1、教學(xué)目標(biāo):是否達(dá)到預(yù)期的教學(xué)效果,學(xué)生對(duì)知識(shí)和技能的掌握是否達(dá)到了預(yù)期目標(biāo)。

2、教學(xué)內(nèi)容:深度和范圍對(duì)學(xué)生是否恰當(dāng);與教學(xué)目標(biāo)的貼合度,兩者是否相互適應(yīng);重

點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)是否把握得當(dāng);如何對(duì)教材進(jìn)行加工和取舍更加得當(dāng)。

3、教學(xué)過程:采取的教學(xué)方法和手段是否得當(dāng),摸索出了哪些教學(xué)規(guī)律,有無改革與創(chuàng)新

的余地;對(duì)教學(xué)計(jì)劃是否嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行,若有改變,則改變計(jì)劃的原因是什么,更改后的計(jì)劃是否

更合理有效;課堂教學(xué)中臨時(shí)應(yīng)變得當(dāng)?shù)拇胧?,師生思維碰撞產(chǎn)生的好方法、好思路;知識(shí)點(diǎn)

上有什么發(fā)現(xiàn),組織教學(xué)方面有何新招,解決問題的誤區(qū)有無突破,啟迪是否得當(dāng),實(shí)訓(xùn)是否

到位,某些教學(xué)思想方法的滲透與應(yīng)用的過程等等,將教學(xué)過程中的亮點(diǎn)和靈感記錄下來,在

此基礎(chǔ)上不斷地改進(jìn)、完善、推陳出新,供以后教學(xué)時(shí)參考使用。

4、教學(xué)策略:對(duì)教學(xué)中存在問題有清醒的認(rèn)識(shí);對(duì)教學(xué)活動(dòng)與倡導(dǎo)的理論、行為結(jié)果與期

望進(jìn)行比較,明確問題根源;重審教學(xué)思想,尋求新策略;檢驗(yàn)新思想、新策略、新方案是否

更有效,形成新感知,發(fā)現(xiàn)新問題,開始新循環(huán)。

5、再教設(shè)計(jì):綜合以上幾個(gè)方面,作出小結(jié),對(duì)本堂課的得失進(jìn)行必要的歸類與取舍,考

慮一下再講這部分內(nèi)容時(shí)應(yīng)該如何做,揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短、精益求精,寫出“再教設(shè)計(jì)”,逐步提高教學(xué)

水平。
