3.Aftergraduation,whichfielddoyouhopetowork

Itissurprisedthat89%ofcollegestudentsarenotwillingtoworkinamajor-relatedfield.Theythinktheuniversityteacheslearningmethodsinsteadofprofessionalknowledge.Asaresult,across-professionaljobwillnotaffectthefuturedevelopment,andthiswillgivethemmorechallengesinthewok.

4.Doyouthinkwhichyourpreferredsalarystandardis

Forgraduatingstudents,thesalaryoftheirfirstjobshouldnotbetoohigh.Butitisfoundthat46%ofpeoplechoosethehighestsalary.Thissuggeststhatsomeofthegraduatesarefullofthemselves.Intheirmind,suchworkisnotworthdoing.Thisisalsothereasonwhyalotofcollegestudentscan'tfindwork.

6.Personally,doesgenderhasimpactonapplyingforjobs

Obviously,mostofthestudentsthinkthegenderhasimpactonapplyingforajob.Nowadays,withtherapiddevelopmentofoursocietyandeconomy,therehaveemergedmanyworkingopportunities.Butthereexistsaproblemthathigh-leveljobsaremostlyoccupiedbymeneventhoughsomewomenarealsocompetent.Thatdisagreeswiththeequalityofmenandwomen.Itisawell-knownfactthattherearemanywomen,MadameCuritandMargreatThatcher,tonameonlyafew,inhistorywhoworkasscientistsandpoliticians.Whenwetalkaboutthisphenomenon,firstwemustadmitthatthereexistsomedifferencesbetweenmenandwomen.Thenweshouldknowthatneithersidecouldberegardedbetterorworse.Forexample,ifyousaymenareoftencalmandobjective,butdon’tyouseesomemenaremorecarelessthanwomenBesides,ifyouthinkwomenarealwayshesitantandsensitive,andthenwhatwouldyousaywhentheybehavethoughtfullyinworkThereforetherearenotabsoluteadvantagesformenwhenconsideringtheirgender.Personally,Ifirmlybelievethatwomenshouldbegiventhesamerightsasmen,becausetheyareequallyimportantinallhumanactivities.However,thiskindofprejudicehasbeenexistingforalongtime.Nomattermenorwomenhavebeenaffectedmoreorless;thisideahasevenmadesomewomenloseconfidenceinthemselves.Thereforeourwholesocietyandespeciallyourgovernmentshouldtakeefficientmeasuretoencourageacertainpercentageofjobsespeciallyhigh-leveljobstobereservedforwomen.Throughthisway,wewouldhopefullyseethatmoreandmoreoutstandingwomencanbeworkingintheirfavoritejobsandcangettheirdesirableposition.Andjustbythatourworkingfieldcanbecalledakindofequalityofmenandwomen.

7.Whereisyouridealworkingplace

52%ofcollegestudentswanttogototheeastregionsaftergraduation.6%ofcollegestudentswanttogotothemiddleChina.Andtherearerespectively39%and3%ofcollegestudentswanttogotothenorthregionsandthewestregions.Inmyopinion,mostofcollegestudentswanttogotoeastregions.Itmaybebecausethattheeasterneconomicprosperity.Therearealotofjobopportunitiesandtherehavemorespacefordevelopment.AndsomecitiesinmiddleChina,suchasWuhanXi’anZhengzhou,alsohavegoodjobstodo.Buttheenvironmentofthewesternandnorthernisnotsogood,soveryfewpeoplewerewillingtogoandworkthere.

9.Inyouropinion,whichofthefollowingabilitywillbetheadvantagewhenyoulookforajob

Accordingtooursurveyresults,only9%ofthestudentschoosetheeducationbackground.About32%ofcollegestudentsthinkthattheiradvantageislearningability,andtherestchoseinnovationabilityandcommunicationability.Itisalwaysahottopicthatwhatshouldabossfocusonmore,someonepaytheirattentiontoability,andwhattheythinkof"abilityiseverything",butatthesametime,someothersarguethattheoppositeone--diplomaismoreimportant.Inmyopinion,differentchoiceshouldbemadeondifferentoccasion.Inotherwords,iftheemployeeisayoungmanwhojustgraduatedfromuniversities,thendiplomaandhowdoesthemanshowinuniversityshouldbethinkaboutmore,thereisanoldsaying:amanshouldalwaysberesponsibleforhisjob,asastudent,hehasanobligationtodohisstudywell,andatthispoint,abeautifulschoolreportcardisgreat,atleastitproveshisstudyability,whichisveryessentialforthecomingdays,andbecauseheissoyoungthatheownstheenthusiasmonwork,whichisalsoanecessaryfactor.Butiftheemployeeisaforty-year-oldmanwhohasquithisjoborbeenfiredbytheoriginalcorporation,thenthebosswouldthinkalotofthingssuchasworkingability,experienceandsoon.Thenthediplomawouldbeseennothingasitisjustahistorytohim.Allinall,bothofthemareimportant,ofcourse,therearesomeelsearealsoindispensably,totheboss,beforemakingachoice,thinkaboutwhathewantbest,namely,whichpersonheneedmostisthemostimportantthing.

10.Didyoueverthinkaboutbeingself-employed

Whenitcomestosomequestionsaboutbeingself-employed,oursurveyshowsthat72%ofthecollegestudentsneverthinkaboutbeingself-employed,and17%studentsthinkthattheycancreatetheirownbusiness.Andonly3%ofthestudentshavedecidedtobeself-employed,buttheyarenotwellprepared.Asweknow,manycollegestudentshopethattheycanworkinsomefamouscompaniesaftergraduation,sotheyknowverylittleaboutbeingself-employed.Iftherearelessandlesscollegestudentscannotcreatetheirownbusiness,China'semploymentmarketwillbeworse.

11.Doyouthinkwhatabilityneedstobeimprovedwhenyoulookforajob

Inthequestionnaires,mostofthegraduatingstudentsthinktheEnglishskillsandtheabilitytousecomputersneedtobeimproving.Asweknow,manystudentswanttoworkinforeigncompanies,soifwecan’tcommunicatewithothers,howcanweworkThereisnodoubtthatEnglishisoneoftheworld'smostwidelyusedlanguages.Englishhasbecomethelanguageofinternationaltradeandtransport.AndthemostimportantisthatEnglishhasbecom
