ion-dampingfan(14)viaairpipeandformaclose-circulateaircycle.)1.finepowderduct2.coarsepowderduct3.airinletduct4.trickingdevice5.distributingdise6.separatingchamber7.separatingcircle8.cyclone9.aircollectingpipe10.materialfeedinginlet11.mainshaft12.drivingpart13.motor14.fan15.airpipe16.adjustingairdamper四、安裝規(guī)定(Erectionrequirement)1、選粉機(jī)能夠安裝在結(jié)實(shí)、平整的鋼筋混凝土基礎(chǔ)上，也能夠用鋼構(gòu)造平臺支撐，安裝后的選粉機(jī)應(yīng)是無振動的。(Theseparatorshallbeinstalledonasolidandflatreinforceconcretefoundation.Itcanalsobesupportedbyasteelplatform.Theinstalledseparatorshallbefreefromvibration.)2、選粉機(jī)在現(xiàn)場安裝時，應(yīng)注意主體的垂直度，特別確保內(nèi)部轉(zhuǎn)子的垂直度，安裝時能夠在主軸皮帶盤上用水平儀校正主軸垂直度(<2/1000)。(Duringonsiteerection,theverticalityofmainbodyshallbeemphasized,especiallytheverticalityofrotor.Levelinginstrumentcanbeusedonthemainshaftbeltpulleytorectifytheverticalityofmainshaft(<2/1000))3、各密封結(jié)合面處不得漏氣、滲油現(xiàn)象，安裝時各法蘭口必須用石棉繩加黃油密封。(Airandoilleakageisnotallowedateachsealingpoint.Asbestosropeandgreaseshallbeusedtoeachflangeduringerection.)4、風(fēng)機(jī)固定位置根據(jù)工作場合進(jìn)行合理選擇，注意聯(lián)接風(fēng)管不要太長，以免影響風(fēng)壓，其支腳減震器應(yīng)放在平整、結(jié)實(shí)的水平面上。為確保使用效果，我公司NO.12.5以上風(fēng)機(jī)一律采用混凝土基礎(chǔ)。(Thelocationoffanshallbeselectedaccordingtositecondition.Itissuggestedthattheconnectingairpipeshouldn’tbetoolong(whichcaninfluencetheairpressure).Thevibrationdamperoffansupportinglegshallbeinstalledonplaneandsolidground.Toensureperformance,wesuggestconcretefoundationshallbeadoptedforfansoverNO.12.5)5、安裝時，粗粉和細(xì)粉的雙聯(lián)鎖風(fēng)閥應(yīng)盡量垂直放置在粗粉、細(xì)粉管道的末端，即盡量靠近輸送設(shè)備。(Duringinstallation,twinairlockvalvesshallbeverticallyplacedattheendsofcoarsepowderandfinepowdetductsandascloseaspossibletotheconveyingequipment.)五、操作、維護(hù)及檢修(Operation,maintenanceandrepair)1、操作(operagion)（1）試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)：選粉機(jī)安裝結(jié)束后，應(yīng)將各潤滑點(diǎn)加上適量的潤滑油，隨即應(yīng)進(jìn)行試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)4~8小時，檢查各軸承供油狀況與否良好，軸承溫度與否正常，轉(zhuǎn)子部分運(yùn)動與否平穩(wěn)，有無振動噪音試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)認(rèn)為完全合格后才允許正式投入生產(chǎn)。(Thefollowingpointsshallbeexamined:Whetheroilsupplyofeachbearingisincondition;Whethertemperatureofbearingisnormal;Whetherrotationofrotorisstable;whethervibrationandnoiseisfound.Onlyafterthecompletelysuccessfultestrunisachieve,cantheequipmentbeputintonormaloperation.)（2）開機(jī)次序：成品輸送-選粉風(fēng)機(jī)-選粉機(jī)主軸電機(jī)-磨尾混合提高-磨機(jī)。關(guān)機(jī)次序與此相反。(Startupsequence:finishedproductconveying-fan-mainshaftmotorofseparator-mixedelevatoratmillend-mill.Theshutdownsequenceisonthecontrary.)（3）喂料：當(dāng)選粉機(jī)達(dá)成正常轉(zhuǎn)速，并且風(fēng)機(jī)風(fēng)量達(dá)成正常時，才允許喂料，停車時應(yīng)先停止喂料，才干停電動機(jī)。(Materialfeeding:whennormalrotationspeedofseparatorandnormalairvolumeoffanisachieved,materalcanbefed.Whenshutdowntheequipment,firsttostopmaterialfeedingandthenshutdownthemotor.)2、維護(hù)(maintenance)為確保選粉機(jī)長久安全運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，需特別注意對選粉機(jī)進(jìn)行日常的維護(hù)和定時檢修。使用廠家應(yīng)制訂適合本廠實(shí)際狀況的操作規(guī)程和維護(hù)制度。(Inordertoensurelong-termsafeoperation,dailymaintenanceandperiodicallyrepairshallbecarriedoutfortheseparator.Operationregulationandmaintenancesystemshallbeestablishedbasedonactualplantcondition.)日常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過程中，要確保各潤滑點(diǎn)充足潤滑，選粉機(jī)內(nèi)部軸承及風(fēng)機(jī)軸承要定時加入潤滑油（見下表）。日常維護(hù)中應(yīng)注意選粉機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子的平衡性，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)異常振動現(xiàn)象，必需立刻停車檢查因素，去除故障后才干繼續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。(Duringdailyoperation,lubicationateachoilsiteshallbeensured.Lubricationoilshallbeaddedtoseparatorbearingandfanbesringperiodically(refertotablelistedbelow).Attentionshallbepaidtothebalanceofseparatorrotor.Incaseabnormalvibrationisfound,equipmentshallbeshutdownimmediately.Onlyafterthesolutionoffailure,cantheequipmentbestartedupagain.)潤滑點(diǎn)(lubricationpoint)潤滑劑(lubricant)潤滑方式(lubricationmethod)允許溫度(allowabletemperature)潤滑周期(lubricationcycle)選粉機(jī)主軸軸承(separatormainshaftbearing)2#鋰基脂(lithium-bedgrease)油杯(oilcup)75℃一周(oneweek)風(fēng)機(jī)主軸承箱(fanmainbearingbox)20#機(jī)油(machineoil)夏用(summer)10#機(jī)油(冬用winter)持續(xù)無壓(continuouspressureless)60℃視油位狀況定時加油(oilshallbefilledregularlyaccordingtooillevel)潤滑項(xiàng)目表(lubricationitemnumber)定時清理匯風(fēng)管及管道內(nèi)的積灰。(Dustintheaircollectingpipesandductsshallbecleanedandremovedperiodically.)3、檢修及注意事項(xiàng)選粉機(jī)必需定時檢修。停機(jī)后，轉(zhuǎn)子部分等數(shù)分鐘后才會停止轉(zhuǎn)動，待選粉機(jī)內(nèi)物料沉淀后，才干打開檢修門。普通對下述零件進(jìn)行檢修。(Periodicalrepairshallbecarriedout.Afterthestoppageofmotor,itwilltakeseveralminutestostoptherotationofrotor.Maintenancedoorcanbeopenedafterthesettlementofmaterialinsidetheseparator.Generally,thefollowingcomponentsshallbeexamined.)去除軸承中黃油渣，注意不允許有灰塵進(jìn)入軸承內(nèi)；更換小風(fēng)葉及襯板等已經(jīng)被磨損零件。注意：對轉(zhuǎn)子部件的每一種零件都應(yīng)稱重疊格后方可對稱裝配，確保更換磨損后能保持平衡。(Thegreaseresidueinthebearingshallberemoved.Payattentiontonotbringdustintobearing.Wearingpartslikesmallfanbladeandliningplateshallberepairedorreplaced.Note:eachcomponentsofrotorshallbeweighedandqualifiedbeforeinstallationsoastoensurestabilityandbalanceoftherotorafterreplacement.)六、產(chǎn)品細(xì)度的調(diào)節(jié)(productfinenessadjustment)細(xì)度調(diào)節(jié)普通采用調(diào)節(jié)主軸轉(zhuǎn)速的辦法進(jìn)行。除特別需要，普通不應(yīng)用調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)量的方法調(diào)節(jié)細(xì
