課程增,學(xué)法活

初中學(xué)習(xí)和小學(xué)完全不一樣,大家有必要進(jìn)行深入的了解。初中課程具有以下特點(diǎn):首先,科目增多,由以前語(yǔ)數(shù)外三門(mén)主要科目,還增加了歷史、地理、政治、生物學(xué)科;第二,不僅知識(shí)的量加深加寬,而且學(xué)習(xí)方式也更趨向自主和自覺(jué)化。第三、學(xué)科知識(shí)逐步系統(tǒng)化、語(yǔ)文、數(shù)學(xué)、英語(yǔ)這些小學(xué)曾學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)的課程,由直觀的、感性的、零碎的知識(shí)點(diǎn)變成了更為完整、系統(tǒng)的知識(shí)體系,并更加突出能力要求。第四,強(qiáng)調(diào)自我管理能力、自我約束能力和自學(xué)能力的加強(qiáng)。

同學(xué)們要注意摸索適合自己的學(xué)法。在初中階段學(xué)習(xí)方法的重要性體現(xiàn)的尤為突出,因?yàn)閷W(xué)習(xí)的難度加深、靈活性加大,不能單憑死記、死學(xué),要講究記憶的方法,注意對(duì)知識(shí)的消化和理解。而且各學(xué)科的特點(diǎn)不同,學(xué)法也有區(qū)別,我們?cè)谛碌膶W(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中要注意不斷反思和調(diào)整,多觀察同學(xué),多向老師請(qǐng)教,逐漸摸索出適合自己的學(xué)法,做到事半功倍。

那么中學(xué)要注意哪些學(xué)習(xí)方法呢?

新學(xué)段、好習(xí)慣、巧方法

(1)要制訂科學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃,合理利用時(shí)間。

魯迅先生做到了“把別人喝咖啡的時(shí)間都用在工作上”;數(shù)學(xué)家陳景潤(rùn)在參加人民代表大會(huì)期間,放棄看戲,爭(zhēng)分奪秒地演算他的“1+1”,甚至利用會(huì)議的間隙躲到廁所里去演算。我希望同學(xué)們能夠像這些名人一樣去珍惜時(shí)間。時(shí)間是心地公正的。它給勤奮的人留下的是青春似火,果滿枝頭;而給懶惰的人留下的卻是兩鬢霜雪,一事無(wú)成。

有計(jì)劃的學(xué)習(xí)是獲得成功的重要條件,課堂學(xué)習(xí)是有限的,而知識(shí)是無(wú)限的,應(yīng)該合理分配和充分利用可供自己支配的時(shí)間,聚沙成塔。在制定計(jì)劃時(shí),重要的是要符合各自的實(shí)際情況,目標(biāo)不能過(guò)高或過(guò)低,過(guò)高則不能堅(jiān)持下去,半途而廢,過(guò)低則容易松散。

(2)優(yōu)化學(xué)習(xí)風(fēng)格,培養(yǎng)良好的行為習(xí)慣。

一些在小學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)很優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生,就是因?yàn)椴荒苓m應(yīng)初中的這些變化,沒(méi)有養(yǎng)成主動(dòng)性和自覺(jué)性的行為習(xí)慣,便很快落了伍,成了學(xué)困生。好習(xí)慣讓人終身受益。有了良好的習(xí)慣,遇到再大的困難你都能克服。應(yīng)該說(shuō),你們?cè)谛W(xué)已經(jīng)養(yǎng)成了一些良好習(xí)慣,如:上課認(rèn)真聽(tīng)講,積極發(fā)言,課后認(rèn)真完成作業(yè)等等,你們除了要繼續(xù)保持這些良好習(xí)慣外,還應(yīng)該從現(xiàn)在開(kāi)始,努力培養(yǎng)能夠適應(yīng)初中階段學(xué)習(xí)、生活的更多的良好習(xí)慣。

(3)科學(xué)預(yù)習(xí)和高質(zhì)量的聽(tīng)課。

以我們的經(jīng)驗(yàn),凡是能養(yǎng)成長(zhǎng)期、穩(wěn)定、有效預(yù)習(xí)習(xí)慣的學(xué)生都是學(xué)校最頂尖的學(xué)生??梢?jiàn),只要抓住了預(yù)習(xí),就抓住了提高的關(guān)鍵。遺憾的是,能從一而終的堅(jiān)持預(yù)習(xí)的學(xué)生太少了。具體來(lái)說(shuō),預(yù)習(xí)主要包括五個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容:一是每一課中的重點(diǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)或提綱、摘要(包括自我練習(xí));二是每一課中概括的幾個(gè)緊密聯(lián)系的主要問(wèn)題;三是尚未解決的疑難問(wèn)題;四是所查資料中有關(guān)內(nèi)容的摘抄,并注明出處;五是主要心得體會(huì)。當(dāng)然,這五個(gè)方面不一定每次筆記都記全,要從實(shí)際出發(fā),根據(jù)知識(shí)的難易程度靈活處理。

有人說(shuō)過(guò)“注意力是知識(shí)的窗口,不集中注意,知識(shí)的陽(yáng)光就無(wú)法照射進(jìn)來(lái)”。這形象地說(shuō)明了專(zhuān)心聽(tīng)講在課堂學(xué)習(xí)中所起的作用是多么重要。努力向課堂四十五分鐘要質(zhì)量,力求通過(guò)提高課堂學(xué)習(xí)的效率來(lái)減輕課下的負(fù)擔(dān)。基于這樣的認(rèn)識(shí),上課才能做到全神貫注而不至走神。相反,如果本末倒置,不是寄希望于課上解決問(wèn)題,而是專(zhuān)靠課下加班加點(diǎn)或是校外補(bǔ)課,自然就很難做到集中注意,專(zhuān)心聽(tīng)講和積極思考是課堂學(xué)習(xí)的關(guān)鍵。因此,我們?cè)谡n堂上不能只是張著嘴巴等老師"喂"知識(shí),而應(yīng)充分發(fā)揮自己的主觀能動(dòng)性、提高能力。多問(wèn)幾個(gè)為什么,多參與課堂活動(dòng),多主動(dòng)回答老師的問(wèn)題,多從不同的角度,不同的側(cè)面去分析和理解。只有這樣,才能舉一反三,觸類(lèi)旁通。

4)及時(shí)復(fù)習(xí),復(fù)習(xí)貴在及時(shí)。心理學(xué)家曾作過(guò)這樣的實(shí)驗(yàn):讓三個(gè)組的學(xué)生熟記一篇詩(shī)歌,第一組間隔一天復(fù)習(xí);第二組間隔三天復(fù)習(xí);第三組間隔六天復(fù)習(xí)。并達(dá)到熟記的統(tǒng)一程度,第一組學(xué)生平均需復(fù)習(xí)四次;第二組平均需要復(fù)習(xí)六次;第三組平均需要復(fù)習(xí)七次??梢?jiàn),復(fù)習(xí)間隔的時(shí)間越短,復(fù)習(xí)的次數(shù)越少。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:復(fù)習(xí)能做到及時(shí),可以提高熟記的結(jié)果。然而,學(xué)生常出現(xiàn)情況是:課上聽(tīng)課,課下做作業(yè),復(fù)習(xí)環(huán)節(jié)省略。這樣致使所學(xué)知識(shí)的系統(tǒng)性、完整性受到破壞,時(shí)間一長(zhǎng)所學(xué)的知識(shí)就會(huì)模糊、忘卻,不系統(tǒng),不理解的知識(shí)是最容易忘記的知識(shí)。因此我們必需重視復(fù)習(xí)。
