AccordingtotherequirementsofDocumentJIANBIAO〔2013〕No.169issuedbyTheMinistryof
HousingandUrban-RuralDevelopment(MOHURD)-"NoticeonPrintingandDistributingthe
DevelopmentandRevisionPlanofNationalEngineeringConstructionStandardsin2014",thiscodeis
revisedbytheTianjinCementIndustryDesignandResearchInstituteCo.,Ltdandtherelevantunits.
Duringtherevisionprocessofthiscode,thepreparationteamhasgonethroughextensiveinvestigation
andresearch,conscientiouslysummarizedpracticalexperiences,aswellasreferredtorelevantdomesticand
internationaladvancedstandards.Onthebasisofextensivecomments,thecodewasfinallysubmittedtothe
MOHURDforexaminationandfinalization.
Thiscodeconsistsof7chapters,covering:Generalprovisions,EnergysavingofgeneralLayoutand
building,Energysavingofprocessdesign,Energysavingofpowersystem,Energysavingofmine
engineering,Energysavingofutilities,andEnergymetering.
Therehavebeensomesignificantchangesinthisnationalstandardinthefollowingaspects:

2.1.1
Inadditiontomeetingtherequirementsofprocessflow,thegenerallayoutshallbewithreasonable
useoftopography,cleardivisionandcompactarrangement.
2.1.2
Theclinkerproductionlineshouldbesetnearbythelimestonemine.Thecementgrindinglineshall
beclosetotheproductmarketandthesourceofadditivematerial,andshallbelocatedoutsidetheblasting
securityline.
2.2Building
2.2.1
Buildingsofthecementplantshallbeclassifiedaccordingtotheirpurposes,functionsandenergy-
savingrequirements,andshallbeinaccordancewiththefollowingrequirements:

Intheplant,theOfficeBuilding,CentralControlRoom,Laboratory,individualofficesfor
workshops,ComplexBuildingandpublicbuildingssuchastheDiningRoom,BathHouseandGuardRoom
shallbeclassifiedasClassA.專用

Intheplant,theresidentialbuildingssuchasthestaffdormitoryshallbeclassifiedasClassB.

Productionbuildingswithheatingorairconditioning,andauxiliarybuildingswithlowtemperature

TheopensizeofexternalwindowsofClassCandDbuildingsofacementplantlocatedinnon-
heatingregionsshouldbeenlargedfornaturalventilation.Mechanicalventilationfacilitiesshallbeinstalled
ifopenablecasementscannotbeadopted.
2.2.3
AporchorothermeasuresshallbeadoptedforClassCbuildingsinseverecoldregionssoasto
preventcoldair.

ExternalwindowsofClassCandDbuildingsinseverecoldandcoldregionsmaybeselected
