Ⅳ.WorkingHours,RestandVacation

Article6TheworkinghoursystemofshallbeappliedtoPartyBbyPartyA.

Ifthestandardworkinghourssystemisimplemented,PartyB’sworkinghoursshallnotexceed8hoursperdayand40hoursperweek.Therestday(s)perweekis(are).

Ifthecomprehensivelycalculatedworkinghourssystemortheirregularworkinghourssystemisimplemented,PartyAshallobtaintheadministrativelicensingdecisionofthespecialworkinghourssystemfromthelaboradministrativedepartmentinadvance.

VI.SocialInsuranceandWelfareBenefits

Article10PartyAandPartyBshallparticipateinthesocialinsuranceaccordingtotheregulationsoftheStateandBeijingMunicipality.PartyAshallhandlerelevantformalitiesofsocialinsuranceforPartyBandbearcorrespondingsocialinsuranceobligations.PartyAshallwithholdandremitthesocialinsurancepremiumstobebornebyPartyBfromPartyB'ssalary.

Article11PartyAandPartyBshalldepositthehousingprovidentfundinaccordancewithrelevantregulations.PartyAshallwithholdandremittheportionofthehousingprovidentfundtobedepositedbyPartyB.

Article12IfPartyBsuffersfromanillnessorsuffersanon-work-relatedinjury,themedicarebenefitsshallbepaidaccordingtotherelevantregulationsoftheStateandBeijingMunicipality.PartyAshallpayPartyB’ssickpayaccordingto

Article13ThesalaryandmedicarebenefitsofPartyBincaseofoccupationaldiseasesorwork-relatedinjuriesshallbepaidinaccordancewiththerelevantregulationsoftheStateandBeijingMunicipality.

Article14PartyAshallprovidePartyBwiththefollowingwelfarebenefits:

VII.LaborProtection,LaborConditionsandProtectionagainstOccupationalHazards

Article15PartyAshall,accordingtotheneedsofthepost,equipPartyBwiththenecessarysafetyprotectionmeasuresandprovidePartyBwithnecessarylaborprotectionarticlesaccordingtothenationalregulationsonlaborsafetyandhygiene.

Article16PartyAshallformulateasafetyproductionsystemaccordingtorelevantnationallawsandregulations.PartyBshallstrictlycomplywithPartyA’slaborsafetysystem,shallnotconductoperationsinviolationofrulesandregulations,andshallpreventaccidentsduringlaborandreduceoccupationalhazards.

Article17PartyAshallsetupandimprovearesponsibilitysystemforoccupationaldiseaseprevention,strengthenthemanagementofoccupationaldiseaseprevention,andimprovethelevelofoccupationaldiseaseprevention.

VIII.RescissionandTerminationoftheLaborContractandEconomicCompensation

Article18Therescission,terminationandrenewalofthisLaborContractbyPartyAandPartyBshallbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththeLaborContractLawofthePeople’sRepublicofChinaandtherelevantregulationsoftheStateandBeijingMunicipality.

Article19PartyAshallissueacertificateofrescissionorterminationoftheLaborContracttoPartyBatthetimeofrescissionorterminationofthisContract,andgothroughtheproceduresforthetransferofthefileandsocialinsurancerelationshipandsealingofthehousingprovidentfundaccountforPartyBinaccordancewithrelevantregulationsandtheLaborContract.

Article20PartyBshallmaketheworkhandoveraccordingtotheagreementsbetweenPartyAandPartyB.Intheeventofanyeconomiccompensation,sucheconomiccompensationshallbepaidupontheworkhandover.

IX.OtherProvisionsAgreedbytheParties

X.LaborDisputeResolutionandMiscellaneous

Article22IncaseofanylabordisputearisingfromthisContract,PartyAandPartyBcan,inaccordancewiththeprovisionsoflawsandregulations,settlesuchlabordisputethroughconsultation,orapplyformediationorarbitration.IfeitherPartyrefusestoacceptthearbitrationaward,suchPartycanbringalawsuittothepeople’scourtwithjurisdictionaccordingtolaw.
