundationshall

beinaccordancewithrequirementsofthedesigndocumentsandthestipulationsofcurrentnational

GeneralCodeforConstructionandAcceptanceofMechanicalEquipmentInstallation

standardGB50231

Engineering.
