日內(nèi)完成技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)書的審定工作，并提出書面審定意見。2.CompletetheverificationofthetechnicaldesignsandsubmitwrittenverificationopinionswithindaysfromthedateofreceivingthetechnicaldesignspreparedbyPartyB,.3、應(yīng)當(dāng)保證乙方的測繪隊(duì)伍順利進(jìn)入現(xiàn)場工作，并對乙方進(jìn)場人員的工作、生活提供必要的條件。3.ShouldensuredthePartyB’steamofsurveyingandmappingenterthesitesmoothlyandprovidenecessaryordesirableconditionsoftheworkandlifeforthem.4、甲方保證工程款按時(shí)到位，以保證工程的順利進(jìn)行。4.PartyAguaranteestheprojectfundsinplaceontimetoensurethesmoothprogressoftheproject.5、允許乙方內(nèi)部使用執(zhí)行本合同所生產(chǎn)的測繪成果。5.AllowandpermitPartyBinternallyusethesurveyingandmappingresultswhichproducedbyimplementationofthepresentcontract.第六條乙方的義務(wù)Article6PartyB’sobligations1、自收到甲方的有關(guān)材料之日起

日內(nèi)，根據(jù)甲方的有關(guān)資料和本合同的技術(shù)要求，完成技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)書的編制，并交甲方審定。1.WithindaysfromthedateuponreceiptofPartyA'srelevantdataanddocuments,makecompletionofpreparationofthetechnicaldesigndocumentinaccordancewithPartyA'srelevantdataanddocumentsandthetechnicalrequirementshereofandsubmitthesametoPartyAforapproval.2、自收到甲方對技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)書同意實(shí)施的審定意見之日起

日內(nèi)組織測繪隊(duì)伍進(jìn)場作業(yè)。2.OrganizethesurveyingandmappingteamaccessthesiteforoperationwithindaysfromthedateuponreceiptofPartyA'sapprovalopiniononimplementationofthetechnicaldesigndocument.3、乙方應(yīng)當(dāng)根據(jù)技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)書要求確保測繪項(xiàng)目如期完成。3.PartyBshallensurethesurveyingandmappingprojectbeingcompletedonscheduleinaccordancewiththerequirementsofthetechnicaldesigndocument.4、允許甲方內(nèi)部使用乙方為執(zhí)行本合同所提供的屬乙方所有的測繪成果。4.PartyAisallowedtointernallyusetheachievementsandresultsofsurveyingandmappingprovidedbyPartyBfortheexecutionofthiscontract.5、未經(jīng)甲方允許，乙方不得將本合同標(biāo)的的全部或部分轉(zhuǎn)包給第三方。5.WithoutPartyA’spermission,PartyBshallnotsubcontractwholeoranypartofthepresentcontracttothirdparty.第七條測繪項(xiàng)目完成工期Article7Completiontermofthesurveyingandmappingprojects第八條測繪成果驗(yàn)收Article8Acceptanceofsurveyingandmappingresults乙方應(yīng)當(dāng)于工程完工之日起日內(nèi)書面通知甲方驗(yàn)收，甲方應(yīng)當(dāng)自接到完工通知之日起

日內(nèi)，組織有關(guān)專家，依據(jù)本合同約定使用的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和技術(shù)要求，對乙方所完工的測繪工程完成驗(yàn)收，并出具測繪成果驗(yàn)收報(bào)告書。對乙方所提供的測繪成果的質(zhì)量有爭議的，由測區(qū)所在地的省級測繪產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)站裁決。其費(fèi)用由敗訴方承擔(dān)。PartyBshallnotifyPartyAinwritingofacceptancewithindayofcompletionoftheproject.PartyAshall,withindayofreceivingthenoticeofcompletion,organizerelevantexperts,inaccordancewiththetechnicalstandardsandtechnicalrequirementsstipulatedherein,completetheacceptanceofthesurveyingandmappingprojectcompletedbyPartyB,andissuetheacceptancereportofsurveyingandmappingresults.AnydisputeoverthequalityofsurveyingandmappingachievementsprovidedbyPartyBshallbeappealedtheprovincialsupervisionandinspectionstationofsurveyingandmappingproductqualityinthelocationofthesurveyareaforjudgmentandthechargesthereofshallbebornebythelosingparty.第九條測繪成果權(quán)屬Article9Ownershipofsurveyingandmappingresults對乙方測繪成果的所有權(quán)、使用權(quán)和著作權(quán)歸屬的約定：Theagreementonownership,rightofuseandcopyrightownershipofPartyB'sachievementsofsurveyingandmapping:第十一條交付測繪成果Article11Submissionofsurveyingachievements1、自測繪工程費(fèi)全部結(jié)清之日起
